Abstract

This study aims to develop an Interactive E-Module Based on Kvisoft Flip Book Maker Pro, its implementation of the level of students' understanding of redox reaction material. The interactive e-module referred to in this case is an electronic module that can be viewed through mobile devices and computers offline. The population and samples in this study were all students of class X MAN 1 North Halmahera for the 2021/2022 academic year, which amounted to 44 people and were spread in 2 different classes. Sample selection using saturated sampling techniques. The method used in this research is research and development. The product to be developed is an interactive E-Module based on Kvisoft Flip Book Maker Pro, with other supporting learning tools in the form of a syllabus, learning implementation plan (RPP), and practicum guide. The development model used from Plom consists of 5 stages, namely: 1) preliminary investigation, (2) design, (3) realization / construction, (4) evalusai and revision, (5) implementation. Product effectiveness trials are limited trials in the form of experimental research using the Two-Group Pretest Posttest research design. Research instruments are in the form of E-module validation and practicality sheets, student response assessment questionnaires, and learning outcomes assessment instruments. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential analysis, using SPSS applications.

Abstract

Research on the activity of eugenol derived compounds as antimicrobials using the qualitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) model has been conducted. Molecular structure modeling was executed computationally using the ChemDraw Ultra 12.0 program package. Geometry optimization was performed using AM1 semi-empirical method to stabilize structure with the least energy level. Calculations of hydrophobic, electronic, and steric descriptors were done using Gaussian-09 and Marvin Sketch 64 softwares. Statistical calculations was conducted through multiple linear regression method using the IBM SPSS 25 program. Statistical analysis was carried out based on the statistical requirements of several equation models so that the best equation model was obtained. The analysis with the QSAR equation model obtained that the model 1 equation presented the best results.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dengan metode in-silico digunakan untuk mengetahui mekanisme kerja suatu senyawa aktif. Senyawa aktif yang dipelajari adalah senyawa dari suatu herbal dalam rangka penemuan obat baru. Diketahui beberapa bahan alam yang mengandung senyawa aktif yang dapat menghambat aktifitas enzim lipase. Senyawa aktif yang memiliki potensi inhibitor enzim lipase diantaranya Genistein yang terdapat pada kacang merah, homoorientin, epicatechin gallate, dan cumoric acid yang terdapat pada daun sirsak, Benzyl Benzoat dan Chloromycetin yang terdapat pada cendawan. Kata Kunci :        Molecular Docking, Bahan Alam, Inhibitor, Enzim LipaseAbstract Research with the in-silico method is used to determine the mechanism of action of an active compound. The active compounds studied are compounds from an herb in the context of the discovery of new drugs. It is known that some natural ingredients contain active compounds that can inhibit the activity of the lipase enzyme. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem periodik unsur kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan design penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan tahun ajaran 2022-2023 yang berjumlah 84 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 20 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa soal essay sebanyak 11 nomor. Data yang diperolleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21.1. Uji hipotesis hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan uji paired T-test diperoleh nilai signifikan yaitu , thitung  ttabel atau 10,056  1,729. Sehingga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap hasil belajar siswaKata Kunci: Model pembelaran berbasis masalah, Hasil Belajar, Sistem Periodik Unsur Abstract This research was porposed aimedto determine the effect of problem-based learning models on student learning outcomed in the periodic system of elements of class X SMA Negeri 2 Halmahera Selatan on the material of the periodic system of elements. This type of research is experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The population in this study were all of the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 2 South Halmahera for the 2022-2023 academic year, totaling 84 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 20 students. The instrument used in this study was in the form of 11 number essay questions. The data obtained was then analyzed using SPSS 21.1. Testing the hypothesis of student learning outcomed using the paired T-test obtained a significant value, namely, tcount ttable or 10.056 1.729. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing dengan berbantuan media pembelajaran flip pdf profesional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah tes essay dengan jumlah soal sebanyak 10 nomor untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa pada hasil belajar serta angket untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap media flip pdf profesional. Teknik analisis terhadap nilai pretest dan posttest pada hasil belajar siswa yang digunakan uji one-sample klomogorof smirnof test menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Uji hipotesis dihitung menggunakan analisis (paired sampel t-test) dengan taraf signifikasi 16,148 1,729 atau H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Hasil analisis angket tanggapan siswa diperoleh tingkat persetujuan siswa sebesar 79,9% dengan kategori tertarik.Kata Kunci :model problem posing, flip pdf profesional, Hasil Belajar AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem posing learning model with the help of professional flip pdf learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students. This study was an experimental study with a one group pretest posttest design. The sample of this study amounted to 20 students by using a porposive sampling technique. The instrument used in the study was an essay test with a total of 10 questions to measure student learning outcomes on learning outcomes and a questionnaire to determine student responses to professional flip pdf media. The analysis technique of the pretest and posttest scores on student learning outcomes used the one-sample Klomogorof Smirnof test using SPSS 16.0. Hypothesis testing was calculated using analysis (paired sample t-test) with a significance level of 16.148 1.729 or H0 was rejected. Ha was accepted. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas praktikum kimia berbasis Virtual Laboratory terhadap Science Process Skills mahasiswa program studi pendidikan kimia semester I TA 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh pada 34 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan kimia yang mengampuh matakuliah praktikum kimia dasar I. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa Praktikum (LKMP) dan angket. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji interval skala. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Science Process Skills mahasiswa kurang baik (56,67) dan praktikum kimia berbasis Virtual Laboratory terhadap Science Process Skills mahasiswa Cukup Efektif dengan nilai peroleh rata-rata  57%. Kata Kunci :       Mahasiswa pendidikan kimia, Virtual Laboratory, Science Process Skills, Titrasi asam basa Abstract The digitization of the education sector is inevitable because it can streamline the learning process and practicum without the boundaries of tools and space. Chem-Lab is one of the Virtual Laboratory software that provides various practicum simulations. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the acid-base titration practicum using the Chem-Lab Software for students of the chemistry education study program semester I of 2020/2021. The research data was tested using the scale interval test. The results of the analysis showed that the students 'Science Process Skills were not good enough (56.67) and the Virtual Laboratory-based chemistry practicum towards the students' Science Process Skills was quite effective with an average score of 57%. Keywords:Chem-Lab and Science Process Skills

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan molymod, besar pengaruh penggunaan molymod serta mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap molymod pada materi senyawa karbon terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII-IPA MAS Nurul Huda Dowora Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes, lembar angket respon siswa dan guru. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan molymod dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tetapi dengan interpretasi rendah. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 21.0 dengan uji wilcoxon signed rank test diperoleh nilai Asymp.sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,01 (p) 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Pad uji wilcoxon diperoleh mean rank atau rata-rata peningkatannya sebesar 7,19 dengan interpretasi rendah. Angket respon siswa dan guru memperoleh hasil rata-rata angket sebesar 83,98% dan 78,3% dengan kategori tertarik. Kata Kunci :        Hasil Belajar Siswa, Molymod, Senyawa KarbonAbstract This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of using molymod, how much influence the use of molymod had, and knowing the response of student to molymod on carbon compouns on the learning outcomes of students in class XII-IPA MAS Nurul Huda Dowora City of Tidore Islands. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the instruments used are test questions, student and teacher response questionnaire sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. Based on data analysis, the key is that the use of molymod can improve student learning outcomes but with low interpretation. This is in accordance with the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS 21.0 with the wilcoxon signed rank test, the Asymp.sig. (2— tailed) value of 0.01 (p) 0.05 is accepted, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In the wilcoxon test, the mean rank or average increase is 7.19 with a low interpretation. Questionnaire responses from students and teacher obtained an average questionnaire result of 83.98% and 78.3% in the interested category. Keywords:Learning Outcomes, Molymod, Carbon Compounds.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis model inkuiri terbimbing menggunakan modul elektronik terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kesetimbangan kimia di SMA Negeri 11 Halmahera Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian eksperimen menggunakan design one group pretest posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Halmahera Timur tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 19 siswa yang terdiri hanya satu kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan ialah sampling jenuh atau semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 item yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa, dan lembar observasi untuk mengukur ranah afektif dan psikomotorik. Teknik analisis data satatistik menggunakan SPSS windows version 21.0. sig0,05 atau 0,0000,05, hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitunglttabel atau 7.7871,734, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil ranah afektif sebanyak 55 dengan kategori cukup dan ranah psikomotorik sebanyak 53 dengan kategori cukup. Besar pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbatu modul elektronik terhadap hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari nilai gain 0.18 dengan kategori rendah. Kata Kunci: Model Inkuiri Terbimbing, Modul Elektronik Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of guided inquiry model-based learning using electronic modules on student learning outcomes on chemical equilibrium material at SMA Negeri 11 Halmahera Timur. This type of research is experimental research using a one group pretest posttest design. The sample in the study was all students of class XI at SMA Negeri 11  Halmahera Timur for the academic year 2022/2023, totaling 19 students consisting of only one class. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or the entire population is used as a sample. The instrument used in this study was in the form of 10 item essay questions used to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes, and observation sheets to measure affective and psychomotor domains. Statistical data analysis techniques using SPSS windows version 21.0. sig0.05 or 0.0000.05, the results of the hypothesis test are tcountlttable or 7,7871.734, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the affective domain were 55 in the sufficient category and the psychomotor domain was 53 in the sufficient category. The influence of the electronic module guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes is obtained from the gain value of 0.18 in the low category. Keywords: Guided Inquiry Models, Electronic  modules

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder pada landak laut yang terdapat di perairan kota Ternate. Pengambilan sampel pada tiga titik lokasi, diantaranya; pantai Tafure Kel. Tafure Kec. Kota Ternate Utara, pantai belakang Pasar Barito Kel. Gamalama Kec. Kota Ternate Tengah dan pantai Rua Kel. Rua Kec. Kota Ternate Selatan. Landak laut yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian kemudian disortir berdasarkan jenis yang sama disetiap lokasi penelitian. Hasil sortir menunjukkan terdapat spesies a di pantai Tafure, b di pantai belakang Pasar Barito dan c di pantai Rua perairan kota Ternate. Landak laut yang ditemukan kemudian dipreparasi dan diekstrasi dalam pelarut etanol 70% menggunakan metode maserasi 3 x 24 jam. Hasil maserasi dievaporasi dengan rotary evaporator dan dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi menggunakan berbagai pereaksi untuk skring fitokimia. Hasil skrining fitokimia menunjukan bahwa ketiga ekstrak landak laut positif mengandung alkaloid dan saponinKata Kunci :        ekstrak landak laut, senyawa metabolit sekunderAbstract This study aims to identify secondary metabolites in sea urchins found in the waters of the city of Ternate. Sampling at three location points, including; Tafure beach, Tafure Village, North Ternate City District, the back beach of Barito Market, Gamalama Village, Central Ternate City District, and Rua Beach, Rua Village, South Ternate City District. The sea urchins found at the research site were then sorted based on the same type in each research location. Sorting results show that there are species a on Tafure beach, b on the back coast of  Barito Market and c on Rua beach in the waters of Ternate city. The sea urchins found were then prepared and extracted in 70% ethanol solvent using the 3 x 24 hour maceration method. The maceration results were evaporated using a rotary evaporator and continued with identification using various reagents for phytochemical screening. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the three sea urchin extracts were positive for alkaloids and saponins. Keywords:sea urchin extract, secondary metabolite compounds

Abstract

Science and Technology Program for the community through coaching and assisting transfer of coconut processing simply technology into quality and durable VCO. IBM Results Program shows that: 1) socialization of coconut processing into VCO oil has been carried out to the community of Siko Kayoa Village in August 2014, 2) Siko Village Community especially the partners in this program have understood and receive technology transfer of making VCO as well as giving a positive response to this program, 3)Response of partner group showed that 100% of the respondents stated VCO socialization and training techniques were very clear and easily understood by the respondents, 99% stated tools and materials was easy to get, 98% of respondents stated the procedure for making VCO was easy, cheap and simple. 100% of respondents are willing to develop VCO making techniques in Siko village. Targets of this program have been achieved 95% by producing outputs skills of the Siko community to process VCO oil and VCO products produced.
