Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone merek Xiaomi di Kota Langsa. Dari analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu KP = 3,127 + 0,189 CM + 0,024 H + 0,250 KPr. Dari uji t dapat dijelaskan bahwa citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone Xiaomi di Kota Langsa dimana masing- masing variabel bebas (citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk) memiliki nilai t sig < 0,05. Dari uji F dapat dijelaskan bahwa citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian handphone Xiaomi di Kota Langsa dimana nilai F sig. sebesar 0,042 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian handphone Xiaomi di Kota Langsa sebesar 30,4%, sedangkan sisanya 69,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran adalah siasat dosen dalam mengefektifkan, mengefisienkan serta mengoptimalkan fungsi dan interaksi antara mahasiswa dengan komponen pembelajaran dalam suatu kegiatan peembelajaran untuk mencapa tujuan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pengajaran. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 43 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa tingkat II EKM A Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra Tahun Akademik 2016/2017. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari 43 mahasiswa mata kuliah Statistik Ekonomi terdapat 15 mahasiswa memperoleh nilai diatas 85 (34,8%) dan 13 mahasiswa mamperoleh nilai diatas 70 (30,2%). Secara umum nilai rata-rata kelulusan adalah B (75,81) sebesar 65%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to find out the location, price and facilities of rental room decisions of the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression, with multiple linear regression analysis equation in research are: Y = 2.597 + 0.184X1 + 0.184X2 + 0.044X3. The value of Adjusted R Square obtained by 0,17 or 17,0% indicates the ability of the location, price and facilities of rental room decisions of the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra, while the remaining 83.0% is influenced by other variables that are not in accordance with this study such as research, security and other relationships etc. From the results of trials on the location of the lease significant to the rental room decision and the hypothesis accepted, the price does not matter significantly to the rental room decision and the hypothesis rejected, and the facilities are not significant to the rental room decision and the hypothesis rejected. From the trial results prove the location, price and simultaneous facilities significantly influence room rental decisions the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra and the hypothesis accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai studi kasus public relations Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya pada penggunaan media cetak dan media elektronik. Public Relations merupakan garda depan untuk menginformasikan nilai-nilai institusi kepada publik. Nilai institusi ini terwujud dalam raihan prestasi dan inovasi yang telah dicapai oleh civitas akademika. Peranan public relations menjadi sangat penting untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai tersebut melalui media cetak dan media elektronik, yang memiliki jangkauan tak terbatas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif eksploratif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: 1) Mengidentifikasi proses kegiatan promosi dalam ranah public relations; 2) Mengidentifikasi efektivitas integrated marketing communications strategy menggunakan media cetak dan media elektronik. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah public relations UKWMS melakukan aktivitas kehumasan dengan melakukan proses penyebaran press release, media relations, dan press conference. Aktivitas tersebut merupakan proses kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan dalam ranah public relations. Untuk penghitungan efektivitas, dihasilkan kriteria press release dengan relevansi efektivitas 97,2%, media relations dengan relevansi efektivitas 80%, press conference dengan relevansi efektivitas 100%. Jadi, rata-rata relevansi efektivitas aktivitas public relations bagi publik eksternal yaitu media cetak dan media elektronik memiliki persentase sejumlah 92,4%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategic model for the development of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using informants who are all managers of the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district. The instruments used in this study were field notes and interview guides. The results of the data obtained from the informants were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and verifying. In this study, there are two types of data, namely the potential of entrepreneurs in the form of competence and commitment, and business strength / competitive position from internal and external sides. The results showed that to be able to develop the pandan mat woven industry in Peureulak sub-district, a good cooperation between several parties is needed, namely the East Aceh Regency Government, the Peureulak District Government and the Village Head (Geuchik), Raw Material Providers, Distributors (agents) and Village-Owned Enterprises. (BUMG). The East Aceh Regency Government must play a role in fostering the small pandan mat woven industry in terms of policies that support the development of this industry and provide capital assistance so that this industry can continue to survive even in difficult economic conditions. The District and Geuchik governments must play an active role in mentoring and fostering this mat-woven industry to continue to grow by granting legality (business permits) and working capital both in the form of money and equipment for work and always including this industry in every event or exhibition held by the government area. Provision of raw materials to continue to develop the pandan mat woven industry is guaranteed. It is known that this industrial group already has its own land which provides abundant raw material for pandan (seuke). Even if there is a critical shortage of raw materials, it is still easy to get them from a neighboring village that also has pandanus trees. Distributors or agents play an active role in marketing pandan mat woven products and make it easier for people to get pandan mat woven products. Gampong-Owned Enterprises must tie closer together as joint-owned enterprises owned by the village (gampong) as a container for the production of woven pandanus mats so that they can be marketed and make it easier for people to get pandan mats. The Pandan Mat Matting Industry must prepare reliable workforce expertise, guaranteed product quality, use environmentally friendly technology, improve financial administration, increase production and marketing so that it can meet consumer demand.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out at Gampong Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa which aims to: (1) provide socialization to housewives about types of traditional medicinal plants that are beneficial to health, (2) provide motivation to use yards for plants traditional medicines, (3) the use of used materials as a medium for planting traditional medicines in the yard of the house. This outreach activity was carried out by means of lectures and discussions as well as questions and answers. And training is carried out on how to plant and seedlings, and the use of used goods as a medium. The results achieved were that the socialization and training activities received positive appreciation from the village apparatus and the surrounding community, namely from the licensing process to implementation which fully supported the activities carried out. The community is also very enthusiastic in participating in this socialization and training activity because they want to become a healthy community.

Abstract

Pajak dan retribusi daerah merupakan sumber bagi daerah untuk memenuhi Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Semakin besar perolehan pajak dan retribus maka semakin besar pula perolehan Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Semakin besar perolehan Pendapatan Asli Daerah maka semakin berhasil suatu daerah dalam mengelola daerah dan semakin besar belanja daerah yang dibiayai sendiri oleh daerah tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi dari pajak serta retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan data time series dari tahun 2008-2017. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan kontribusi dari pajak serta retribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Hasil penelitian diperoleh efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah rata-rata dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2017 sebesar 75,8% dengan kriteria kurang efektif, sedangkan efektivitas yang terendah di tahun 2010 sebesar 19,1% atau tidak efektif dan tertinggi efektivitas tahun 2017 sebesar 139,6% atau kriteria sangat efektif. Selanjutnya untuk kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah terendah pada tahun 2014 dan tertinggi pada tahun 2011. Rata-rata kontribusi pajak dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2017 sebesar 14,9% serta untuk kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah terendah pada tahun 2008 dan 2017 sebesar 11,3% dan tertinggi pada tahun 2015 sebesar 30,5%. Rata-rata kontribusi retribusi dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2017 sebesar 20,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between employment and changes in the economic structure of the people's welfare in Langsa City. Welfare is an order of life and social, material and spiritual livelihood that is filled with a sense of safety, decency and inner and outer peace that allows every citizen to carry out efforts to fulfill the best possible physical, spiritual and social needs for himself, his household and Public. Workers are residents who have or are currently working, who are looking for work, and who carry out other activities such as going to school and taking care of the household. In practical terms, according to him, the notion of labor and non-labor is only differentiated by the age limit. The results of this study indicate that employment affects welfare through changes in economic structure. This explains that with an increase in the workforce of working age people in Langsa City who are actively involved, it will be followed by changes in the economic structure in the non-agricultural sector. So that with changes in the economic structure it will have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Langsa City. This explains that changes in the economic structure that occur in the increase in the distribution of the non-agricultural sector positively increase the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and work facilities on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Langsa City. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a population of 156 employees. The sample determination in this study is a random sampling technique, and the calculation uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% (0.05), so that the number of respondents in this study is 112 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test for partial analysis, F test for simultaneous analysis, and the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²). So from the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 10.491 + 0.247X₁ + 0.275X₂ + 0.255X₃ is obtained. Thus, based on the t-test results, it shows that training has a significant value (t sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, compensation of 0.001 < 0.05, and work facilities of 0.012 < 0.05. This result indicates that training, compensation, and work facilities significantly affect employee performance at BPBD Langsa City. Furthermore, the F test results show a significant value (F sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, which explains that training, compensation, and work facilities simultaneously significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²) produces a value of 0.336, which indicates that the variables of training, compensation, and work facilities affect employee performance by 33.6%. The remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, such as occupational safety and health (OHS), work stress, work experience, competence, workload, job satisfaction, work culture, work discipline and external organisational factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan media sosial dan persepsi kualitas terhadap keputusan pembellian pada Housel Beauty dan Parfume Langsa. Sampel dalam penellitian ini berjumlah 90 respondeln. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Persamaan regresi dalam penellitian ini yaitu Y = 3,665 + 0,440X1 + 0,184X2. Iklan media sosial berpelngaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembellian pada House Beauty dan Parfume Langsa, dimana diperoleh nilai sig. 0,035 < 0,05. Persepsi kualitas berpengaruh signifikan telrhadap keputusan pembelian pada Housel Beauty dan Parfume Langsa, dimana diperoleh nilai sig. 0,020 < 0,05. Dari uji F dapat dijelaskan bahwa iklan meldia sosial dan persepsi kualitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada House Beauty dan Parfume Langsa, dimana diperoleh nilai sig. 0,020 < 0,05. Dari uji koelfisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa iklan media sosial dan persepsi kualitas mempengaruhi keputusan pembellian pada House Beauty dan Parfume Langsa sebesar 58,4% sedangkan sisanya 41,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini
