Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research is expected to be able to foster and enhance the mutual cooperation attitude of students by imitating the values of mutual cooperation in the Singo Ulung tradition. The design development of the Singo Ulung tradition-based historical learning model is based on the ADDIE procedure Feasibility data analysis model using a Likert scale with a range of 1 to 5, while the model effectiveness test using the Independent Sample T Test T test on SPSS 19. In the T Test for achievement tests obtained a value of 2.637 with a significance level of 0.012 0.025, meaning that there is a significant to the model developed and shows that the mean of the experimental class is better than the control class. The T test for the assessment of mutual cooperation attained a value of 2.649 with a significance level of 0.011 0.025, so it can be concluded that the average of the experimental class is better than the control class. Thus, the historical learning model based on Singo Ulung traditional values is effective to improve student achievement and mutual cooperation.Keywords: value local traditions, model development, mutual cooperation

Abstract

Greater East Asia War is a continuation of World War II in Europe. Japan's ambition to dominate the region in Southeast Asia accordance with the ideology of the highway east asia co-prosperity and spirit Hakko i chiu. Japan to attack the strongest fleet in the Pacific of the United States on 8 December 1941. This war is called a war of the Pacific or Greater East Asia. The victory of the war turned out to be reciprocated by the United States since middle of 1942. The situation makes Japan to mobilize the people of Indonesia and other occupied areas for the benefit of war. Mobilization policies implemented in the political, economic and social mobilization of the masses. Japan also control in the fields of education, culture, and mass media. Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried out by the souvenir home industry in Jember Regency, which includes product innovation, service/marketing innovation, and process innovation. This research was conducted in May 2022, with the target subjects being the owners of the local snacks industry. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain data on development of the number of local snacks industries, turnover, and regulations related to food/processing companies. The results indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has threatened business continuity in the three local snacks industries due to decreased revenue and product sales and delays in product marketing and distribution. This indicates that product innovation can lead to easier production; product innovation is also important for effective marketing and, consequently, the company's financial performance. Therefore, business innovation needs to be done in the context of business development, especially local snacks products, so that they can compete with other local snacks household industries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana prosesi dan makna simbolik serta pentingnya nilai tradisi petik tebu manten yang mempunyai potensi sumber belajar sejarah bagi peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas di Kabupaten Jember. Metode menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan di PG Semboro dan SMA di kabupaten Jember. Wawancara terhadap informan yang terlibat dalam acara tradisi petik tebu manten serta stakeholder. Penulis juga mengumpulkan dokumen dari pihak PG Semboro dan hasil riset sebelumnya. Lalu hasilnya di analisis dengan reduksi, penyajian dan simpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi petik tebu manten memiliki arti penting bagi masyarakat Semboro. Tradisi ini sebagai simbol keharmonisan antara masyarakat dan pihak pabrik gula Semboro. Selain itu, tradisi tersebut juga mempunyai nilai kearifan lokal seperti religius, sosial dan kepribadian. Hal tersebut terbukti pada setiap langkah proses pelaksanaan tradisi memiliki makna filosofis dan simbolik. Nilai tersebut begitu penting untuk internalisasi kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah. Sehingga mampu menjadikan ragam variasi oleh guru untuk sumber belajar, khususnya bagi siswa SMA.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) The background of the formation of the Madurese Community of the GKJW Sumberpakem Congregation, Jember Regency (2) The development of the Madurese Community of the Jawi Wetan Christian Church Sumberpakem in Social and Religious Life in the 1994-2021 Period. This research uses Gottschalk's historical method. The results of this study are (1) the background of the formation of the Madurese Community of GKJW Sumberpakem congregation which began with the migration of Madurese to Sumberpakem in the 19th century. Christianity was entered into Sumberpakem by the Zending envoy Java Committee as evidenced by the baptism of the first Madurese in Sumberpakem in 1882. (2) The development of the Madurese Community of the Jawi Wetan Christian Church congregation in Sumberpakem in Social and Religious Life in the 1994-2021 period experienced developments characterized by the revival of old traditions and the emergence of social movements. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji: (1) Latar belakang terbentuknya Masyarakat Madura  Jemaat GKJW Sumberpakem, Kabupaten Jember (2) Perkembangan Masyarakat Madura Jemaat Gereja Kristen Jawi Wetan Sumberpakem  dalam Kehidupan Sosial dan Keagamaan Periode 1994-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dari Gottschalk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) latar belakang terbentuknya Masyarakat Madura Jemaat GKJW Sumberpakem yang dimulai dengan migrasi orang Madura ke Sumberpakem pada abad ke-19.Masuknya agama Kristen ke Sumberpakem dibawa oleh Zending utusan Java Committee yang dibuktikan dengan pembaptisan orang Madura pertama di Sumberpakem tahun 1882. (2) Perkembangan Masyarakat Madura Jemaat Gereja Kristen Jawi Wetan Sumberpakem dalam Kehidupan Sosial dan Keagamaan Periode 1994-2021m engalami perkembangan yang ditandai dengan adanya tradisi-tradisi lama yang dihidupkan kembali serta munculnya gerakan sosial.

Abstract

The aims of this study are as follows: (1) to analyze and find out the needs of historical learning media based on local wisdom values at SMAN 1 Grujugan; (2) to understand the procedure for developing an articulate storyline media based on the traditional values of the Rokaat Phandeba; 3) Knowing the feasibility of the media articulate storyline that was developed based on the results of expert validation. This type of research is development or research and development by adopting the ADDIE model design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) in the product development process. The results of this study indicate that the history learning media used at SMAN 1 Grujugan still uses conventional media such as PowerPoint and only uses material from textbooks and internet sources. Second, the development of articulate storyline media was developed based on the primary sources of material from Rokat Phandaba by adopting the ADDIE model, starting from analyzing the needs of learning media in the field, making media designs developed, developing media articulate storylines based on the results of material validation tests and media validation tests by experts, implementation limited and broad. The final step is to evaluate the media that was developed based on the results of the questionnaires given by students and teachers. Based on the validation results of learning media experts and material experts, the following percentages were obtained: (1) good 60%; (2) 10% is sufficient; (3) perfect 0%; (4) less than 0%; (5) significantly less 0%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of the Mayangan Fishing Port from a fishing port into a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the background and process of Mayangan Fishery Port becoming a tourism object in 2012 and the development process as a tourism object in 2012-2019. The method used in this research is the historical method which has four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research was conducted in Mayangan Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City in 2019. The results of this research are that since 2012-2019 the Mayangan Fishery Port has carried out various developments in terms of attractions, amenities, and accessibility. The conclusion of this research is Since 2012-2019, the management continued to strive to develop attractions, amenities, and tourist accessibility at the Mayangan fishing port. Suggestions by researchers for managers to focus more on promotion.

Abstract

Education in the digital era prioritizes students' ability to capture information. The purpose of this research is to produce a validated product in the form of Articulate Storyline interactive learning media and to increase effectiveness in learning. The research development procedure was carried out using the ADDIE model development. The results of the validation of content experts in the field of study reached a percentage of 88% with very good qualifications, expert validation of learning media reached a percentage of 87% with very good qualifications, and language validation reached 88% with very good qualifications. In the small group trial, there was an increase in the average pre-test score from 50.00 to 81.11 and the field trial an increase in the average pre-test score from 45.81 to 81.44. The effectiveness measured by the relative effectiveness formula reached 62.2% with high effectiveness.

Abstract

Buah Ketakasi is a cooperative founded by a community of coffee farmers in Jember district. Initially, the cooperative business unit involved was coffee agribusiness with 64 permanent members and 12 extraordinary members. The cooperative business unit expanded into coffee industrial agriculture, chicken and goat farm, dragon fruit cultivation, and organic fertilizer production. The number of permanent members has also increased to 182 people and extraordinary members to 300 people. This cooperative had problems including planning work programs, organizing resources, division of work, implementing work programs, monitoring and evaluating them. The offered solution to solving managerial problems of the cooperative was a mentoring program on how to plan a work program; how to organize resources, division of work, strategies for implementing work programs and monitoring-evaluation up to the reporting.

Abstract

The method used in this research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) adapted and modified from Branch's ADDIE Model, which consists of five steps. This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing Focusky learning media for the subject of business entities in the Indonesian economy and (2) evaluate how well the media improves the critical thinking skills of high school students. The uniqueness of this study lies in the integration of Focusky a tool rarely explored in economics education with a structured instructional design to encourage critical thinking. In this study, questionnaires and observations were used as data collection methods. Eleventh-grade IPS students at SMAN Pakusari will be the subjects of the study for the product effectiveness test, which will be conducted using effect size calculations and the Paired Sample T-Test. IBM SPSS 29 is used to assist with data analysis in this research. The results show that the integration of Focusky media significantly supports the development of students' critical thinking. Through engaging visual content and interactive features, this media facilitates deeper understanding and active learning. These findings emphasize the potential of technology-based learning tools to enrich classroom experiences and promote essential 21st-century skills in economic education. From the results of the statistical research, it shows that the Focusky learning media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills based on the significance values of the pretest and posttest from the small group (0.046 < 0.05) and the large group (0.049 < 0.05). The effect size test results for the small group received a value of 0.79 and for the large group received a value of 0.80. Both values indicate that the developed Focusky media has a significant impact on enhancing students'critical thinking.
