The perseverance of the arm muscles that are focused on changes in the increment that comes from the impact of hazardous push-ups and drop and catch push-ups. Balebat Volleyball Club, Kawali Locale, Ciamis Regime is the exploration area. There are 20 players who are utilized as exploration objects. The exploration strategy applied is the free trial plan. The estimation apparatus utilized is push-ups. The outcomes got are: 1. Unstable push-up preparation fundamentally affects positive changes in arm muscle perseverance of Balebat Volleyball Club understudies, Kawali Locale, Ciamis Regime. 2. The drop-and-catch push-up practice fundamentally affects positive changes to the arm muscle perseverance of understudies of the Balebat Volleyball Club, Kawali Locale, and Ciamis Regime. 3. There is a massive contrast between dangerous push-ups and drop-and-catch push-ups for positive changes in arm muscle perseverance. Conclusion. There are contrasts in certain progressions from the impact of hazardous push-ups and drop and catch push-ups on muscle perseverance information on the ITH segment.

This research aims to determine whether there are positive changes in body agility as a result of the five dot drill treatment. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is at SMK YPS 1 Ciamis Regency. The research subjects were 20 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing were, "The five dot drill exercise had a significant influence on increasing agility in male students at YPS Vocational School, Ciamis Regency." Conclusion: Five dot drill training has a significant effect on increasing agility. Suggestion: It is hoped that similar research will be carried out so that the repertoire of physical condition elements of agility will further develop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan seara positif pada kelincahan tubuh dari hasil perlakuan five dot drill. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design. Lokasi penelitian di SMK YPS 1 Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24, hasil pengolahan data adalah, “Latihan five dot drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra SMK YPS Kabupaten Ciamis.” Kesimpulan: Latihan five dot drill berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Saran: Diharapkan adanya penelitian yang sejenis agar khasanah unsur kondisi fisik kelincahan semakin berkembang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the state of fatigue and power to run on soccer players. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The research method used was a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The population used was students who are members of the Galuh Ciamis University football team, totaling 42 men. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The instrument test used was a 30 meter sprint fatigue-power maintenance test. The statistical analysis used was descriptive percentages. The results of this study indicate that the average fatigue and power running into the sufficient category consists of 8 players in the sufficient category by 33.3%, 4 players in the excellent category by 16.7%, 5 players in the good category by 20.8%, 3 players 12.5% poor categories, and 4 very poor players category 16.7%. These results have not been maximized, and the physical condition coach must be able to create a training program with a recovery program with the aim that fatigue during training can even be reduced so that there was no fatigue that could caused injury. This research was expected to be a consideration for physical condition coaches in developed training programs to be able to reduced fatigue and increased strength and speed so as to produce sprinting power for football players and as a recommendation for the development of science, especially in the physical condition of soccer players.

This study aims to determine how much body fat percentage in male and female students of the Ciamis Regency Public High School 3 basketball team. To the objectives of the study above, the author uses survey methods using test and measurement techniques. The population of this study was male students and female students of SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis Regency totaling 30 people consisting of 15 boys and 15 girls. The research instrument used to collect the data was the measurement of fat percentage using a skinfold tool. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 22, the results of data processing are as follows: 1. The lowest description of fat measurement data in men was 16.50 and the highest description of fat measurement data was 37.90. The lowest fat measurement data description in the princess was 19.20 and the highest fat measurement data description was 35.60.2. The normality data for the female is 0.938 > 0.05 and the normality data for the male is 0.729 > 0.05 meaning that the data for the male and female are normally distributed, 3. The body fat percentage value for the girls was 26.55% while the body fat percentage value for the boys was 26.01%. The results showed that the measurement of body fat percentage in male and female students of SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis Regency was included in the excess category of the norm, namely 15-20% of the normal category for boys and the norm of 20-25% of the normal category for girls.

This study aims to determine how much influence the leaning star exercise with airplane pose has on balance and body stability in male volleyball players at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. The research method used is comparative causal. The population of this study were students of MAN 3 Ciamis Regency, totaling 20 people. The research instrument used to collect data was the flamingo balance test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24 the results are 1. Leaning star exercise has a significant effect on improving balance and body stability in male volleyball players at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. 2. Airplane pose exercise has a significant effect on improving balance and body stability in male volleyball players at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. 3. There is a significant difference between leaning star and airplane pose exercises on improving balance and body stability in male volleyball players at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. The conclusion is that the leaning star exercise and the airplane pose group have a significant effect on improving balance and body stability in male volleyball players at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. Suggestion: This research is expected to be a source of reference for other researchers so that further research in the same field will develop, especially on balance and body stability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan leaning star dengan airplane pose terhadap keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh pada siswa pemain bolavoli putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah causal comparatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah flamingo balance test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24 hasilnya adalah 1. Latihan leaning star memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh pada siswa pemain bolavoli putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. 2. Latihan airplane pose memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh pada siswa pemain bolavoli putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. 3. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan leaning star dan airplane pose terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh pada siswa pemain bolavoli putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. Kesimpulannya bahwa latihan leaning star dan kelompok airplane pose berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh pada siswa pemain bolavoli putra MAN 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. Saran: Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu sumber referensi bagi peneliti lain agar adanya penelitian lanjutan pada bidang yang sama semakin berkembang terutama pada keseimbangan dan stabilitas tubuh.

This study used a pre-experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest design to determine how much causation from the pogo jump exercise with hand-up squat jumps had on increasing leg power. The population used was Panji Kusumah volleyball players, Tasikmalaya Regency, with a sample of 16-17-year-old students, totaling 20 people. Test the hypothesis using the t-test, namely paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Based on the hypothesis test -t count < -t table (-2.177 < -2.101) it is known that there is an average difference in the increase in leg power between the pogo jump exercise group and the hand up squat jump group on the increase in leg power in the study sample. The suggestions put forward are: 1) The form of pogo jump training with hand-up squat jumps can be used as material for physical condition training on the power component, 2) For further research, it is hoped that it will become a source of reference for other researchers so that research in the same field will continue to grow.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the contrast training method on physical conditions consisting of power, flexibility, agility, and balance. The research method used is experimental. The research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design is the research design used. The population used is the PGPI Paragliding Athletes in Ciamis Regency, totaling 15 sons, ranging in age from 16 to 20 years. The sampling technique is total sampling. Instrument test consists of vertical jump test, static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist, zig-zag test, and flamingo balance test. The results showed that the data from the vertical jump test results showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist a significant increase proved the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the zig-zag test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the flamingo balance test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. Conclusion. A better and more appropriate contrast training method is given to paragliding athletes in Ciamis Regency. For coaches of physical condition to be able to apply the contrast training method by prioritizing training program innovations so that the physical condition of the athletes is getting better, especially their needs during matches.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana latihan fartlek dan circuit mempengaruhi daya tahan kardiovaskular. Studi ini melakukan eksperimen menggunakan desain "pretest-postest group design". Penelitian ini melibatkan 700 siswa dari kelas X hingga XII SMK Taruna Bangsa. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 siswa, karena teknik cluster random sampling digunakan dalam penyempelan populasi ke sampel. Bleep test yang dibuat oleh Nurhasan adalah alat yang digunakan. Uji persiapan untuk analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas untuk semua data berdistribusi normal, uji homogenitas untuk semua data bervariansi homogen, dan uji t dengan signifikansi 0,05 (5%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Latihan fartlek berdampak signifikan pada daya tahan jantung pemain futsal di SMK Taruna Bangsa; (2) circuit latihan berdampak signifikan pada daya tahan jantung pemain futsal di SMK Taruna Bangsa; dan (3) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan fartlek dan circuit terhadap daya tahan jantung pemain futsal di SMK Taruna Bangsa. Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis ajukan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan menggunakan net terhadap kemampuan chest pass bola basket pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Baregbeg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental designs. Desain yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain one-group pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Baregbeg berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 orang. Untuk lebih mengakuratkan akan dilakukan uji signifikan korelasi product moment rhitung lebuh kecil dari rtabel, maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Tetapi jika sebaliknya rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (rh>rtabel) maka Ha diterima. Ternyata rh (0,86) lebih besar dari rtabel (0,60) maka Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan latihan menggunakan net terhadap terhadap kemampuan chest pass bola basket pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Baregbeg.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reverse pyramid set and drop set training methods on increasing leg muscle endurance, and comparing the two to determine which method is more effective. The study used a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design, with a sample of 17 volleyball extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Rancah. The research program was conducted for 12 meetings with half squat training material according to the method of each group. The instrument used to measure leg muscle endurance is the Wall Sit Test. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 25, Paired Sample t-test showed that the reverse pyramid set method (Sig. = 0.000) and drop set (Sig. = 0.036) both provided significant improvement. However, the Independent Sample t-test results (Sig. = 0.843) showed no significant difference between the two methods. Thus, both training methods are effective and provide comparable results. This finding can be used as a reference in the preparation of physical exercise programs. Future research is recommended to involve a larger sample and additional variables for more in-depth results.
