Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine motivation and work environment for employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.628> 2.002), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> t table or (6.311> 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance on. Simultaneous test of motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> F table or (32.194> 2.770), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Membangun Generasi Muda Yang Kompeten dan Religius. Dan berlokasi di Komunitas Arimbin (Anak Rimba Bintaro) komunitas yang sebagian besar kegiatannya berkaitan dengan dunia Pecinta Alam yang berlokasi di Pondok Pucung, Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan arahan dan juga bimbingan terhadap anggota Arimbin, terkait dengan pengembangan Kompetensi dan juga nilai – nilai religius individu. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu. 1) Tahapan Pendahuluan; dalam tahapan ini meliputi kegiatan survei lapangan dan hubungan dengan objek lokasi pengabdian serta penyusunan rancangan kegiatan dan keluaran dari kegiatan tersebut. 2) Tahapan Sosialisasi; dalam tahapan ini tim yang sudah menyusun dan membentuk rancangan acara kemudian menyampaikan kepada pihak sekolah serta pelaksanaan beserta keluaran yang ditentukan. 3) Tahapan pelaksanaan; tahapan ini adalah pelaksanaan dari rancangan kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta (anggota Arimbin) mendapatkan serta memahami nilai-nilai religi yang dapat dipraktikan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta mengerti akan kompetensi yang dimiliki pada individu serta faktor-faktor yang dapat membuat serta meningkatkan kompetensi. Abstract

Pendidikan adalah hak fundamental bagi setiap anak, termasuk anak yatim dan dhuafa yang sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses pendidikan berkualitas. Laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan metode inovatif dalam pendidikan guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan efektif bagi anak yatim dan dhuafa di Desa Cidokom, Jawa Barat. Melalui penggunaan metode seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penggunaan teknologi, dan gamifikasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi akademis anak-anak tersebut. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dan orang tua, serta pelatihan bagi guru untuk mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan minat belajar anak-anak, peningkatan hasil belajar, serta pengembangan keterampilan abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi. Selain itu, program ini juga berhasil mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan komunitas dalam mendukung pendidikan anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa. Evaluasi rutin dan penyesuaian program secara berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memastikan manfaat jangka panjang dari inisiatif ini. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, LSM, dan pihak swasta, sangat penting untuk menyediakan sumber daya dan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Dengan komitmen untuk terus berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan anak-anak, program ini dapat menjadi model yang berharga untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi kelompok yang kurang beruntung.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the role of organizational culture in strengthening the social responsibility attitudes of the management of the Political Science and Government Study Program Student Association (HIMA PPKn). Higher education has an important role in forming a young generation who has social awareness and responsibility towards society. In this context, student organizations such as HIMA PPKn can be an effective forum for training students in understanding and practicing their social responsibilities. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The main respondents in this research were HIMA PPKn administrators who were active in organizational activities. The research results show that organizational culture plays a significant role in influencing the social responsibility attitudes of HIMA PPKn administrators. A strong organizational culture, which prioritizes values such as participation, cooperation, leadership and openness, encourages HIMA PPKn administrators to care more about social issues and be more actively involved in social activities outside the campus environment. The results of this research provide an important contribution to understanding the importance of organizational culture in the context of student organizations and how organizational culture can influence social responsibility attitudes. These findings can be the basis for developing more effective education and training programs to produce a younger generation who are more socially responsible and care about society. In addition, the results of this research can provide guidance for administrators of other student organizations in optimizing the role of organizational culture in strengthening their social responsibility attitudes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan  eksploratif  deskriptif  dengan menggunakan pendekatan pada kajian literatur atau studi pustaka, yaitu merujuk dari  berbagai literatur, seperti buku, disertasi, jurnal ilmiah dan internet. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data ini ialah Metode  eksposisi,  yaitu  dengan menyajikan data dan  fakta  yang saling berkaitan sehingga  pada  akhirnya  dapat dicari korelasi antara data dan fakta tersebut. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, keberhasilan UMKM di era kompetitif saat ini sangat diharapkan secara konsisten berkembang dan mampu bersaing khususnya pada usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Banyak faktor penentu keberhasilan UMKM khususnya industri ekonomi kreatif. Abstract

Companies often seek to increase the value of the company over time, because the high value of the company reflected in the stock price will increase the wealth of shareholders. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio, Return on Asset (ROA), and Stock Price on Company Value over ten years. The independent variables used are Current Ratio, Return on Asset, and Stock Price while the dependent variable is Company Value. These data were then analyzed using multiples of the regression method involving a statistical test t (partial), statistical test F (simultaneous), and a coefficient of determination test. The results show that the Current Ratio, Return on Asset, and Stock Price partially have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. significant impact on the Current Ratio, Return on Asset, and Share Price has a significant effect on the company's value. The implication of this research is that understanding the factors that affect firm value can help in designing more effective policies and strategies to improve the company's financial performance and attractiveness in the eyes of investors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguak dampak kepuasan kerja terhadap transformasi kinerja karyawan di Era Digital, dengan studi kasus pada Bank BRI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik seperti uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 96,2% dalam menjelaskan variasi dalam kinerja mereka. Dalam menghadapi Era Digital, Bank BRI perlu memperhatikan bagaimana perubahan teknologi dan lingkungan kerja digital memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan memahami dan mengelola faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, Bank BRI dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan memenangkan persaingan di pasar yang semakin digital ini. Kesimpulannya, kepuasan kerja memiliki peran yang krusial dalam transformasi kinerja karyawan di Era Digital, dan strategi yang berfokus pada meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dapat membantu organisasi mencapai tujuan bisnisnya dengan lebih baik. The research results show that there is a very strong relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, with job satisfaction contributing 96.2% in explaining variations in their performance. In facing the Digital Era, Bank BRI needs to pay attention to how changes in technology and the digital work environment affect employee job satisfaction. By understanding and managing the factors that influence job satisfaction, Bank BRI can improve employee performance and win competition in this increasingly digital market. In conclusion, job satisfaction has a crucial role in transforming employee performance in the Digital Era, and strategies that focus on increasing job satisfaction can help organizations better achieve their business goals. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Price Trandos Engineering, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative method, with saturated sampling technique involving 58 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression testing, multiple linear regression testing, coefficient of determination, t-test hypothesis testing, and f-test hypothesis testing. The results show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. A strong correlation was found between the two variables, indicating that motivation plays a substantial role in influencing employee performance. The hypothesis testing confirmed that the effect of motivation on performance was significant, as the t-test result supported the rejection of the null hypothesis. Similarly, the work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance. A moderate correlation was observed between the work environment and performance, suggesting that improvements in the work environment can enhance employee performance. The hypothesis testing for the work environment variable also showed significant results, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. Furthermore, both motivation and work environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results indicated a strong relationship between the independent variables (motivation and work environment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The hypothesis testing confirmed the simultaneous impact of these two factors on performance, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, discipline and organizational culture on work motivation which has an impact on employee performance at the Special Correctional Institution (LPKA) Class IIA in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Competence has a significant effect on work motivation of 27.0%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Discipline has a significant effect on work motivation of 46.2, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation of 24.8, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Competence, discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation by 57.8%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 33.0%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
