Abstract

The weather station helps in planning socioeconomic activities such as agriculture, tourism, transportation, marine activities and plantations. The station needs an energy source, an electric energy source to operate, and is needed to get continuous assistance. This study aims to build a system for using two sources of electrical energy to support electricity stations that can be monitored and control remotely and provide information on the use of electrical energy in miniature weather stations into a web server. This research produces a remote monitoring and control system that can automatically switch primary energy sources to backup energy sources. When taking the main current source goes out, the system is able to carry the energy source back to the main source back to the main source alive again. The system can make changes manually using a web server that can be controlled remotely. When the battery reaches a voltage above 14.40 volts, the charging process stops and the system uses electrical energy from the battery. When the battery voltage reads 11.89 volts, do the battery charging process again. Electrical energy system information on miniature stations can display information about voltage, current, power, temperature and intensity of sunlight in the form of graphical visualization in real time.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros memberikan bantuan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berupa dana dan pelatihan UMKM kepada pelaku UMKM yang berasal dari Kabupaten Maros. Dalam proses penerimaan bantuan UMKM tersebut masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas UMKM seperti proses seleksi masih membutuhkan waktu lama sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan penerimaan bantuan UMKM. Selain itu, terdapat juga masalah dalam melakukan seleksi penerima bantuan UMKM, petugas bantuan UMKM masih melakukanya secara konvensional dan belum adanya standar untuk menghitung dalam melakukan proses seleksi dan harus menilai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ada. Penelitian ini mengajukan solusi seleksi Penerima Bantuan UMKM Pada Dinas Kopurindag Kabupaten Maros menggunakan algoritma Profile Matching. Dalam penerapan algoritma Profile Matching bekerja berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dengan memberikan hasil berupa perangkingan terhadap data pemohon bantuan UMKM. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penerimaan bantuan UMKM Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros aspek usaha UMKM yaitu: Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, Modal Awal, Lama Usaha, Omset, dan aspek prinsip 5C yaitu Character, Capity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, solusi yang diajukan berhasil meranking 5 dari 20 UMKM untuk mendapatkan bantuan UMKM. The Maros Regency Government provides Micro small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) assistance in the form of funds and MSME training to MSME actors from Maros Regency. In the process of receiving MSME assistance, there are still many obstacles faced by MSME officers, such as the selection process still takes a long time, so there are often delays in receiving MSME assistance. Apart from that, there are also problems in selecting recipients of MSME aid, MSME aid officers still do it conventionally and there are no standards for calculating when carrying out the selection process and have to assess based on existing criteria. This research proposes a solution for selection of MSME Assistance Recipients at the Maros Regency Kopurindag Service using the Profile Matching algorithm. In implementing the Profile Matching algorithm, it works based on predetermined criteria by providing results in the form of ranking data on applicants for MSME assistance. The criteria used in receiving MSME assistance from the Maros Regency Government for the MSME business aspects are: Number of Workers, Initial Capital, Length of Business, Turnover, and aspects of the 5C principles, namely Character, Capity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the proposed solution succeeded in ranking 5 out of 20 MSMEs to receive MSME assistance.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth in the logistics sector is becoming increasingly significant, alongside the rising demand for goods. However, the complexity of logistics supply chain management in Indonesia still faces challenges, including security, human error, and lack of transparency. This research proposes the use of blockchain technology for a logistics supply chain management system, which is capable of storing transaction data in a decentralized and distributed manner. Ganache is used as a local blockchain server, Metamask for transactions, and smart contracts to manage user flows on a web3 dapps-based website. The research procedure includes literature study, design, development, and system testing. The test results indicate that all features and functions of the system operate as expected. The system not only successfully handles high demand and transaction spikes but also demonstrates enhanced data security, improved transparency through real-time tracking, and robust performance under high workloads. Overall, this blockchain-based logistics supply chain management system effectively secures and manages transaction data while enabling data tracking and tracing, thereby increasing transparency and handling high concurrent transactions efficiently.

Abstract

Siswa SMP Negeri 12 Kota Makassar diperbolehkan untuk membawa perangkat seluler yang dapat mengakses internet ke sekolah. Penggunaan perangkat internet seperti handphone, personal komputer, laptop dan tablet dalam rentang waktu yang lama dapat menimbulkan masalah pada kesehatan fisik dan mental penggunanya. Selain itu, internet juga berpengaruh pada keselamatan penggunanya. Bully di media sosial, kecanduan pornografi, dan pelecahan seksual akibat menjamurnya konten-konten yang berbau pornografi dan kekerasan yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku mereka. Dampak negatif penggunaan internet juga terjadi di kota Makassar. Pelajar SMP Negeri di Makassar menggunakan wifi sekolah untuk bermain game online, bukan untuk mengerjakan tugas sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa akan pengaruh internet pada keselamatan dan kesehatan mereka. Dalam program ini, siswa diberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentang berinternet yang aman dan sehat. Sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test. Uji T-test digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil pre-test dan post-test dan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan internet aman dan sehat di kalangan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa akan pengaruh internet pada keselamatan serta kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka. Implementasi pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini dapat membawa siswa untuk beraktifitas menggunakan internet secara sehat dan aman.

Abstract

RSUD Labuang Baji has a lot of medical record data, but this medical record data has not been used optimally and has not been processed to produce useful information for Laburan Baji Hospital. In this study the data used were outpatient medical record data in 2019, by analyzing three attributes, namely disease diagnosis (ICD), gender, and age group. The method for conducting data analysis is the association rule method using the Apriori algorithm and Tools R. The results of this study are disease patterns using a minimum support value of 0.01 and a minimum confidence value of 0.6, and the disease pattern formed is an associative rule with a combination of 2k-itemset and 3k item set of 25 associative rules where the rules for this disease pattern have a lift ratio value of > 1, so this disease pattern can be used as a recommendation to improve hospital services.

Abstract

The national assessment is a program for assessing the quality of each school, madrasah and equality program at the primary and secondary levels. The national assessment application utilizes network connectivity to send national assessment results data from the application to the server. However, the lack of equal distribution of network facilities and infrastructure is an obstacle in the use of national assessment applications. Therefore, to build a national assessment application system that can be accessed without having to depend on network connectivity, the system will be built using the Progressive Web App (PWA) concept. Meanwhile, by using the web app manifest, the website can bring up a pop-up add to homescreen which is useful for installing the system on the user's homescreen so that applications can be accessed quickly via the homescreen icon. By using indexedDB, even though in an offline state the user can still send data and the data will be saved to indexedDB and when the network returns online the data will be automatically synchronized with the server. From the results of testing the quality of PWA using Lighthouse, there is a decrease in the performance of the progressive web app application each time the number of users is added, this indicates that the number of users can affect the performance of a computer-based national assessment application using a progressive web app.

Abstract

Devices in the IoT system are located in many places and difficult to be accesses physically by system administrator. Besides, short life cycle of software/firmware requires to be updated periodically in order to improve the embedded system function to meet the system requirements. These conditions shows the difficulty to update the devices physically. Auto update firmware over the air system became a solution for physical acsess and periodically updated problem which developed by implementing Hypertext Transfer Protocol Web Server. This research is part of study of developing IoT Management System in agricultural environment. This system is in form of web application as an interface to control and manage the update system and a software for update firmware that embedded in the IoT devices. The results shows that the system is able to update firmware of the IoT devices that connected to different network at the same time automatically. Besides, this system can serve around 29,000 request for firmware update concurrently.

Abstract

The increasing number of cyberattacks targeting web applications has made security a critical concern, with vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Broken Authentication, and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) remaining prevalent in the OWASP Top 10. These threats can lead to data breaches, service disruption, and reputational damage if not properly mitigated. To address this issue, an infrastructure combining Open-AppSec Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Varnish Cache Content Delivery Network (CDN) was implemented on a Moodle-based e-learning platform within a virtualized Proxmox VE environment. Security testing was conducted using OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite under two scenarios: without WAF and with WAF. In the first scenario, OWASP ZAP detected multiple vulnerabilities, and Burp Suite confirmed successful exploitation with 200 OK responses. In the second scenario, all vulnerabilities were eliminated, and all simulated attacks returned 403 Forbidden responses, indicating complete mitigation. Performance tests revealed a manageable overhead, with throughput reaching 115.4 req/sec at 1000 concurrent users, accompanied by a slight increase in response time and latency. These results demonstrate that integrating Open-AppSec with CDN infrastructure can effectively protect against application-layer attacks while maintaining optimal content delivery performance. Limitations of this study include testing within a simulated environment; therefore, future work could validate these findings on larger-scale systems and with real-world traffic to assess broader generalizability.
