Abstract

The water on this earth seems to never run out even though humans use it continuously. However, sometimes the water on the surface of the earth is lost so that the earth looks dry. This study aims to find out where the water on earth comes from and where it is lost according to the perspective of the Qur'an and science. By using the literature study method, the researchers found: 1) according to the view of the Qur'an, water on earth comes from the sky in the form of rain, while according to science there is a possibility that water on earth comes from ice in the asteroid belt that fell to earth. 2) Water on earth can undergo evaporation and freezing depending on weather conditions. This is what causes a place on earth to experience drought or lack of water. Knowledge of the origin and loss of water on earth will be useful for people's lives in responding to water use as wisely as possible.

Abstract

This literature review research, aims to understand the thoughts of Hamzah Fansuri and Nurruddin al-Raniry about the unity of the soul or human life (servant) with God, after death. Through the literary reception method approach, researchers use manuscripts Sharâbbu’L-‘Âshiqîn, Asrâru’L-‘Âifîn, and al-Muntahi written by Hamzah Fansuri and Asrâr al-Insân written by Nurruddin al-Raniry as the main data source, the situation of the researcher when reading the literary text was already equipped with knowledge of other texts, which discussed the two literary texts, so that is directs the content of the reading texts.The results of this study include: 1) according to Hamzah Fansuri the ruh of human after being separated from the body (dead), will reunite with the Dhat of Allah because according to Hamzah, the ruh of human comes from God through the process tajalli (emanasi). Meanwhile, according to Nur al-Din al-Raniry the ruh of human after death will taraqqi up to the first sky until the ninth sky in accordance with the degree of goodness in the world. Ruh of mu’min will taraqqi up to the first sky, ruh of ‘abid (worship expert) will taraqqi up to the second sky, ruh of zahid (the zahid peoples) will taraqqi up to the third sky, ruh of ma’rifat expert will taraqqi up to the fourth sky, ruh of the trustees will taraqqi up to the fith sky, ruh of the Prophets will taraqqi up to the sixth sky, ruh of the murassal (the apostles of Allah) will taraqqi up to the seventh sky ruh of wali al-‘azm will taraqqi up to the eighth sky, ruh of the khatam al-Nabi (s{alla Allah alayhi wasallam) (Muhammad Saw) will taraqqi up to the ninth sky. This opinion is a rejection of Hamzah’s opinion that the ruh of mortal man will be united with God’s Dhat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work From Home (WFH) terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar  melalui media online sebagai variable intervening di kecamatan Lamongan. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar yang terdaftar di dapodik daerah Lamongan yang berjumlah 200 orang, penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan didapat 67 sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WFH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap media online. WFH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Media online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Media online mampu memediasi pengaruh WFH terhadap kinerja guru. Penggunaan media online yang optimal selama guru bekerja dari rumah berdampak positif pada kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Polres Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat yang berkunjung di Polres Lamongan selama periode penelitian yang berjumlah 520 orang, kemudian sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat. serta Fasilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat. Kemudian secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat yang berkunjung di Polres Lamongan.

Abstract

In general, the aim of preaching is to change human behavior both individually and socially. In order to achieve this goal, a preacher needs to understand the concept of self and others. This research aims to understand the concept of self and other from the perspective of da'wah philosophy, as well as knowing the implications of understanding the concept of self and other from the perspective of missionary philosophy. Literature review was used in writing this article. This research produced the following findings: (1) self-concept is understood as an individual's perspective on themselves, both physically, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and socially. So others are people who are separated, marginalized, from the roles of managing shared life because they are considered not included in a particular social community (2) Understanding the concept of self and other in preaching is important because it can have implications for: increasing the effectiveness of preaching, strengthening good relations between preachers and the object of da'wah, as well as between fellow preachers, strengthening the internalization of da'wah values, and the success of social change efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance with length of service as a moderation variable at the editorial head of the morning daily Suara Umum Lamongan. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method approach involving 50 respondents with techniques used in purposive sampling sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed the effect of incentives on employee performance with an incentive variable calculation value of 2.406, greater than the table of 2.01290 and a sig value of 0.020 smaller than 0.05. And there is an influence of motivation on employee performance with a calculated value of work motivation variables of 2.432 greater than ttable 2.01290 and a sig value of 0.019 smaller than 0.05. However, the calculated value of the working period moderation variable of 0.050 is smaller than the table of 2.01290 and the sig value of 0.745 is greater than 0.05 and it is concluded that the working period variable does not moderate incentives for employee performance, and the calculated value of the working period variable of 0.081 is smaller than the table of 2.01290 and the sig value of 0.450 is greater than 0.05 and it is concluded that the working period variable does not moderate motivation for employee performance.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of a baby's life is crucial, yet many mothers still experience challenges with inadequate milk production. Oxytocin massage is one solution to increase breast milk production by stimulating the oxytocin hormone. This community service aims to improve postpartum mothers' knowledge and understanding of oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production.The method used was observation with 20 postpartum mother respondents at Ken Saras Hospital. The activity was conducted in three stages: 1) Assessment of mothers' initial knowledge about oxytocin massage, 2) Socialization and practice of oxytocin massage, 3) Evaluation of mothers' knowledge after the education.Pre-test results showed that mothers' initial knowledge was still lacking, especially regarding the definition, benefits, and techniques of oxytocin massage. Mothers' education and occupation factors influenced their knowledge level. After the education, there was a significant increase in knowledge. The average pre-test score of 50.83 increased to 81.66 in the post-test. Mothers gained a better understanding of oxytocin massage as an effort to increase breast milk production.In conclusion, education and practice of oxytocin massage effectively improved postpartum mothers' knowledge about the benefits and techniques of oxytocin massage for smooth breast milk production. The increase in knowledge is expected to encourage mothers to apply oxytocin massage independently. Recommendations include: 1) Conducting health promotion with village midwives and local health centers, 2) Providing education and training on oxytocin massage to posyandu cadres, 3) Conducting ongoing mentoring for postpartum mothers. With these efforts, it is hoped that exclusive breastfeeding coverage can be increased through optimization of mothers' breast milk production using the oxytocin massage method..   Abstrak Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama kehidupan bayi sangat penting, namun masih banyak ibu yang mengalami kendala produksi ASI yang tidak lancar. Pijat oksitosin merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI dengan merangsang hormon oksitosin. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu nifas tentang pijat oksitosin sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi ASI.Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan 20 responden ibu nifas di RS Ken Saras. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: 1) Kajian pengetahuan awal ibu tentang pijat oksitosin, 2) Sosialisasi dan praktik pijat oksitosin, 3) Evaluasi pengetahuan ibu setelah penyuluhan. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan pengetahuan awal ibu masih kurang, terutama terkait pengertian, manfaat, dan teknik pijat oksitosin. Faktor pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan. Nilai rata-rata pre-test 50,83 meningkat menjadi 81,66 pada post-test. Ibu menjadi lebih memahami tentang pijat oksitosin sebagai upaya meningkatkan produksi ASI.Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan dan praktik pijat oksitosin efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang manfaat dan teknik pijat oksitosin untuk kelancaran produksi ASI. Peningkatan pengetahuan diharapkan dapat mendorong ibu untuk menerapkan pijat oksitosin secara mandiri. Saran yang diberikan antara lain: 1) Melakukan promosi kesehatan bersama bidan desa dan puskesmas setempat, 2) Memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pijat oksitosin kepada kader posyandu, 3) Melakukan pendampingan berkelanjutan pada ibu nifas. Dengan upaya tersebut, diharapkan cakupan ASI eksklusif dapat meningkat melalui optimalisasi produksi ASI ibu dengan metode pijat oksitosin.

Abstract

Mother's milk (breast milk) is the best food for a newborn and is the only healthful food the baby needs in the first months of its life. Breast-feeding benefits of infants are Acceptedthose that protect them from infection, diarrhea, and allergies, enhance their relationship with the mother, and increase her resistance, while mothers' benefits are satisfying, more practical, cheaper and thus procrastinating. Breast feeding in the first days after childbirth is due to a lack of oxytocin and prolactin hormones that contribute to the fluency of production so that it requires an alternative action or an expeditious action of oxytocin massage, since oxytocin massage is so effective at encouraging breast emissions. Purpose: carry out an oxytocin massage on the miss nifas post sc H-1 and an evaluation of oxytocin massage on the nifas post sc H-1. Method: Doing a review of the post sc H-1 mothers' knowledge of oxytocin massage and the lack of systematic management with oxytocin massage and then provide a health education on oxytocin massage and, lastly, an evaluation by responding methods and improving the mother and family skills on oxytocin massage. Results: the pre-test post-test mothers' lowest score is 50 and the highest score is 65. And the average is 60. The lowest post-test results of the post-test mother post indicate scores are 80 and 100 higher while the average average is 89.33. These results indicate that the mother's lack of knowledge about oxytocin massage. Conclusion: health education at the post mortem in the diamond room, Ken saras hospital's 15 post-post mothers did so over a week. From the activity comes increased knowledge of the post mother post mortem after given health education.   Abstrak Air Susu Ibu (ASI) adalah makanan terbaik untuk bayi yang baru lahir dan merupakan satu-satunya makanan sehat yang diperlukan bayi pada bulan-bulan pertama kehidupannya. Manfaat ASI untuk bayi adalah melindungi dari penyakit infeksi, diare, dan alergi, mempererat hubungan dengan ibu, dan meningkatkan daya tahan ibu, sedangkan manfaat untuk ibu adalah memberikan kepuasan, lebih praktis, murah dan dapat menunda masa subur. ASI pada hari-hari pertama setelah melahirkan yang disebabkan kurangnya rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin yang berperan dalam kelancaran produksi ASI sehingga dibutuhkan upaya tindakan alternatif atau penatalaksanaan berupa pijat oksitosin, karena pijat oksitosin sangat efektif membantu merangsang pengeluaran ASI. Tujuan: Melaksanakan kegiatan pelaksanaan pijat oksitosin pada ibu nifas post SC H1 dan melakukan evaluasi pengetahuan pijat oksitosin pada ibu nifas post SC H-1. Metode: Melakukan pengkajian pengetahuan ibu post SC H1 tentang pijat oksitosin dan kurangnya pengetahuan penanganan secara komplementer dengan pijat oksitosin kemudian memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pijat oksitosin dan yang terakhir melakukan evaluasi dengan metode responsi dan meningkatkan keterampilan ibu dan keluarga tentang pijat oksitosin. Hasil: Hasil pre-test ibu post partum di dapatkan nilai terendah 50 dan nilai tertingginya adalah 65. Sementara nilai rata-ratanya adalah 60. Hasil post-test ibu post partum di dapatkan nilai terendah adalah 80 dan nilai tertinggi 100 sementara nilai rata-ratanya adalah 89,33. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan ibu post partum tentang pijat oksitosin. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan pada ibu post partum di ruang Intan, RS Ken saras yang berjumlah 15 ibu post partum yang dilakukan selama 1 minggu. Dari kegiatan tersebut terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu post partum setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan.

Abstract

Nasi Kuning Mak’Im is a culinary business founded in Malaysia in 2016, specializing in Indonesian cuisine using high-quality ingredients at affordable prices. However, increasing competition from similar businesses poses a challenge to sustaining and growing the enterprise. Developing an effective marketing strategy is crucial to addressing these challenges and ensuring business growth. This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategies of Nasi Kuning Mak’Im using SWOT analysis to enhance sales performance. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Nasi Kuning Mak’Im SME in Selangor, Malaysia. Data were collected through direct interviews with key stakeholders, field observations, and literature review. Key informants included the business owner and loyal customers, providing insights into both operational and customer perspectives. The findings from the SWOT analysis and the internal-external matrix indicate that the most appropriate strategy for Nasi Kuning Mak’Im is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy. This approach leverages the business's strengths, such as product quality and affordability, to capitalize on market opportunities and build competitiveness while fostering customer loyalty. The application of the S-O strategy demonstrates that by aligning internal strengths with external opportunities, Nasi Kuning Mak’Im can enhance its market position and maintain sustainable operations amid a competitive landscape. Recommendations for further implementation of the strategy are provided to support long-term growth and customer retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance with work tenure as a moderating variable at the Central Office of the Lamongan Morning Daily Editorial Office. Using a quantitative approach with regression analysis, this study involved 50 employees as respondents. The analysis results show that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 2.406; p < 0.05). However, work tenure does not moderate the relationship between incentives and employee performance (t = 0.050; p > 0.05). This study concludes that incentives are an important factor in improving employee performance, but the role of work tenure is not significant in strengthening this relationship. The practical implication of this study is the need for the company to design effective incentive strategies to enhance employee productivity, regardless of their work tenure.
