Abstract

Setiap lembaga penyiaran yang melakukan penyiaran di Indonesia tentu harus patuh terhadap regulasi di Indonesia. Termasuk Netflix yang merupakan lembaga televisi berbayar. Banyaknya konten yang memuat adegan pornografi dan kekerasan pada Netflix membuat Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia berkeinginan untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap lembaga penyiaran tersebut karena tidak seusai undangundang. Namun keinginan Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia masih belum dapat dilaksanakan karena perbedaan pendapat dari pemerintah. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana kewenangan KPI dalam membatasi penyiaran konten pornografi dan tindak kekerasan dalam media televisi berbayar Netflix? (2) Bagaimana penghentian penyiaran konten pornografi dan tindak kekerasan dalam media televisi berbayar Netflix yang dilakukan oleh KPI? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Kewenangan KPI untuk membatasi penyiaran konten pornografi dan kekerasan Netflix sesuai dengan undang-undang penyiaran belum dapat dilakukan karena tidak mendapat izin dari kemkominfo. (2) Prosedur tata cara penghentian program siaran televisi dalam pasal 55 undang-undang penyiaran tidak dapat diterapkan pada Netflix mesktipun Netflix melanggar undang-undang penyiaran dan ITE karena kemkominfo tidak sepemahaman dengan KPI terkait dengan pengawasan penyiaran.

Abstract

PT Bodem Mas Jaya is a company engaged in concrete block production. However, the company faces challenges in meeting production targets due to the limitations of its block-making machine, which can only produce two blocks per process. This study aims to redesign the block-making machine to improve efficiency and production capacity. Kansei Engineering was applied to identify user needs, resulting in 16 Kansei words such as ergonomic, productive, precise, and modern. The redesign features a four-mold system, enabling the machine to produce four blocks simultaneously, doubling production capacity. Additional features such as rubber barriers, tray holders, and mold lifters enhance stability, minimize material waste, and maintain block quality. The new design also emphasizes ease of maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. With this redesign, the company is expected to meet the increasing market demand effectively.

Abstract

This training aims to enhance participants' understanding of the importance of information system analysis in the development of chat features for marketplace applications at PT. LinxChat. The main focus of the training is on mapping business process flows using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and designing databases with Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). In addition, participants are equipped with practical skills to analyze the current systems, identify issues, and design more efficient and structured system models to improve the performance of the marketplace application. The training results show a significant improvement in participants' understanding of fundamental system analysis concepts, their ability to accurately create DFDs and ERDs, and their readiness to implement technology-based solutions that support and accelerate the digitalization needs of modern marketplaces. The training also provides a deeper understanding of how to apply system analysis theory to solve the issues faced by companies in enhancing service quality and improving chat features for more efficient communication.

Abstract

PT Midtou Aryacom Futures still uses manual recording for scheduling and recapitulating investment consultations, leading to inefficiencies and potential data errors. This research aims to design and develop a web-based information system to facilitate the management of consultation schedules and recapitulations. The system design employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as use case, activity, and class diagrams. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, and tested with the Black Box Testing method to ensure functionality. The results show that the system improves scheduling efficiency, reduces recording errors, and facilitates data analysis. Thus, this system is expected to enhance the quality of services and operational performance of the company.

Abstract

Conceptually and empirically, measurement of staff performance and additional income is closely linked to the core tasks and functions of the work unit. Additional amount of income for civil servants is awarded based on the respective posts occupied by officials, both structural and functional. The research is aimed at finding out the impact of the employee income tax on the performance of employee farm office in East Lampung district. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire with samples of 46 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression with the help of the SPSS 16 application. Conceptually and empirically, measurement of staff performance and additional income is closely linked to the core tasks and functions of the work unit. Additional Scale The results of this study suggest that the additional variable of employee income has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee of the land office of the East Lampung District. As for the correlation coefficient of 51.2%, while the remaining 48.8% was influenced by other factors that were not included in this study. Keywords: additional employee income, performance

Abstract

Lumut Kayen Variety Guava is a local variety of guava from Pati Regency with a greenish color, a fruit weight of 60-100 g, and a sweet taste. Research on the application of auxin and the number of entres leaves on the graft shoots of the Lumut Kayen variety has never been carried out, therefore a study was carried out to determine the effect of Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) concentration and the number of entres leaves on the growth of the graft of the Lumut Kayen variety guava shoots. The research was carried out in Jatimulyo Village, Wedarijaksa, Pati in June - August 2023. The research is a two-factor factorial experiment using a Complete Randomize Block Design. The first factor is the concentration of auxin, consisting of three levels, namely: 0, 100, and 200 ppm. The second factor is that the number of entres leaves consists of three levels, namely: 0, 2, and 4 leaves, so that 9 combinations of treatments are repeated three times. The results showed that IAA concentration had an effect on the time of bud appearance, but had no effect on the number of shoots and the number of leaves. The fastest budding time was obtained at IAA concentration treatment of 200 ppm, which was 8.22 days. The number of entres leaves affects the time of bud appearance, the number of buds, and the number of leaves. The number of 4-leaf entres gives the fastest budding time (7.65 days), the number of shoots, and the highest number of leaves at 8 weeks after grafting, which is 7.46 buds and 20.89 leaves respectively. There was no interaction between IAA concentration and the number of entres leaves on the growth of guava seedlings.

Abstract

This paper describes the impact of the emergence of Society 5.0, a new civilization in the information age. Today humans are faced with a completely new situation in the arena of history. With the presence of Society 5.0, it is hoped that the community can solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations born in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This is a new civilization, a new world, a time in which a human-centered society balances economic progress with the resolution of social problems by a system that integrates cyberspace and physical space. Society 5.0 will balance economic development and solve social problems. Then, is it true that Society 5.0 will bring progress for the benefit of many people? Civilization Society 5.0 is an answer as well as new challenges that have emerged as a result of the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which was accompanied by disruption marked by a world full of turmoil, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, of course, it is a new hope for families to educate their children so as not to experience disruption. This research method is the theological method in Christian religious education. Through this paper, the authors put conceptual ideas for Christian religious education, especially in building a harmonious family, and several solutions to the challenges of the civilization of Society 5.0.  AbstrakDengan kehadiran Society 5.0 diharapkan masyarakat dapat menyelesaikan berbagai tantangan dan permasalahan sosial dengan memanfaatkan berbagai inovasi yang lahir di era Revolusi industri 4.0. Inilah sebuah peradaban dunia baru, sebuah masa di mana masyarakat berpusat pada manusia yang menyeimbangkan kemajuan ekonomi dengan penyelesaian masalah sosial oleh sistem yang mengintegrasikan ruang dunia maya dan ruang fisik. Lalu, apakah benar bahwa Society 5.0 akan membawa kemajuan bagi kemaslahatan orang banyak? Tulisan ini bertujuan mengurai dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat dari kemunculan Society 5.0 yang merupakan peradaban baru di era informasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode analitis teologis bidang pendidikan agama Kristen. Melalui tulisan ini penulis menaruh gagasan konseptual bagi Pendidikan agama Kristen khususnya dalam membangun keluarga harmonis, serta beberapa solusi dalam menyambut tantangan yang didapat dari peradaban Society 5.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Peradaban Society 5.0 merupakan jawaban sekaligus tantangan baru yang muncul akibat era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang dibarengi disrupsi yang ditandai dunia yang penuh gejolak, ketidakpastian, kompleksitas, dan ambiguitas, tentu saja itu merupakan harapan baru bagi keluarga-keluarga untuk mendidik anak-anaknya agar tidak mengalami disrupsi. Society 5.0 menyeimbangkan pembangunan ekonomi dan menyelesaikan masalah sosial.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the disparity in higher education enrollment in Indonesia using data visualization produced by the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) technique. This graphic specifically examines the Gross Participation Rate of higher education among provinces, expenditure quintiles, and genders for the period of 2019 to 2023. The data was gathered from Statistics Indonesia and presented using Google Data Studio to offer a clearer and more comprehensible representation of the disparity. The findings indicate notable variations in Gross Participation Rate across provinces, with DI Yogyakarta continuously exhibiting the highest Gross Participation Rate and Bangka Belitung Islands displaying the lowest Gross Participation Rate over the duration of the study. Furthermore, Gross Participation Rate exhibits greater values within the quintile 5, which represents the group with the highest expenditure. Additionally,  Gross Enrollment Rate is also higher in females when compared to males. The resulting visualization can serve as a potent instrument for policy makers to comprehend and tackle disparities in access to higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Notary are required to report irregularities. Notary in real world situations. It also has the power specified in Article 15 Paragraph 2 of Law no. 30 of 2004 concerning the change in the status of a notary through the second year of the Law. Based on Law No. 2 of 2014, his name was changed to Notary, after a regulation to verify and legalize. In a contract, especially in the banking industry credit agreement. Notary are often “protective letters” or closing letters, without the original deed arrangement and other powers under Article 15. The fact that notary often issue protection letters is due to the fact that they are not always clear. His work focuses on safety and the ability to produce accurate certifications. This is to create a cover letter to support bank loans. And indeed a notary who issues a cover note for a bank or a covernote to complete a credit agreement is no longer involved in the creation. Credit agreement, in other words, the bank has ordered a notary that is different from the notarial deed. Cover sheet maker again. From the results of these activities, the authors draw conclusions first. When ordering a notary, which notary is used by each party. Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang berdasarkan hasil obeservasi yang telah dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Demak Khususnya kelas X Pemasaran, bahwa proses pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh guru khusunya pembelajaran materi shooting bola basket. Permasalahan pokok yang ditemukan yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa materi shooting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) yang memiliki arti metode penelitian untuk mencari pengaruh dari perlakuan tertentu terhadap kondisi yang terkendalikan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan 1) Menggunakan tes Test yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berupa pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 soal. 2). Observasi 3). Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan hasil mean atau rata-rata kelompok kontrol dari pretest sebesar 36,21 menjadi posttest sebesar 62,18 Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis paired sample T-test pada data pretest dan data posttest diperoleh nilai t hitung pretest dan posttest adalah sebesar 2,750 dengan sig (2-tailed) 0,000, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Pada hasil rata rata/mean pretest dan posttes terdapat nilai selisih 25,97. maka ada peningkatan pada kelompok kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan hasil mean atau rata-rata hasil kelompok eksperimen sebesar 39,61 menjadi posttest sebesar 86,61. Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis paired sample T-test pada data pretest dan data posttest diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,042 dengan sig (2-tailed) 0,037 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Kemudian dari hasil nilai mean atau rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen terdapat nilai rata-rata selisih sebesar 47,00 dari hasil pretest dan posttest. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen dengan menggunakan model direct instruction berbantu audio visual lebih baik dan lebih efektif dari pada kelompok kontrol di SMK Negeri 1 Demak.
