Abstract

School-Based Management is one solution to solving problems in the education system in Indonesia. With School-Based Management, educational institutions will be more independent in determining the direction of their school development, and can carry out more independent innovations. One of the potentials and natural riches possessed by Bener Meriah district is coffee, which is known as one of the best coffee producing regions in the world with high quality coffee products but the younger generation lacks knowledge about coffee as a superior commodity, the establishment of a coffee-based school in Bener Meriah district has become a new color among young people to be able to learn more deeply about superior commodities in the Gayo Highlands. The coffee-based school in Bener Meriah Regency is SMP IT Al-Fatih Boarding School. Coffee-based school management at Al-Fatih Boarding School Integrated Islamic Junior High School has been effective. The Contribution of Coffee to School-Based Management at the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Al-Fatih Boarding School is that coffee is a source of financing for schools to support independent education. In coffee-based school management, there are challenges in managing coffee-based school management at the Al-Fatih Integrated Islamic Junior High School, including the lack of teachers in the coffee sector and inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

The leadership of the madrasah principal is very central in creating changes that can influence group activities towards setting and achieving goals, can be seen as a person who uses applicable structures and procedures to achieve the goals of the madrasah organization. As time goes by, culture or customs are rarely used as a reference or foundation in implementing life values. In the educational environment itself, due to technological developments, advances in the era and even due to the pandemic that is currently hitting the world, it can have an impact on the loss of cultural order or customs that apply in the community that are applied in the school environment, moral decadence is inevitable, education is only focused on transferring knowledge and seems no longer on instilling educational values ​​in the form of character, morals and national personality that loves culture. The management of the Madrasah Principal in implementing the Sumang Opat culture in the environment of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Tengah begins with planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating management is the entire process of thinking, grouping all tasks, responsibilities, authorities, in determining all activities carried out in order to achieve the goals of the madrasah. The management of the madrasah principal in developing the Sumang Opat culture, where the madrasah principal seeks to improve the implementation of the Sumang culture, organizes tasks to each personnel according to educational qualifications, in this case the madrasah principal takes action with planning and paying attention to discipline and responsibility in acting. The madrasah principal also supervises and evaluates teachers and students in implementing the Sumang Opat culture in the environment of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Aceh Tengah.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Tahsin dan Tahfidz al-Qur’an harus dikelola dengan berkualitas dan bermutu, pembelajaran yang dimaksud lebih dari sekedar menyampaikan ilmu, akan tetapi juga memastikan keterserapan dan pemahaman siswa serta keterampilan dan motivasi siswa untuk mengamalkannya demi kemaslahatan umat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan upaya guru tahsin untuk meningkatkan kualitas tahsin dan tahfidz di SMP IT Cendekia Takengon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas tahsin dan tahfidz para siswa/i adalah dengan cara pengulangan bacaan perayat dan bimbingan secara klasikal, serta menugaskan para siswa/i untuk menghafal al-Qur’an di rumah dan menyetorkannya di sekolah. Dan tugas bagi para orang tua untuk mengulang/muraja’ah hafalan anaknya di rumah. Metode pelajaran yang digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas tahsin dan tahfidz ialah dengan menggunakan metode klasikal, yaitu penyampaian materi tahsin dengan menggunakan buku asyafi’i kepada para siswa/i. lalu guru menggunakan metode talaqqi untuk meningkatkan kualitas siswa/i dalam menghafal al-Qur’an. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya guru meningkatkan kualitas tafsin dan tahfidz di SMP IT Cendikia Takengon dari faktor penghambat yaitu: a) Kurangnya tenaga pengajar, b) Waktu yang sedikit. Faktor pendukung yaitu: a) kerja sama dengan para orang tua, b) buku untuk penyampaian sudah tersedia.

Abstract

Archives for organizations are supporting operational activities. Through archives, information and authentic can be obtained quickly and accurately. The organization's journey can be seen from the archived data stored. Therefore, good archives must be implemented, Realizing the importance of archives as a center of memory and a source of information. Service quality can be used as one of the agency's strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine Archives Management in Improving the Quality of Administrative Services at the Library and Archives Service of Central Aceh Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. By using qualitative research, researchers can investigate archive management and archive service systems at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service. The results showed that archive management at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service had been going well, judging from the archival planning that had been running according to established procedures, the implementation of archives at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service could be said to be good, and supervision of The Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service is carried out twice a week, if an error occurs in the filing of the archive, it is quickly transferred to the specified place. The quality of archival services and the obstacles in improving the quality of archival services at the Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service can be said to be still not optimal due to the lack of available reading media such as historical books and digital services such as wifi networks that cannot be reached by the archives and so it is difficult to upgrade and upload the latest info or activities.

Abstract

Model Learning cycle dapat mengasah kemampuan berfikir mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep teori Bruner, sehingga tidak hanya menerima tetapi juga menganalisis teori. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah model Learning Cycle dan kendala yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGMI semester V IAIN Takengon. Hasil penelitian adalah penerapan tujuh langkah model Learning Cycle: (1) Elicit (Mendatangkan pengetahuan awal), (2) Engage (Melibatkan), (3) Explore (Menyelidiki), (4) Explain (Menjelaskan) (5) Elaborate (Menerapkan), (6) Evaluate (Mengevaluasi) dan (7) Extend (Memperlauas). Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya fasilitas teknologi dan lingkungan belajar kurang kondusif.

Abstract

SD IT Cendekia adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan dasar yang menerapkan kurikulum pendidikan tahfiz untuk siswa SD di daerah Takengon. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang metode yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam mencapai target hafalan Quran siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran tahfiz Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data primer terdiri dari ibu guru tahfiz yang berinisial MH, S.Pd dan Ibu EA, S. Inf, serta Ibu WI, S.Pd selaku kordinator kesiswaan sekolah di SD IT Cendekia Takengon. Tekhnik pengumpulan data: Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data: Pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan guru tahfiz di SD IT Cendekia adalah metode Talaqqi, kemudian metode bin-nhadar, metode bil-ghaib, saba’ dan sabqi serta tasmi’. Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran tahfiz, diantaranya alokasi waktu yang kurang, Kemampuan menghafal peserta didik yang tidak sama, Kurang bimbingan orang tua, fasilitas kurang memadai. Adapun solusinya adalah dengan menambah waktu tahfiz diluar jam pembelajaran tahfiz, Memberikan perhatian khusus, memberikan nasehat, memberikan motivasi, berkonsultasi dengan orang tua peserta didik, memberikan ruangan yang layak
