Abstract

Wayzon Studio Musik is one of the studios at seramg banten that provides two types of rentals, namely studio rentals and musical instrument rentals such as guitars, pianos, drums, basses, other musical instruments and sound systems. The studio rental system currently takes place by means of consumers registering directly on the spot and the recording process is carried out on a notebook and then continued with scheduling on the blackboard. the current system allows errors in the recording process, data loss, scheduling conflicts that often occur, the difficulty of finding information on music equipment rental services, the difficulty of managing transaction data and reports. based on the exposure to the current system, a studio rental system is needed that makes it easier to carry out the recording process, data search process, musical instrument rental, studio booking process and the process of finding information on music equipment rental services. This music studio rental system is designed using a codeigniter framework, bootstrap and a database management system (DBMS) using MYSQL. In this web development, the method used is the waterfall and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system makes it easier and faster for administrative officers to provide scheduling information on studio and musical instrument rental services, minimizes errors in the process of processing transaction data and making reports and makes it easier for customers to find information on music equipment rental services. This system will display a monthly studio or musical instrument rental schedule (dashboard) and the report system will display transaction data that can be printed easily.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan angka pengangguran di Provinsi banten, sumber daya tenaga kerja tersedia di Pasar tenaga kerja di Provinsi Banten tumbuh setiap tahun. Namun di sisi lain, akibat kenaikan angka pengangguran setiap tahunnya dan bertambahnya jumlah tenaga kerja, angkatan kerja yang ada tidak terserap dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana upaya penanganan pengangguran melalui upaya mengurangi pengangguran melalui usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (umkm) di Provinsi Banten. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Banten menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 235.022, yaitu industri makanan sebanyak 91.476 tenaga kerja. diikuti oleh industri garmen sebanyak 34.508 orang, industri kayu dan gabus tidak termasuk mebel sebanyak 3.056 orang. UMKM telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya yang ada di Provinsi Banten

Abstract

According to data from Dinas Koperasi dan UKM of Banten province, the number of UKM/IKM in Banten has reached three hundred (300) thousand which is spread across 5 (five) districts/cities. With such large number of UKM/IKM, one of the obstacles faced by decision makers (government) is the difficulty in classifying the distribution of UKM/IKM where without correct mapping it will be difficult for decision makers to provide guidance that can increase the economic growth of UKM/IKM. The results of this study are a Geographic Information System (GIS) which shows a mapping of the distribution of UKM/IKM in Banten province based on the type of business. From the results of the mapping it is concluded that UKM/IKM with culinary types are concentrated in the city centre of both Cilegon City and also Serang City while UKM/IKM with craft business are concentrated in the suburbs.

Abstract

The MPR-RI is a legislative institution that was established on March 8, 1965, through the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48/1965. In carrying out its duties, the MPR-RI is assisted by the General Secretariat of the MPR-RI which is a government agency under the auspices of the MPR-RI. The General Secretariat of the MPR-RI has the task of providing administrative support and expertise for the smooth implementation of the MPR-RI's powers and duties. The large number of PTTs working in the General Secretariat of the MPR-RI makes it difficult for the agency to determine the PTT contract extension because it still uses subjective judgments or is based on personal opinion. An assessment like this is certainly very inefficient because it does not have a standard assessment. So an SPK is needed for PTT performance evaluation, the problem-solving method used is the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), while the system development tools used are the waterfall model and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system design tool. The result of this research is a website-based decision support system for determining PTT employment contracts.

Abstract

Giving awards is done to increase the morale and motivation of employees. The problem faced by PT Nikomas Gemilang regarding awarding is that it still uses the conventional method, namely in the form of a lottery, so it is considered ineffective and on target by employees who have high work motivation. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that is used for problem-solving in decision-making, especially awarding at PT Nikomas Gemilang. Making decisions using this system will assist management in determining which employees are eligible to receive awards based on predetermined criteria and to avoid intervention. The method used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) which solves a problem based on calculations with calculation reference criteria namely attendance, performance, ethics, and discipline. Implementation of this system is expected to facilitate the process of awarding and assist management in making the right decisions and is expected to be able to provide motivation and increase work competition in the corporate environment. The Decision Support System was built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MySQL database, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model, and the Waterfall methodology. The results of this study are expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in awarding and provide a form of transparency in awarding employees at PT Nikomas Gemilang to create justice for all company employees

Abstract

PT Prima Konstruksi Utama is an experienced company in the construction services sector. The equipment used by the company faces various maintenance challenges. Equipment breakdowns during construction projects can cause delays and missed deadlines. Without an effective monitoring system, there is a risk of overlapping or neglect in equipment maintenance, negatively impacting productivity and costs. Therefore, a maintenance scheduling monitoring system with priority algorithms is needed to ensure all equipment is in good condition and ready for use when required, prioritizing the most important maintenance tasks. This maintenance scheduling monitoring system is designed using the Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). The development of this web system employs the waterfall method and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system facilitates and accelerates the maintenance process by providing information on repair and maintenance schedules, simplifying the repair request process from the person in charge to the maintenance manager, and assisting in the creation of repair and maintenance reports.

Abstract

Tri Sandha Megantara is a company engaged in the field of manpower distribution which focuses on the services of security unit experts or what can be called SATPAM, in this case the data processing of each field must be organized. In the previous year PT. Tri Sandha Megantara uses the manual method in processing data within the company, so that in its implementation it is inflexible and takes a very long time to process, cannot manage data, monitors security guards in real time, so that in processing reports it is often late which has an impact on reporting to superiors. One solution to overcome this is to create an attendance system where attendance can be done mobile so that in monitoring security guards more quickly and efficiently, a security guard attendance application is needed. This study aims to design an attendance application as a medium to make it easier to record absences using the absence application on the Android Platform as an optimization of learning media with the waterfall method. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier to carry out, manage, monitor, and report absences so that reporting to superiors is faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Modul SAP yang diimplementasi di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, tidak mempunyai sistem untuk optimalisasi pemuatan order ke kontainer. Sebelum implementasi SAP, proses memasukkan data order, optimalisasi pemuatan data order ke kontainer dan pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan semuanya pada sistem CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization), sehingga data order pasti sinkron dengan data surat jalan atau sesuai dengan aktual pengiriman. Setelah implementasi SAP, data order untuk optimalisasi pemuatan kontainer dimasukkan pada CSO (legacy system) sedangkan proses pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan pada SAP. Dua proses yang berbeda dilakukan pada dua sistem dengan platform berbeda. Penggunaan dua sistem yang berbeda mengakibatkan aktual pengiriman pada dokumen surat jalan tidak sesuai dengan data order dari pelanggan yang mengakibatkan komplain pelanggan. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan melakukan migrasi data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan pada CSO ke SAP sehingga data order terintegrasi dengan data surat jalan. Metode BDC dipergunakan untuk melakukan migrasi ke SAP yaitu dengan mentransfer data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan dari CSO ke SAP serta mengotomatisasi proses picking dan packing di SAP untuk menghasilkan surat jalan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sinkronisasi data order dan data surat jalan serta percepatan proses pembuatan surat jalan menjadi 3 kali lebih cepat dari semula sehingga dapat mengurangi komplain pelanggan dan mempercepat proses pengiriman. Hasil pengujian black box memperlihatkan fungsional sistem berjalan dengan baik.   Abstract SAP module implemented at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper does not have a system for optimizing the loading of orders into containers. Before implementing SAP, the process of entering order data, optimizing loading of order data into containers and creating delivery note was all done in the CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization) system, so that order data was definitely in sync with delivery note data or in accordance with actual delivery. After implementing SAP, order data for optimizing container loading is entered into CSO (legacy system) while the delivery note creation process is carried out in SAP. Two different processes are carried out on two systems with different platforms. The use of two different systems resulted in the actual delivery of the delivery note document not matching the order data from the customer which resulted in customer complaints. The solution to overcome this problem is to migrate the order data resulting from loading optimization in CSO to SAP so that the order data is integrated with the delivery note data. The BDC method is used to migrate to SAP, namely by transferring order data resulting from loading optimization from CSO to SAP and automating the picking and packing process in SAP to produce delivery note. The results of the research are in the form of synchronizing order data and delivery note data as well as accelerating the process of making delivery note documents to 3,775 times faster than before, thereby reducing customer complaints and speeding up the delivery process. The black box testing results show that the system functionality is running well.

Abstract

Cataract is a condition in which the lens inside the eye becomes cloudy, resulting in blurred or hazy vision. RSAW treats around 800 cataract patients every month, served by seven cataract ophthalmologists. The limited number of doctors and different levels of expertise can affect the duration of the initial screening time. Therefore, a system is needed that can support doctors in the cataract diagnosis process. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of neural network specifically designed to process image or video data. CNN is a type of deep learning model that can train systems using large amounts of data and integrate the feature extraction process with classification. This study aims to develop and evaluate the performance of a CNN-based cataract detection system as a tool for early diagnosis in cataract patients at RSAW. The CNN model was trained using an eye image dataset consisting of 1120 images of cataract and non-cataract patients. The CNN architecture used was VGG16, chosen for its ability to extract relevant features. The evaluation results show that the system is able to detect cataracts with an accuracy of 96.43%, This system has the potential to increase the efficiency of the screening process and reduce the workload of doctors, thereby improving the quality of eye health services.

Abstract

The green revolution helped increase food production by intensifying existing land so that it could provide synthetic nutrients. However, synthetic fertilizers make plants vulnerable to pests and other hazards. This causes living things that help decompose the soil to be vulnerable to death due to the use of synthetic pesticides. The longer the use of these pesticides causes the soil to become damaged without any improvement. One indicator is a decrease in acidity levels, which should be a neutral pH of 7. Therefore, this study created a system that can be used to detect the acidity level of agricultural land. The location of the research object is agricultural rice fields in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The equipment used to support the IoT-based system includes a soil pH sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266, 3. Switch, and 9v Battery. The system development method uses the waterfall method and is IoT-based so that soil acidity levels can be monitored remotely. Based on the trial results, the system can measure and monitor soil acidity conditions remotely easily, quickly, and accurately. This system can help and facilitate farmers in making decisions about the appropriate use of dolomite lime for land that tends to be acidic.
