Abstract

Implementasi budaya positif sampai saat ini masih belum menjadi gerakan kolektif di sekolah. Belum ada pergerakan yang memicu berlangsungnya penerapan budaya positif secara berkelanjutan.  Budaya positif masih berupa slogan dan konsep sehingga masih bersifat pemenuhan administratif sekolah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini guru memperoleh pengetahuan dalam menanamkan dan membiasakan budaya positif di sekolah melalui keyakinan kelas dan kegembiraan belajar pada peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui simposium dan FGD dengan sasaran guru SMP Negeri 6 Jember sejumlah 30 guru. Dari hasil simposium yang telah dilaksanakan, mayoritas peserta, yaitu sebesar 28 guru (93%) menyatakan sangat setuju, dan 2 guru (7%) menyatakan setuju bahwa penerapan keyakinan kelas yang positif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Guru-guru menyampaikan bahwa mereka berusaha menciptakan suasana yang mendukung keberhasilan siswa, dengan memberi dukungan emosional dan menghindari hukuman yang bersifat menekan. Siswa juga mengungkapkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih dihargai dan termotivasi ketika ada keyakinan positif yang diberikan oleh guru. Hasil simposium mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan keyakinan kelas yang positif dan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan memiliki dampak yang sangat berarti dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan keterlibatan siswa.

Abstract

The use of information technology has brought negative effects for students. Nowdays, students have less interaction with people and act anti-socially. The first analysis of students’ social attitude by using 5 indicators are tolerating , cooperating, social care, sense of brotherhood, and appreciating achievement achieved the minimimun score showed that the result was 34,7%.The learning achievemectnt incognitive domain was 22%. Trough this study, it is expected that the use of Quantum Learning model will improve students’ social attitude and learning result. This classroom action research uses Hopkins model and qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was done in three cycles with 22 students as the subjects. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, questionnaire, essay test, interview, and documentation. It was found that the average percenatges of students’ social attitude were 34,7% in pre-cycle and 52,46% in cycle 1. It increased as much as 17% and became 71,32% in cycle 2. In cycle 3, the average percentage increased as much as 3,4% and became 79%. Students’ learning result was measured through tests on cognitive aspects that were done at the end of each cycle. The percentage of students’ learning achievement were 22% in pre-cycle, 45,4% in cycle 1, and 59,09% in cycle 2. In the third cycle, the percentage increased and became86,3%.These results show that through this research, students social attitude and learning results were improved with Implementation of Quantum Learning Model. Abstract

Learning media that serves as a communication tool used in learning, but learning media ccan be beneficial as a means in education which helps the teaching process so that learning does not seem static, so learning can be effective. 05 Jember, SMAN 02 Tanggul and SMAN Arjasa. (1) 66% of educators have difficulties in teaching history in the application of media learning, 33% in teaching methods; (2) The learning method used by educators has used the 100% Lecture method, 66% Problem Solving, 66% Discussion; (3) 66% educators add teaching media in the form of visual Power Point and 66% Video; (4) Educators have obstacles in the application of media in 66% Difficulty in designing learning media, 33% Difficulty in developing learning media. The facilities and infrastructure in the three schools are adequate, from Wi-Fi to projectors, but they are still lacking in utilization in the learning process Based on the questionnaire analytical of learning styles, it must be said that visual teaching styles are 48.3%, audio learning styles are 20.9% and kinesthetic learning styles are 40.7%. improvement of student teaching outcomes after use Infographics teaching media based on Qr Code. The increase in learning outcomes that increased significantly between the pre-test and post-test scores increased the average learning outcomes of students by 87.47%. This Qr Code-based Infographic Media Duplang Site has been developed by adding ideas and concepts to the media. Keywords: Infografis, Qr Code, Situs Duplang
