Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas karakteristik cerita rakyat Madura dan potensinya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Cerita rakyat merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari kekayaan budaya Indonesia yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai, tradisi, dan sejarah dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Namun, cerita rakyat Madura masih jarang dimanfaatkan dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah-sekolah. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelajahi karakteristik cerita rakyat Madura dan mengidentifikasi potensi penggunaannya sebagai bahan ajar Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan ahli bahasa dan budaya Madura, serta analisis terhadap berbagai cerita rakyat Madura yang telah ada. Hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik bentuk, isi, dan bahasa yang digunakan dalam karya sastra Madura berupa cerita rakyat. Penggunaan cerita rakyat Madura dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia juga sejalan dengan pendekatan kontekstualisasi dalam pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang menekankan pentingnya mengaitkan pembelajaran bahasa dengan konteks budaya dan sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya memanfaatkan warisan budaya lokal, seperti cerita rakyat, dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Dengan mengintegrasikan cerita rakyat Madura dalam kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia, kita dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa, mempromosikan pemahaman budaya, dan mempertahankan keberagaman budaya Indonesia. Diharapkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi pendidik dan pengembang kurikulum untuk lebih memanfaatkan potensi cerita rakyat dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah-sekolah.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to outline the criminal penalties for those who engage in sexual activity with minors in terms of victim protection. The normative approach method is used in this investigation. Secondary data is used. Documents and literature are examined to implement data collection procedures. In the meantime, the analysis is descriptive and employs qualitative analysis. The study's findings indicated that the criminal penalties meted out to those who engage in sexual activity with minors do not fairly compensate for the victims' protection.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of image and friendliness of employees on guest comfort at Grand Sahada Hotel AEK Batu, South Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributed to 60 research samples, namely grand sahada hotel guests. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 20. Data testing techniques conducted in this study include validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial and simultaneous testing. The analysis showed that the image of a positive effect on the comfort of guests it is seen from the value of t count > t table (2.697>2.002), and the hospitality of employees a positive effect on the comfort of guests it is seen from the value of t count > t table (4.318>2.002), image, atmosphere, quality and friendliness of employees a positive effect on the comfort of guests it is seen from the value of F count > F table (13.558>2.77).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana berbagai model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA dalam pendidikan kimia. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis (SRL) yang mematuhi pedoman PRISMA untuk mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis artikel penelitian yang relevan. Proses pengumpulan artikel melibatkan tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan pemenuhan persyaratan, dengan pencarian dilakukan menggunakan Google Scholar untuk publikasi dari tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Temuan menunjukkan model pembelajaran seperti pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL), Siklus Pembelajaran 5E, Pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL), Inquiry Terbimbing, Pembelajaran Penemuan, Pemecahan Masalah Kreatif (CPS) dan Laboratorium Inquiry Terikat dengan larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit, Kimia Asam-Basa, reaksi redoks, laju reaksi, dan asam, basa dan garam, serta kelarutan dan produk larutan. Dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa seperti observasi. Pendekatan inovatif terhadap pembelajaran ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, menyoroti pentingnya pengalaman langsung dalam pendidikan sains bagi pengembangan keterampilan kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the form of law enforcement carried out by Cirebon City Police against online gambling affiliators that are increasingly widespread in the digital era. The method used in this research is an empirical juridical approach, with data obtained through literature studies and direct interviews with law enforcement officials. The results show that law enforcement against online gambling affiliators faces various challenges, including limited regulations that specifically regulate affiliator activities, tracking difficulties due to the use of sophisticated digital technology, and lack of public awareness of the legal impact of these activities. Nevertheless, Cirebon City Police has taken various preventive and repressive measures, including digital forensic-based investigations and cooperation with related institutions. These law enforcement efforts need to be supported by updating legal policies that are adaptive to the dynamics of cybercrime and increasing the capacity of the apparatus in dealing with technology-based crimes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the qualifications of transmitting electronic information and/or electronic documents with sexual content beyond the will of the recipient, aimed at sexual desire, in accordance with Article 14 paragraph (1) letter b of the TPKS Law and how to apply the Systematic Specialist Lex in Article 27 of the ITE Law and Article 14 of the TPKS Law. Normative legal research has the same definition as doctrinal research, which is research based on legal materials (library based), focusing on reading and studying primary and secondary legal materials. The crime of sexual violence against children is a criminal act that uses violence or threats of violence against children so that the child can be coerced into having sexual relations. In general, there are two factors that cause sexual violence, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the proximity of the perpetrator to the victim, the role of the perpetrator, and the position of the victim. External factors consist of environmental influences, such as being far from crowds, loneliness, or enclosed places that allow perpetrators to commit sexual violence.

Abstract

The delay in the distribution of inheritance from the perspective of Islamic law is one of the crucial issues because it can trigger various conflicts among heirs. The purpose of this study is to apply the concepts of Tabayyun and Ta'awun as a dispute resolution mechanism in the inheritance distribution that has been postponed for a long time in a non-litigation manner and is based on maqasid as-sharia. This research is important to provide understanding and knowledge about the delay in implementation of inheritance distribution which can trigger disputes and divide relationships in the family. The qualitative analysis method was used to obtain a more comprehensive understanding related to the resolution of inheritance disputes that occur due to the delay of the distribution or munasakhat. The results show that lack of understanding of fiqh of Islamic inheritance is a key factor causing disputes among families. The lack of clarity in the identification of the right heir is also a major factor triggering disputes among the families. In addition, the lack of knowledge of the udzur shari'i recognized in Islam can also cause conflicts among family members. The aim of this paper is to use the concept of Tabayyun and Ta’awun to resolve inheritance disputes. The study also discusses the role of religious leaders, such as ustadz or kyai, in maximizing the mediation stage at the court level in order to realize the principle of simple, fast, and low-cost justice as stipulated in the Judicial Power Law, potentially offering strategies to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of legal processes in inheritance dispute resolution.
