Abstract

This research aims to find out the concrete form of the learning process of tool nadhom from the cognitive theory perspective at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative type. The sources of information used are the results of observations during the learning process of nadhom alat, the results of interviews with the head of the Arabic language education study programme, lecturers who teach nadhom alat courses, and PBA students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory, which includes data collection, presentation, reduction, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate two critical findings, namely the concrete form of the tool nadhom learning process with a cognitive theory perspective includes the following steps: planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. In its implementation, several methods are used in learning nadhom alat, such as the nahwu wa tarjamah method, deductive method, and question and answer method. Furthermore, the supporting factors of learning include the presentation of learning being very simple and giving examples of sentences in the context of everyday life, the rules and targets of memorization being straightforward. Students can follow them, the number of students who are not too many making focused and conducive in the learning process, and inhibitors include the lack of structured practice patterns from students, a small portion of students not meeting the target of memorization deposit, low student understanding of the rules so that it implies repetition. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk konkret dari proses pembelajaran nadhom alat dari perspektif teori kognitif di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu serta menjelaskan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus. Sumber informasi yang digunakan adalah hasil observasi selama proses pembelajaran nadhom alat, hasil wawancara dengan kepala program studi pendidikan bahasa Arab, dosen yang mengajar mata kuliah nadhom alat, dan mahasiswa PBA di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teori analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, presentasi, reduksi, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dua temuan penting, yaitu bentuk konkret dari proses pembelajaran nadhom alat dengan perspektif teori kognitif mencakup langkah-langkah berikut: perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam implementasinya terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran nadhom alat seperti metode nahwu wa tarjamah, metode deduktif, dan metode tanya jawab. Selanjutnya, faktor pendukung pembelajaran meliputi penyajian pembelajaran sangat sederhana dan pemberian contoh kalimat sesuai dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-sehari, aturan dan dan target hafalan jelas dan bisa diikuti mahasiswa, jumlah mahasiswa yang tidak terlampau banyak membuat fokus dan kondusif dalam proses pembelajara, dan penghambat meliputi kurangnya pola latihan terstruktur dari mahasiswa, sebagian kecil mahasiswa tidak memenuhi target setoran hafalan, rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap kaidah sehingga berimplikasi pada pengulangan

Abstract

مستخلص البحث: هدف هذا البحث الى الكشف عن مادة تعليم مهارة الكلام لبرنامج التعليم الإضافى بجامعة دار العلوم بانيو أنيار الإسلامية باميكاسان على ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم. وأتى منهجه بمدخل البحث النوعى ونوعَ دراسة الحالة. أما مصادر البينات تكونت من الطلبة والمعلمين والمادة التعليمية اسمها: تيسير اللغة العربية مهارة الكلام للمستوى الأول. وكانت طريقة جمع بياناته جرت على تحليل الوثائق والمقابلة والملاحظة وقامت طريقة تحليلها بالتعرف على البيانات وتصنيف البيانات واختيار البيانات. أما نتائج هذا البحث تبدو بأن المادة المستخدمة تتكون من عدة مواد تعليمية واستخدام تكنواوجيا فيها أشد تكرارا، ونوع تكنولوجيا المستخدمة فيها قد يكون تلفزيون أو كشافا ضوئيا أو حاسوبا محمولا أو هواتفا ذكية لدي الطلبة والمعلمين ودورها لدي الطلبة أنهم قد أحسوا بمساعدة كبيرة من استخدامها فى تعلم مهارة الكلام. ولكن، فى ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم كان كتاب مهارة الكلام المستخدم لم يشتمل على الجوانب المعينة، حيث أنه لم يكن استخدام التكنولوجيا إلا كوسيلة تعليمية أو كمواد إضافية لم يتم دمجها على الإطلاق مع الكتاب المدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مادة التعليم، مهارة الكلام، تكنولوجيا التعليم.

Abstract

Abstract Polygamy is an inevitability that must be accepted by every individual who holds firmly to the tenets of Allah's religion, Islam. Islam regulates the issue of polygamy in great detail to maintain balance, justice, order, and to avoid tyranny. The Sharia on polygamy came down with the spirit of reducing quantity, not the opposite, through a very strict mechanism of justice. Unlike the pre-Islamic culture that legalized men to marry an unlimited number of wives, Islam limits a man to marry only up to four women. Additionally, Islam also grants women or their guardians the right to accept or reject polygamy. For instance, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prohibited Ali ibn Abi Talib from marrying another woman while still married to his beloved daughter Fatimah. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory type. This study will examine two things: first, the analysis of the limits of polygamy from the perspective of fiqh law and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). Second, women's right to refuse polygamy. The results of this study are, firstly, that polygamy is prescribed based on the principle of maslahat (benefit), hence religion grants wives the right to accept or refuse polygamy.

Abstract

: Rhetoric is the highest level of linguistic sciences. The lowest level of speech is that which begins with words that indicate their specific meanings, then it gradually reaches the eloquent word and the eloquent phrase. This research reveals the ingenious benefactors and their types contained in the book "Love in the Qur'an according to Muhammad Saeed Ramadan Al-Bouti". The data collection method used is a library method, and the results of the research come as follows: Anaphora in two ten places, division in one place, and interview in one place.

Abstract

This article presents the analysis of Aiman Amin Abdul Ghani's views on the reformulation of Nahwu (Arabic grammar) for non-native speakers. The focus of this analysis included how Aiman Amin Abdul Ghani developed a simplified Nahwu teaching method while retaining essential grammatical rules of the Arabic language. The complexity of Nahwu often poses challenges for Arabic learners without an Arabic background, and understanding Abdul Ghani's approach was expected to provide an effective pedagogical solution. Data sources for this study included direct interviews with Aiman Amin Abdul Ghani, in-depth analysis of his works such as An-Nahwu Al-Kafi, Al-Kafi fi Sharh Matn Al-Ajurumiyyah, and An-Nahwu Bayna Yadayk, as well as a literature review of relevant Nahwu teaching methods. Data were analyzed with interpretive and hermeneutic methods, aiming to identify Aiman Amin Abdul Ghani's unique contributions to the reformulation of Nahwu. The findings showed that while Aiman Amin Abdul Ghani concurred with earlier scholars about the complexity of Nahwu, he proposed a different approach by retaining all grammatical rules but arranging them in a systematic and gradual way to facilitate comprehension for non-native speakers. This article contributes to the development of Nahwu pedagogy and emphasizes the importance of integrating religious values in Arabic grammar reform.

Abstract

The command to adopt Arabic writing in Islam predates obligations such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and pilgrimage, which highlights its significance beyond mere ritual. This command, revealed during the earliest stages of the Prophet Muhammad’s mission, indicates that Arabic writing holds a crucial role in shaping Islamic civilization. The problem addressed in this study is the lack of comprehensive understanding regarding the foundational importance of Arabic writing in the development and expansion of Islamic culture and law. The objective is to examine the historical and functional roles of Arabic writing as a unifying tool for communication, governance, and the dissemination of Islamic teachings across diverse regions. The study employs a qualitative historical method, analyzing classical Islamic texts and early records of literacy practices to trace the evolution and influence of Arabic writing. The findings reveal that Arabic writing was instrumental in connecting societies, facilitating legal and administrative systems, and ensuring the accurate transmission of the Qur’an and Hadith. Moreover, evidence suggests that the Prophet Muhammad himself acknowledged its centrality by promoting literacy and, according to some traditions, acquiring the ability to write later in life. This research contributes to the broader understanding of the interplay between language, religion, and cultural identity in Islamic civilization. It underscores the idea that Arabic writing was not merely a linguistic tool but a pivotal instrument for the preservation and global dissemination of Islamic values and governance.
