Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Income Level of Bakwan Mitra Abadi Business in the Nusantara Neighborhood of Monggonao Village, Bima City. The research conducted in this study is descriptive research. The population in this study consists of the income data of Bakwan Mitra Abadi Business in the Nusantara Neighborhood of Monggonao Village, Bima City, for one period (12 months), which is the year 2021. The sample in this study is a saturation sample, meaning that all members of the population whose income data of Bakwan Mitra Abadi Business in the Nusantara Neighborhood of Monggonao Village, Bima City, for one period (12 months) in the year 2021 are taken as the sample. Based on data analysis using a one-sample t-test, the calculated t-value is 2.068. To test whether the hypothesis stating that the income level of Bakwan Mitra Abadi Business in the Nusantara Neighborhood of Monggonao Village is greater than or equal to Rp. 72,500,000 per month can be accepted, a one-tailed test (left-tailed test) is used. At a significance level of 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom (df = n-1 = 12-1 = 11), the critical t-value (t-table) is 1.796. By comparing the calculated t-value (2.068) with the critical t-value (1.796), it is evident that the calculated t-value is greater than the critical t-value (2.068 ≥ 1.796).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Bima, serta dampaknya terhadap proses perizinan usaha. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kecepatan, akurasi, transparansi, dan keterjangkauan layanan perizinan setelah implementasi OSS. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan layanan perizinan melalui OSS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan kedalaman informasi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif untuk memahami dinamika implementasi OSS dan dampaknya terhadap proses perizinan di Kota Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OSS di DPMPTSP Kota Bima telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Proses perizinan yang sebelumnya memerlukan waktu yang lama dengan banyak tahapan administrasi manual kini dapat diselesaikan secara online, mengurangi waktu pelayanan izin berusaha dari satu bulan menjadi paling lama satu minggu. Penggunaan OSS juga meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi proses perizinan, dengan fitur pelacakan real-time yang memungkinkan pemohon memantau status permohonan mereka secara langsung. Selain itu, integrasi antarinstansi terkait yang difasilitasi oleh OSS meningkatkan koordinasi dan efisiensi dalam proses perizinan. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan jumlah petugas, kurangnya anggaran, kesenjangan digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan gangguan teknis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan adanya program sosialisasi intensif, peningkatan jumlah dan kompetensi petugas, serta investasi dalam infrastruktur IT untuk mengoptimalkan layanan OSS. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengembangkan fitur tambahan dan meningkatkan otomatisasi sistem guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan menciptakan lingkungan usaha yang kondusif di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Through the social audit, villagers can control, supervise, and evaluate certain development programs or activities that have been implemented by the village government, because social audit can be positioned as a variant of public participation oriented towards the realization of democratic governance. This critical learning facilitation was held in the context of social awareness to expand the understanding of villagers about social audit techniques based on principles, benefits, and ideal stages while at the same time fostering the commitment of the village government to apply the principles of transparency and accountability in development management, including providing access to information disclosure related to the village planning and budgeting documents so that it can be known by the citizens as a whole. This community service activity involved dozens of residents and the village government officials as participants and was carried out during March 2018 in the Rabakodo Village, Woha District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province by applying special learning methods in the form of various lectures to convey the conceptual substance of social audit that must be understood by program participants, as well as practices to demonstrate the social audit work process that can be directly observed and practised by them. These facilitation activities produce outputs in the form of recommendations from residents to the village government so that (1) public participation in the planning-budgeting process, including the activities in the field of village development, community building, and community empowerment must be provided in large portions by the village government for the sake of democratic and inclusive management of the village development; (2) The village government must act transparently and responsively to the needs of the residents, and prioritize a persuasive approach when facing their demands; and (3) villagers must always actively participate in all stages of the village development management, especially in planning, budgeting, implementing, and monitoring phases.
