Abstract

Assignment Problem merupakan masalah penugasan yang menyangkut penempatan para pekerja pada bidang yang tersedia agar biaya yang ditanggung dapat diminimumkan, dimana jumlah pasokan pada setiap sumber dan jumlah permintaan pada setiap tujuan adalah satu (satu pekerja menangani satu pekerjaan). PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil carton box di wilayah Kabupaten Serang Banten dimana 60% pengerjaannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Dari 6000 tenaga kerja yang dimiliki, 4500 tenaga kerja berkutat pada pekerjaan/workstation yang bersifat manual seperti pemotongan ( cutting ), pengikatan, strapping , packaging dan lain sebagainya. Sebagai salah satu industri dengan tipe job order , beban tiap – tiap pekerjaan menjadi berbeda tiap harinya. Ada kalanya beban suatu workstation meningkat tajam, dan pada waktu tertentu bisa sangat sedikit bahkan tidak ada sama sekali. T idak jarang tenaga kerja dipindahkan ke pekerjaan lain untuk menghindari idle job pada satu workstation . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah m enentukan usulan penugasan kelompok pekerja (grouping manpower) pada setiap job di PT. XYZ , s erta m embandingkan kinerja optimum algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini melakukan penyelesaian Assignment Problem dengan algoritma metaheuristik ACO menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Python. Berdasarkan proses perbandingan didapatkan parameter pembanding dengan distance terbaik 22928 adalah dengan nilai alpha=1, beta=3, rho=0.8, q=1, t0=0.01, limit=100, ant count=5 .

Abstract

Tinggar Village is one of the villages located in the Curug sub-district, where the area is located to the east of Serang City, Banten. One of the villages in the Tinggar village is Jengkol Village. In Jengkol Village there is a school named Raudhatul Athfal Bani Daud Al-Islami. Preschool which contains approximately 20 students. some students still have difficulties in accepting the learning process such as lack of courage in opinion and creativity, some students are still shy (lack of confidence), there are some students who are still experiencing problems in gross and fine motor development. Therefore, this service will carry out activities aimed at increasing students' self-confidence and motoric development. The activity was carried out on August 19, 2021at 10.00 WIB with a total of nine students. The implementation stages are the online preparation stage (google meet), the first conditioning stage, the preparation of the tools and materials needed, the implementation stage, and implementation review stage. The result is the implementation of activities to improve the development of students which can be seen from the implementation of activities, namely students are able to be more confident in expressing opinions and asking questions. Students can increase their knowledge about changing the shape of a liquid into a solid as a form of additional knowledge about science experiments. Furthermore, students can be trained how to express emotions by identifying and explaining the flavors produced from the ice cream or tasting raw materials such as knowing the taste of salt.

Abstract

Entering the societies of the ASEAN Economy (MEA) that is a realizations of free market in Southeast Asia hopedfully can solve any problems in the economic field between ASEAN countries. As a supporting media for export commodities such as fruits, forest products, industrial products and others, wooden packaging must meet the standard criteria listed in International Standard for Phytosanitary Measure No.15 (ISPM#15), this is because the packaging made of wood is a material containing lignocelluloses that are susceptible to fungi and insects. Considering the risk of severe sanctions imposed by custemers and government through Agricultural Quarantine Agencies, if any discrepancies arise regarding the use of such wooden packaging, the company producing and certifying the wooden packaging will be subjected to sanctions in the form of fines, temporary suspend so that the company is not allowed to operate, or even get the revocation permit No.ID (No. Registration), where this means the company can not operate more to do certify wood packaging or even produce it appropriate with international standard for Phytosanitary Measure No.15 (ISPM#15). So, a hard control and supervising are required in order to identify problem regarding the usage of wood packaging fastly so that they can do any prevention and minimize the findings of nonconformity in the destination country which deals with the prevention of pests on wood material as a packaging media for export commodities in order not to be carried out and grew up in the destination country.

Abstract

SMS Spam (Short Message Service Spam) is an unwanted message, including advertisements and fraud. The direct impact of the spam is the inconvenience on the receiver side, therefore there is a need to have a spam screening process. One of the possible approach is to filter the spam by classifying the messages. In this paper, we compare classification performance by Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The process include preprocessing (tokenizing, stopwords removal, and stemming) from each training and testing dataset before process the information through Naïve Bayes and SVM. The results from the processing data of 1143 records (765 training and 378 testing) showed that Naïve Bayes performance surpassed SVM in term of recall (94%) and Precision (95%).

Abstract

Education Quality Assurance Institution of Banten (LPMP) is one of the Technical Subsudiary Units (UPT) of the Ministry of Education and Culture in Banten Province which has facilities and infrastructure in the form of dormitories, guesthouses, halls, auditoriums and classes that are used as lodging facilities in activities education and training or technical guidance activities for teachers in the Banten Province. The Dormitory Management System at the Banten Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) since its establishment in 2003 until now still uses conventional methods, that is, all transactions starting from ordering to using dormitory / building facilities by recording all data in books and whiteboards. The Research Method used in this Thesis uses the Rapid Aplication Development (RAD). Optimal application of the Dormitory Management Information System at the web-based Banten Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) from scheduling activies to plotting rooms for guests can help synchronize between BMN managers, activity coordinators and dormitory staff in use of dormitories/buildings in Banten Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP).

Abstract

Data becomes a valuable asset today. With so much data, current technology can open up the possibility to process and make predictions. Machine Learning (ML) is part of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which has become an important tool in software systems in optimizing running systems. Image Classification is one of the topics of Machine Learning that is widely used in machine learning. The application of image classification on the server-side is often done in every complex classification problem because it requires large computing power. This application uses the ml5.js library as a javascript library to process data in machine learning. The application of machine learning for clothing measurement allows users to make it easier to determine the size of clothes at the Reevant Supply IND store. Meanwhile, to support the use of machine learning on the website, a pre-trained model is needed. This study examines neural network settings such as epoch and optimal learning rate. In addition, to prove that you can be superior in training time and loss function values. The results of this study prove that it is easier for users to determine the size of clothes purchased at the Reevant Supply IND store much faster than prior consultation with the store admin

Abstract

The counseling at SMKN I Ciruas is a process of service to parents of students to control the deveIopment and activities of students in school. Along with the development of information technology, guidance and counseling services can also take advantage of existing media or information technology so that it can facilitate parental supervision of their children. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviewing, observing, reviewing documents and archives. To describe how this counseling guidance information system works, the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) method is used which is website-basead’ using the PHP programming language and the database used MySQL. The purpose of this system is designed to facilitate the process of student data collection, processing student data, archiving student data, and facilitate parental control of the behaviour and behaviour of each child in the school and provide information to the school about student counseling data. The proposed system is a computerized and online counseling guidance system so that parents can find out about violations that have been committed by their children at school

Abstract

In this era of technological development, a lot of stored information requires applications that can support all activities, effectively and efficiently, but not many companies have implemented the application as a whole. one of which is Amaris Hotel Cilegon which has not used applications for recording purchases, receipts and controlling debts. Debt data processing still uses spreadsheets which are prone to various problems. Therefore, this study aims to analyze work activities by looking at the system that is running at Amaris hotel Cilegon. The data on this study was collected using literature study methods and field studies to get accurate data results. Application creation uses native PHP language programming, with MySQL database and Class Bootstrap as a framework interface, while in the design of application system development the method used is the RAD method with Phased Development Model. In this study, the author designed and developed the Account Payable Subsidiary application that can provide the company's debt control features at any time, record-keeping relationships with payable accounts and performed only one process in the recording process receiving, to produce output in the form of values listed in receiving journals and payable account journals and can be directly used as the basis for making financial statements by Bookkeeper Accounting Supervisor.

Abstract

Toko Sate Bandeng Hj. Mariyam located at Serang currently managed by children of Hj. Mariyam. It is a well-known tourist attraction since 1970. The main dish in the shop is milkfish satay which is always high demand by customers as they still continue to use the original recipe formulated by Hj. Mariyam. The overall sales process still performed manually from taking the order directly on the spot until payment in cash. This process have drawbacks, mainly the reduction of customers due to switching to sellers who already have easier transactions such as online transactions where it can be done anywhere and anytime, as well as problems caused by the incompatibility of the amount of sales with the amount of money in reality. This can cause losses if the calculation is carried out periodically. Another problem faced is the difficulty in the reporting process because it requires a longer time to recap all transaction and still rely on paper. The proposed system design method is waterfalls method, with the modelling use Unified Modelling Language (UML). The proposed system consider mobile-based system using Android. The proposed system can make it easier for consumers to place orders anywhere and anytime and with any payment method and make it easier for owners to manage transactions.

Abstract

According to survey of BPS, in 2020 meat consumption especially poultry has reached 4 million tons per year or equivalent to 35% of total meal consumption. Every year the production and productivity of meat especially poultry has been increasing significantly. However, with such a large production volume, most of the process in poultry industry such as feeding, quality inspection, vaccine injection and sick detection in Indonesia still performed with human intervention. This process, like other manual activities, is very labor intensive, time consuming, and prone to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. This research is focus on early sick detection in poultry industry especially chicken farm. A delay in the sick detection stage can result in high economic losses for farmer. The automation process using computer vision technology is expected to reduce costs, increase efficiency and accuracy by applying the YOLOv5 algorithm. Based on the results of the study, conducted to 4333 feces images it was found that at the testing stage, the best average level of accuracy obtained was 89.2%.
