Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors increased muzakki's trust toward the Amil Zakat Institution  (LAZ) with a study on LAZ Harapan Umat. The research with a quantitative approach and using a sample of 70 muzakki, found that the level of muzakki trust was influenced by transparency of financial statements, fund management and religiosity, while accountability had no effect on the level of muzakki trust.

Abstract

Perkembangan Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil (BMT) yang begitu pesat tergambar dari telah tergabungnya 5000 lebih BMT dalam Absindo (Asosisasi BMT Seluruh Indonesia) tahun 2017. Namun praktik dilapangan keberadaan BMT kurang diperthitungkan sebagai model pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Dari permasalahan ini penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai sistem pengelolaan BMT dalam melakukan perberdayaan ekonomi rakyat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pertama, perlu dilakukan pembaharuan sistem pengelolaan dan evisensi adminstrasi penyaluran BMT, kedua, melakukan perbaikan dalam manajemen pemberdayaan masyarakat secara maksimal dan ketiga, pembaharuan terhadap model dalam melakukan pengembangan BMT di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Baitul Mal Wat-Tamwil, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Rakyat

Abstract

Hadirnya berbagai institusi atau lembaga keuangan Islam diberbagai wilayah yang memberikan harapan masa depan yang cerah kepada lulusan-lulusan Ekonomi Islam. Perubahan pola pikir dan kepercayaan yang menurun terhadap entang konsep bunga oleh umat Islam memberikan tekanan pada sistem ekonomi konvensional, sehingga sistem ekonomi syariah semakin memungkinkan berkembang. Untuk itu semua prospek kerja Ekonomi Syariah ini nyata, apabila Anda mengambil Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah. Tidak perlu ragu lagi mengambil jurusan ini karena prospek kerjanya cukup menjanjikan. Namun tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa tantanga pasti ada, untuk itu tulisan ini menghadirkan analisis tantangan dan solusi serta upaya pengembangan mutu mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah yang akuntabel.Kata Kunci: Tantangan, Peluang, Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

The most basic technology used by user is the use of the internet with all the activities and activities undertaken. Internet usage has been increasing every year since January 2013, the number of Indonesian internet users reached 213 million people, up 5.44%. there is openness of information and public acceptance that is enthusiastic about technological developments in order to advance change towards an information based society will be a benchmark as the high use of the internet. The researchers aimed to find out how influencer reviews influenced purchasing interest by moderating brand image on Ms Glow products. The research used quantitative data whose scale of survey scale was 1 to 5. The sample of 80 respondents who were millennial consumers using stickers. Data analysis techniques using moderated regression analysis SPSS v.29. the results of the study indicated that influencer reviews influenced purchasing interest positively with a result og sig. 0.001<0.05. where as the brand image moderation variable could not moderate the influencer review towards the purchase interest of Ms Glow product with sig. 0.863>0.05. then, the determination coefficient with a value of 39.9% with the remaining 60.1% was affected by external variables that were not present in this study. For adjusted r square there is a different between model 1 and model 2 of 0.383 and 0.375. this means that the brand image moderation variable is unable to moderate between the influencer review variable and the buying interest. Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to analize the implementation of SFAS 101 in the presenting financial report of BMT as one of indicators BMT accountability, with the object of research at the BMT Wanita Mandiri Boyolali,  and the focus of research on two aspects, namely analysis of the implementation of presenting financial report  and analyzing what factors influence the implementation presenting financial report of BMT. This research was a field research using qualitative methods, where the data used was in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through documentation techniques, interviews, and observations, which were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that BMT Wanita Mandiri had presented financial report with the main reference is the standard set by the KEMENKOP, but in the obligation to meet sharia accounting standards, the financial report presentation of BMT Wanita Mandiri still contained several aspects that were not in accordance with PSAK 101. So that, based on the implementation of the financial statement presentation, BMT Wania Mandiri Boyolali was still less accountable. The existence of such incompatibility was caused by internal and external factors. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi PSAK 101 pada penyajian laporan keuangan BMT sebagai indikator akuntabilitas BMT. Objek penelitian pada BMT Wanita Mandiri Boyolali dan fokus pada analisis implementasi penyajian laporan keuangan dan menganlisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi implementasi penyajian laporan keuangan BMT yang diteliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan  metode kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi, wawancarara, dan observasi, Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Wanita Mandiri telah menyajikan laporan keuangan dengan acuan pokoknya adalah standar yang ditetatapkan oleh kementerian koperasi, tetapi dalam kewajiban memenuhi standar akuntansi syariah, penyajian laporan keuangan BMT Wanita Mandiri masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai dengan PSAK 101, sehingga berdasarkan implementasi penyajian laporan keuangannya, BMT Wanita Mandiri Boyolali masih kurang akuntabel. Faktor penyebab ketidaksesuaian laporan keuangan yang disajikan dengan PSAK 101 tersebut adalah karena faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan minat pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare melalui aplikasi TikTok, dengan focus pada pengaruh influencer, Islamic branding dan brand image. Metode peneltiian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 200 responden kepada konsumen aktif menggunakan TikTok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independent memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian. Influencer berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan minat beli, sementara Islamic branding dan brand image yang kuat dapat meningkatkan persepsi positif konsumen terhadap produk. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, khususnya dalam konteks ekonomi syariah. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk halal di pasar.

Abstract

Indonesia's recognition as the most charitable country in the world makes research on donations through crowdfunding platforms an intriguing subject for study. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of technology and institutions factors on people's intentions to donate through the crowdfunding platform. This study employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a sample size of 155 questionnaires. The results indicate that components of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and social influence) and institutional factors (trust and transparency) have a significant positive influence on people's intentions to donate through the platform kitabisa.com. These findings imply the importance of developing new technologies for philanthropic organizations and increasing public intention to donate, especially through donation crowdfunding. This research also contributes theoretically to the development of the UTAUT model by integrating trust and transparency.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap minat masyarakat menggunakan produk Bank Syariah di kota Bandar Pekanbaru. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel dan diperoleh sampel 100. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan dalam peneliitan ini, setelah itu peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dapat mempengaruhi minat masyarakat menggunakan produk bank syariah sebesar 20,3%. Dengan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti variabel religiusitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menggunakan produk bank syariah. Originalitas (Novelty) - Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap pengaruh religiusitas yang dimiliki oleh nasabah terhadap minat dalam menggunakan produk perbankan syariah. Implikasi – Hasil ini memberikan peluang kepada Bank Syariah Mandiri untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi produk bank syariah kepada masyarkat. Karena, semakin meningkatnya religiusitas maka kecenderungan masyarakat berminat untuk menggunakan produk bank syariah semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim for analyzing and mapping problems in the implementation of halal certification for micro and small enterprises (UMK) in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, namely by searching for articles via Google Scientist with the keywords halal certification problems, then reviewing and mapping the research findings obtained. The results of this research show that from the 12 papers reviewed, 4 (four) classifications of problems in the implementation of halal certification policies can be mapped, namely first, regulatory aspects, second, perceptions and behavior of MSE actors, third, knowledge aspects and fourth, support system aspects. The efforts put forward by researchers from the four problem maps are (1) carrying out evaluations and reviews of regulations, (2) carrying out comprehensive, systematic and measurable outreach and education efforts, and (3) improving existing infrastructure and personnel in the implementation of halal certification.
