Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

Abstract

Para pemuda yang di Kecamatan Lubuk Alung tergolong para pemuda aktif yang beberapa diantaranya berinisiatif berwirausaha skala mikro. Semangat para pemuda berwirausaha ditindaklanjuti oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STIE Perdagangan dengan membantu mereka mengatasi beberapa persoalan yang umumnya dialami oleh usaha khususnya di bidang laporan keuangan. Oleh sebab itulah pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan membantu unruk memulai usaha dalam pencatatan keuangan yang rapi dan benar melalui penyampaian ilmu dasar-dasar keuangan. Metode yang dipilih dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah panduan praktis dan sederhana berupa pedoman bagi usaha mikro dalam membuat laporan keuangan sederhana yang di aplikasi dengan microsoft excel yang terangkum dalam bentuk materi PKM STIE Perdagangan. The spirit of entrepreneurial youth was followed up by the Community Service team of STIE Perdagangan by helping them overcome some of the problems commonly experienced by businesses, especially in the field of financial reporting. That is why this community service is carried out with the aim of helping to start a business in recording neat and correct financials through the delivery of basic financial knowledge. The method chosen is by providing counseling and training. The results of this community service activity are practical and simple guidelines in the form of guidelines for micro businesses in making simple financial reports that are applied with Microsoft Excel, which are summarized in the form of PKM STIE Perdagangan. Abstract

Raising patient happiness is one of the objectives for raising the bar for healthcare services. It has been demonstrated that people who are happy with the medical care they receive are more likely to heed advice, stay faithful, or stick to treatment regimens. The goal of research at RSUD Kota Padang is to ascertain how competency, interpersonal communication, and service quality affect the happiness of BPJS patients. Associative and descriptive thinking were combined in the quantitative methods employed for this investigation. A purposive sampling procedure yielded a sample size of 100 individuals, and SPSS was utilized as an analysis tool to do multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that: (1) Patient satisfaction is impacted by competence. (2) Interpersonal communication has a major impact on patient satisfaction. (3) The standard of care greatly affects patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose – This research is to test the influence of competence, communication, and commitment on employee performance.Secretariat of the DPRD of West Sumatra Province. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling with a sample size of 93 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24.Findings– Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially each variable of Competence, Communication, and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it explains that Competence, Communication, and Commitment together have a significant effect on performance.For Competence,It is recommended that agencies include employees in technical guidance, training (diklat), socialization, employee education according to their field of duty or main tasks and functions to improve employee knowledge.For Communication, it is recommended that agencies be moreimprove communication between leaders and subordinates and between subordinates and superiors in order to create good work enthusiasm and employee work performance

Abstract

Five variables are discussed, namely:  Green satisfaction (GS), Green Image (GI), WOM, Loyalty, and Green Trust (GT).  The type of research in this study is quantitative causal research. The population of this study were people who had stayed at hotels in West Sumatra. At the same time, the sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. Based on the hypothesis testing proposed, the path analysis technique was used in this study. The first hypothesis is that GT has no significant effect on GS.  The second hypothesis is that WOM has a positive impact on GS. The third hypothesis, GI has a substantial effect on GS. The fourth hypothesis, GT is having no significant impact on Loyalty. The fifth hypothesis, WOM has a positive impact on Loyalty. The sixth hypothesis, GI has a positive impact on Loyalty. The seventh hypothesis, GS has a positive impact on Loyalty. The eighth hypothesis, GS is unable to mediate GT on loyalty. The ninth hypothesis, GS is able to mediate the WOM relationship on loyalty. The tenth hypothesis, GS is able to mediate the relationship between GI on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee work climate, influence of supervision on work climate, influence of leadership style on employee performance, influence of supervision on employee performance, influence of work climate on employee performance, influence of leadership style on performance with work climate as intervening variables and the effect of supervision on performance with work climate as intervening variables. The sample in this study were lecturers at communication protocol section of Merangin District leadership. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test the research instrument for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique consists of data description test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work climate has a positive and significant effect. on employee performance, work climate does not play a role as an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance and work climate does not play a role as an intervening variable between supervision and employee performance. This study suggests that to improve employee performance, a constructive leadership style, a more conducive work climate and increased supervision is needed.
