Abstract

The environmental damage in Kabupaten Bandung is critical. To solve the environmental problems, the integrated spatial data of the physical environment is required. Land system data as the integrated spatial data which describes the characteristics of land are useful for the analysis and evaluation of the environmental conditions. The objective of the study is to describe the characteristics of the physical environment of Kabupaten Bandung based on the land system map for the input of decision-making in achieving sustainable development. The study used the spatial analysis and descriptive analytical method. The land system data was obtained from the Badan Informasi Geospaasial (BIG). The results show that the landforms in Kabupaten Bandung are dominated by volcanic and fluvial landforms. The volcanic landforms has morphology dominated by mountainous areas with the slope steepness more than 45% and the soil types of andosols. The land capability of these mountainous areas belongs to grade 7 (for conservation areas). The fluvial landforms are lacustrine plains, which are prone to flood due to inundation. From this study, it is concluded that the land utilization in Kabupaten Bandung, particularly in mountainous areas, is not in accordance with the land carrying capacity. To achieve the sustainable development, the land utilization should consider the regulation of spatial planning, by which the lands with slope steepness more than 40% are categorized as protected areas.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis website menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi guru SMK Plus An-Nuur dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan melaksanakan pelatihan tersebut dengan fokus pada pengembangan bahan ajar yang interaktif dan berbasis website. Metode pelatihan melibatkan pendekatan praktis dan interaktif, memungkinkan guru untuk memahami konsep, perancangan, dan implementasi bahan ajar berbasis website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif. Para peserta juga termotivasi untuk mengembangkan Bahan Ajar Interaktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Evaluasi partisipan juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap pelatihan ini. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pelatihan serupa, serta meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan.. Kata kunci— Bahan Ajar Interaktif, Pelatihan Guru, Pembelajaran Digital, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Abstract Website-based interactive teaching material development training is an important requirement for SMK Plus An-Nuur teachers in improving the quality of learning in the digital era. This program aims to design and implement this training with a focus on developing interactive and website-based teaching materials. The training method involves a practical and interactive approach, enabling teachers to understand the concept, design and implementation of website-based teaching materials. The research results show that this training is effective in increasing teachers' knowledge and skills in developing interactive teaching materials. The participants were also motivated to develop interactive teaching materials in teaching and learning activities at school. Participant evaluations also show a high level of satisfaction with this training. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for other educational institutions in designing and implementing similar training, as well as increasing the use of technology in learning in educational environments. Keywords— Interactive Teaching Materials, Teacher Training, Digital Learning, Distance Learning

Abstract

Online tutorials are crucial for sustaining quality distance education in higher education. Evaluating tutor experiences is essential to determine the long-term viability of online learning in the future.   This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of online tutorials from tutors' perspectives in the Universitas Terbuka General Courses Study Program in Basic Social and Cultural Science, Pancasila, and Civic Education courses. This study employs an explanatory sequential mixed-method approach to investigate the effectiveness of an online tutorial system. In the first phase, a survey was conducted to assess six key aspects; i) content quality, ii) ease of access, iii) interaction and communication, iv) evaluation and assessment, v) platform support, and vi) institutional support. The survey involved 344 tutors selected using accidental sampling. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0.1. In the second phase, a qualitative study was conducted to provide a deeper understanding of the survey results. Qualitative data were collected through document analysis of online tutorial reports and interviews with 30 tutors selected through purposive sampling. The qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes from the interviews.   The study results showed that some of the main barriers tutors face include network and online tutorial page constraints and variations in student understanding of the material being taught. In addition, tutors also identified the need for training and technical support improvements to optimize the use of e-learning platforms. These findings suggest the need for improvements in technological infrastructure, regular tutor training, and the development of more interactive, adaptive learning methods. These recommendations aim to enhance the effectiveness of online tutorials and contribute to a more efficient distance-learning process at Universitas Terbuka.

Abstract

Pantai merupakan suatu kawasan peralihan atau pertemuan antara darat dan laut. Pada Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali membentang laut sepanjang selatan Pulau Bali yang merupakan daerah yang berbatasan langsung dengan wilayah pesisir. Tentunya hal tersebut tidak lepas dari adanya dinamika perubahan pada fisik pantai yang disebabkan seperti pengikisan daratan oleh air laut (abrasi) maupun adanya angkutan sedimen dari darat (akresi) yang pada umumnya menjadi sorotan terhadap perubahan garis pantai. Untuk itu diperlukan penelitian guna mengetahui besarnya perubahan yang terjadi sepanjang garis pantai tahun 2002 sampai 2017 sehingga menghasilkan peta perubahan garis pantai. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan interpretasi ratio pada kanal SWIR dan hijau pada citra Landsat 7 dan Landsat 8 ditambah dengan melakukan klasifikasi, dapat dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi garis pantai beserta menganalisis besarnya perubahan yang terjadi. Hasil analisis tumpang susun identifikasi garis pantai di Kabupaten Gianyar menunjukkan luas pesisir pada tahun 2002 sebesar 42,441 km2 dan pada tahun 2017 sebesar 42,285 km2 dimana terjadi abrasi sebesar 0,195 km2 yang diakibatkan oleh faktor alam yaitu pesisir Kabupaten Gianyar berada di zona laut lepas.

Abstract

Women are often absent from the political sphere which is considered the domain of men. Indonesia's first general election held in 1955 became an important political event. The democratic party not only shows the political attitude of the Indonesian government as a newly independent country, but also the participation of the people in it, including women. This study seeks to trace the breakthroughs made by women in the first election in Indonesia. Historical research methods are used in this research, utilizing primary and secondary sources in the form of archives, newspapers, photographs, and relevant literary sources. The results of the study show that women are able to break down the barriers of gender construction to be active in elections with various roles they have. Various efforts were also made to increase women's participation in the first general election, such as the establishment of various regulations and laws, education, courses, and political socialization for women, as well as the support of various facilities provided to support women's involvement in elections.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru dalam mempersiapkan media pembelajaran berbasis web merupakan salah satu bagian dari keterampilan digital yang perlu ditingkatkan. Atas dasar hal itu, peningkatan keterampilan digital guru melalui pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis web di Kota Tangerang Selatan penting untuk dilakukan. Peningkatan keterampilan digital ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sasaran pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pelatihan ini merupakan bentuk kerja sama antara Universitas Terbuka dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan dua kali sesi pelatihan dan pendampingan. Guru yang pada awalnya belum familiar dan memiliki keterampilan dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis web, berhasil mengembangkan dan menghasilkan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis web untuk siswa sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini.
