Abstract

Cash distribution by stock buyback is one ways to increase stockholder wealth. This study is to analyze the effect of misprice (misvaluation) and leverage on stock buyback. Limited prior study discussed about stock buyback and misprice especially in Indonesia, theoritically, in Indonesia not only firm with undervalue stock do stock buyback but also firm with overvalue stock. Stock buyback can increase the stock prices, but the implementation in Indonesia is still small. Non-financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2017 used in this study. Samples were taken by a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. The data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results showed that misprice has a positive effect on buyback. The different thing found in Indonesia because overvalued firms hold stock buyback. Leverage has a negative effect on stock buyback. Firms with leverage below the target tend to do a stock buyback. In addition, the stock buyback also used to correct prices (for undervalued stock to be fair). The implication in this study is stock buyback not only viewing to correct prices but also giving a signal to the market that the firm is in a good fundamental condition.

Abstract

Abstract- In this paper the concept of service quality in supply chain has been investigated in the health system. This article aims to fill the gap in the literature by providing evidence about patients’ satisfaction and loyalty regarding the health-care they experienced from Indonesia private hospitals by supply chain strategy. This research was conducted using the data from the consumers who received services from 4 different private hospitals in Surabaya, Indonesia. Core service quality and peripheral service quality (Service Quality dimensions), appraisal emotion and perceived value (Consumer Perception), patient satisfaction, loyalty (Hospital Performance, and switching cost to the hospital were the variables considered for this study. A path analysis was done on AMOS 23 in order to compute path coefficients, direct and indirect effects of the variables on patients’ satisfaction and also loyalty to the hospital. The result found that core service quality impacts patients’ satisfaction. The peripheral service quality has no significant effect on the patient’s satisfaction. Core service quality and peripheral service quality has a significant effect on appraisal emotion and perceived value. The appraisal emotion and perceived value have an impact on the patient’s satisfaction and loyalty. Patients’ satisfactionis directly related to patients’ loyalty to the hospital.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. JNE EXPRESS Kabupaten Lamongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna jasa PT. JNE Express Kabupaten Lamongan, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan memiliki implikasi bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan JNE.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to test 1)whether the performance of SMEs in Kramat Mengare Village can be influenced by human capital, 2) the influence of technology capital on the performance of SMEs in Kramat Mengare Village, 3) government policies that moderate the influence of human capital on the performance of SMEs, and 4) government policies that moderate the influence of technology capital on the performance of SMEs. In this study, the sample was 200 respondents from SMEs in Kramat Mengare Village, and the data collected using purposive sampling was used in this study. The measurement used the Likert scale to obtain primary data in this study. The analytical method used in this study uses Structural Equations Modeling with PLS 3.2.7. The study's validity and reliability test results show that the data obtained are valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing in PLS 3.2.7 shows the results that SMEs of Mengare Village can be influenced by human capital and technological capital and the performance of SMEs Kramat Mengare Village cannot be influenced by human capital and technological capital which is moderated by government policy. This research has implications especially for SMEs in the village who are aware of the importance of technology for business development and are aware of their ability to quality products and the importance of government policies in supporting SMEs

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of flash sales, free shipping and live streaming on purchasing decisions among TikTokShop users in Lamongan Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with an explanatory research method. This research was conducted in Lamongan Regency with a sample of 100 respondents from the entire population of TikTokShop users in Lamongan Regency. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique as the sampling technique. The data collection technique uses Google Form with a Likert scale. The data processing technique in this research uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square). The results of this research show that flash sales do not significantly influence decisions, but the free shipping and live streaming variables significantly influence purchasing decisions for TikTokShop users in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Nasi Kuning Mak’Im is a culinary business founded in Malaysia in 2016, specializing in Indonesian cuisine using high-quality ingredients at affordable prices. However, increasing competition from similar businesses poses a challenge to sustaining and growing the enterprise. Developing an effective marketing strategy is crucial to addressing these challenges and ensuring business growth. This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategies of Nasi Kuning Mak’Im using SWOT analysis to enhance sales performance. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Nasi Kuning Mak’Im SME in Selangor, Malaysia. Data were collected through direct interviews with key stakeholders, field observations, and literature review. Key informants included the business owner and loyal customers, providing insights into both operational and customer perspectives. The findings from the SWOT analysis and the internal-external matrix indicate that the most appropriate strategy for Nasi Kuning Mak’Im is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy. This approach leverages the business's strengths, such as product quality and affordability, to capitalize on market opportunities and build competitiveness while fostering customer loyalty. The application of the S-O strategy demonstrates that by aligning internal strengths with external opportunities, Nasi Kuning Mak’Im can enhance its market position and maintain sustainable operations amid a competitive landscape. Recommendations for further implementation of the strategy are provided to support long-term growth and customer retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh harga dan E-WOM terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk Miniso di Instagram @miniso.lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan menerapkan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Kuisioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yang berbasis skala Likert dan kuisioner disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian, yaitu followers akun yang berusia 18-40 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t = 3,483, p < 0,01), dan E-WOM juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t-statistics 8,240 dan p-values 0,000. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kombinasi harga kompetitif dan ulasan positif E-WOM merupakan strategi efektif meningkatkan penjualan produk Miniso. Oleh karena itu, Miniso perlu menekankan pentingnya strategi harga kompetitif dan pengelolaan E-WOM dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi diera ini sangatlah mempengaruhi segala aspek dalam kehidupan contohhya dalam berperilaku, kebanyakan generasi z yang sangat terobsesi dengan dunia media sosial sehingga mugculnya gaya hidup yang berlebihan dan parahnya memanfaaatkan kemudahan shopee pay later sebagai solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhannnya, itulah sebabnya penelitian ini sangat menarik untuk dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeruh gaya hidup, persepsi kemudahan dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif penggguna shopee pay later dengan menggunakan study kasus pada gen z dikota lamongan. metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif . populasi yang belum diketahui secara pasti ini sehingga peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow.teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan non- probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Proses pengembilan sampelnya menggunakan survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden dan metode analisis datanya menggunakan partial least square (PLS) . dari hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya hiduph persepsi kemudahan dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif pengguna shopee pay later pada gen z dikota lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Employee well-being (Work Engagement, job satisfaction, burnout, and Workaholism) on Turnoverintention among millennial employees in Lamongan Regency. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire filled out by 350 millennial respondents in Lamongan Regency. The analysis tool used was IBM SPSS version 29.0 for Windows. The results showed that Work Engagement (X1) had a negative but insignificant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), while Job Satisfaction (X2) had a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y). Meanwhile, Workaholism (X3) had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y), and Burnout (X4) also had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention (Y). These findings highlight the importance of the role of managing Employee Well-Being which includes Work Engagement, job satisfaction, burnout, and Workaholism, because it can have an impact on Turnoverintention among the millennial generation in Lamongan Regency. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of addressing aspects of employee well-being (Work Engagement, job satisfaction, burnout, and Workaholism) to mitigate problems related to Turnover Intention among the millennial generation in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of green perceived value, green trust, and green satisfaction on the purchase decision of environmentally friendly products in Generation Z in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study is Gen Z consumers in Indonesia who use Wardah Green Series products in an unknown amount. The sample in this study amounted to 384 people, using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using an online questionnaire. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The study results show that green perceived value, trust, and satisfaction can increase the purchase decision of Generation Z eco-friendly products.
