Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar matematika yang dicapai siswa belum maksimal berdasarkan data yang didapat 80% siswa kelas V masih mendapatkan nilai kurang dari KKM yaitu 71, selain itu berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru kelas V mengatakan kurangnya minat siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematika. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah model pembelajaran ADDIE efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sidorejo 02? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektif atau tidaknya model pembelajaran ADDIE efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sidorejo 02. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk True Eksperimental Design dengan jenis Pretest-Posttest Control Group.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD Negeri Banyubiru 01 Kabupaten Semarang 2018/2019. Sampel yang diambil adalah 50 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas VA berjumlah 25 siswa dan siswa kelas VB  berjumlah 25 dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji normalitas dengan Ltabel= 0,173, diperoleh normalitas akhir dengan L0=0,1596. Karena Lo < Ltabel maka hasil H0 diterima dan data berasal dari distribusi normal. Selanjutnya perhitungan uji t hasil belajar thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,957> 1,675) maka H0 ditolak. Artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai hasil belajar lebih baik antara sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (post-test) yang menggunakan model pembelajaran ADDIE. Jadi model pembelajaran ADDIE  efektif terhadap hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sidorejo 02. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah model pembelajaran ADDIE dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, oleh karena itu guru perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran ADDIE dengan baik agar siswa lebih semangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of strengthening mutual cooperation character education at SD Negeri Bergas Lor 01, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. This type of qualitative descriptive research, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. Research results: (1) The planning stages include identifying and analyzing needs, determining goals, setting policies, preparing programs and outreach, (2) Organizing is carried out through optimizing resource utilization by dividing tasks, authority and responsibilities, (3) Implementation of strengthening character education mutual cooperation is integrated in intracurricular, co-curricular activities combined with P5, extracurricular, and habituation, (4) Supervision through monitoring and evaluation of all school activities. Monitoring is carried out continuously during program implementation. Evaluations are carried out at the end of each semester to evaluate achievements and plan necessary improvements for future years.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum policy, (2) to determine the resources for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, (3) to determine the disposition of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and (4) to determine the bureaucratic structure of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach using Edward III's 1980 policy theory. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity data of the test using source triangulation, technique and time triangulation. The data analysis techniques using data reduction and categorization, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show first, communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been achieved. Second, supporting school resources have not been achieved because human resource and information resource indicators have not been met. Another reason there are still teachers who lack of the ability to compose teaching modules. Beside that, when carrying out the initial assessment, the teacher has not yet analyzed the results of the initial assessment. Third, the disposition in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum shows that the honesty indicators have not been met. The teacher did not conduct initial assessment analysis during the two school years.The last , Standard Operating Procedures are not made by the school, but they are only conveyed by the school principal through meetings. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the Education Department should supervise and assist the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum programmatically in order to find out the obstacles faced in implementing of the Merdeka Curriculum at schools. The Department also needs to increase human resource competency regarding the Merdeka Curriculum. For schools, it is best to increase human resource competency. Mentoring and supervision at school also needs to be carried out by the school principal so that he can find out information resources and teacher honesty in implementing the Curriculum. A Standard Operating Procedure also needs to be created to serve as a guide for teachers in implementing the Curriculum at schools. For educators, teachers should increase competence regarding the implementation of the Curriculum and increase honesty in carrying out learning preparation and learning assessment.

Abstract

Implementing a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students as an effort to shape the character of students based on Pancasila values. Character formation does not start at school but must be instilled in children's daily lives from an early age, one of which is the character of independence. The focus of the research is 1) describing and analyzing the implementation planning for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project in the independent dimension. 2) describe and analyze the organization of the implementation of the Independent Dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. 3) describe and analyze the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in the independent dimension, and 4) describe and analyze the supervision of the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in the independent dimension at State Senior High School 1 Pecangaan, Jepara Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. Qualitative research design through 1) pre-field or orientation stage, 2) fieldwork or focused exploration stage, 3) data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) planning for the implementation of the Independent Dimension Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project was carried out by the school principal including identifying needs, determining school programs, and socializing the program. 2) organizing the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is carried out by the school principal including determining school resources, organizational development planning, assignment and delegation of authority. 3) the drive for the implementation of the Independent Dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is carried out by the school principal including the implementation of the P5 program, school infrastructure, direction of the school principal and motivation of the school principal. 4) supervision of the implementation of the Independent Dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is carried out by the school principal, including creating assessment instruments, evaluating implementation activities, and follow-up. The author suggests that school principals and teachers, as the main actors in this activity, must always collaborate starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation. Abstract

The child-friendly school program is one of the policies in an effort to provide solutions on how to create schools that are safe, comfortable and enjoyable for children. The aim of the research is 1) to find out and analyze anti-bullying program planning in an effort to create child-friendly schools. 2) to find out and analyze anti-bullying program organizers in an effort to create child-friendly schools. 3) to find out and analyze the implementation of anti-bullying programs in an effort to create child-friendly schools. 4) to find out and analyze the supervision of the anti-bullying program in an effort to create a child-friendly school at SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan, Jepara Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. Qualitative research design through 1) pre-field or orientation stage, 2) fieldwork or focused exploration stage, 3) data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) planning by conducting a needs analysis, forming a child-friendly school team, compiling a child-friendly anti-bullying school program, determining program priorities and socializing anti-bullying programs in child-friendly schools. 2) organizing by placing school resources, organizational development, assignment and delegation of authority. 3) Implementation of procedures for directing and providing motivation to all school members, child-friendly school policies by implementing 3P (provision, protection and participation) rules, formation of an anti-bullying task force, anti-bullying SOPs. 4). The evaluation was carried out by evaluating the school's internal team and the joint team of Cluster 4 of the KLA Task Force. The school principal followed up by holding discussions and communication, deliberating together. The author suggests that school principals and teachers, as the main actors in this activity, must always collaborate starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation. Abstract

Abstract The educational process will be of quality if all educational components are involved in the educational process. These educational components include educational objectives, students, educators, educational methods, educational content, educational environment, and educational tools and facilities. The focus of the research is to describe and analyze the role of the principal in improving academic quality at SMA N 1 Pecangaan, Jepara Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. Qualitative research design through data condensation, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the quality improvement management planning carried out by the school principal includes identifying needs and socializing school programs. (2) organizing quality improvement management carried out by the school principal includes the placement of school resources, organizational development, assignment and delegation of authority. (3) the implementation of quality improvement management carried out by the school principal includes implementing school quality improvement and implementing academic supervision. (4) supervision of quality improvement management carried out by the school principal including evaluation of school activities and solutions to activity constraints. The author suggests continuing to build effective communication with school members, building teamwork and making continuous and sustainable improvements. Teachers are required to always be ready and supportive in carrying out activities. Keywords: School Quality Improvement Management

Abstract

School quality plays a crucial role in supporting student success and ensuring effective educational outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of Academic Supervision, Instructional Leadership Style, and Work Discipline on the Quality of Elementary Schools in Dempet District, Demak Regency. Given the increasing demand for school improvement, understanding the contribution of these factors is essential for policymakers and educators. This study employs a quantitative correlational approach with a survey research design. The research population consists of 458 teachers, with a sample of 151 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that Academic Supervision, Instructional Leadership Style, and Work Discipline significantly contribute to school quality. The regression equation for Academic Supervision is Y = 4.737 + 0.223X1, with an R-Square value of 0.027, indicating a small contribution. Instructional Leadership Style has a greater effect, with the equation Y = 36.022 + 0.967X2 and an R-Square value of 0.238, explaining 23.8% of school quality variance. Work Discipline also plays a significant role, with the equation Y = 48.063 + 0.530X3 and an R-Square value of 0.230. The combined regression model (Y = 4.737 + 0.223X1 + 0.740X2 + 0.406X3) shows an R-Square value of 0.361, indicating that these three factors collectively explain 36.1% of school quality improvement. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening academic supervision, leadership, and teacher discipline to enhance elementary school quality effectively.
