Abstract

The addition of performance to improve body balance of both leg muscles as the goal of training two independent variables, namely one leg diagonal chop and single leg balance twist. This study applied a pre-experimental design and used a two-group design plan given before and after training or treatment. The research location was at MAN 3 Ciamis Regency. The sample taken in this study were athletes aged 17-18 years totaling 20 male futsal extracurricular. The test instrument used was a standing stork test-blind. The statistical process used SPSS 26. This study resulted in: 1. one leg diagonal chop training has a significant effect on improving body balance. 2. Single leg balance twist training has a significant effect on improving body balance. 3. There is a significant difference between one leg diagonal chop training and single leg balance twist training on improving body balance. Conclusion: One Leg Diagonal Chop Training with Single Leg Balance Twist Training on Improving Body Balance and can be used as one of the recommended training for body balance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in abdominal muscle endurance in students of Arroyana Kawungaten Islamic Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. The research method used a pre-experimental design with a total of 22 students. The research instrument used was sit-ups. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results of data processing consist of: 1. Abdominal curl exercises have a significant effect on increasing abdominal muscle endurance in male students of Arroyana Kawungaten Islamic Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. 2. Leg raises ball exercises have a significant effect on increasing abdominal muscle endurance in male students of Arroyana Kawungaten Islamic Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. 3. There is a significant difference between abdominal curl exercises and leg raises on increasing abdominal muscle endurance in students of Arroyana Kawungaten Islamic Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. It is hoped that one of the considerations and recommendations is the use of test instruments, namely sit-ups or the existence of new variants not only sit-ups to measure endurance but also the application of variations in abdominal curl and leg raises exercises.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan daya tahan otot perut pada siswa SMK Islam Arroyana Kawungaten Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimental design yang berjumlah sebanyak 22 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu sit-up. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 26, hasil pengolahan data terdiri dari: 1. Latihan abdominal curl memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut pada siswa putra SMK Islam Arroyana Kawungaten Kabupaten Cilacap. 2. Latihan bola leg raises memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut pada siswa putra SMK Islam Arroyana Kawungaten Kabupaten Cilacap. 3. Terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara latihan abdominal curl denganleg raises terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut pada siswa SMK Islam Arroyana Kawungaten Kabupaten Cilacap. Diharapkan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan dan rekomendasi yaitu penggunaan instrument test yaitu sit-up atau adanya varians baru tidak hanya sit-up saja mengukur daya tahan akan tetapi penerapan ariasi latihan abdominal curl dan leg raises.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research that the author proposes is to determine whether there is a significant effect of one-hand shot training on free throw results in basketball at SMA Negeri 1 Patimuan. The research method used in this study is the true-experimental design method, one of the designs used in this study is the two-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 30 students of SMA Negeri 1 Patimuan who participated in the basketball extracurricular. The sample used in this study was 30 students. Based on the results of the analysis of the difference in improvement between the two groups of one-hand shot and bank shoot training, it can be seen that there is a significant difference between the improvement of the two groups. The average value of improvement (x) for one-hand shot training is 2.4, while for bank shoot training is 3.8. The combined standard deviation (s combined) is 1.25. The calculated t value (Thitung) is 7.03, with a t table (TTabel) of 2.05, because t count > t table, there is a significant difference between the improvement of the two groups. It can be concluded that the increase in bank shot training is higher and more significant compared to one hand shot training. Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis ajukan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan one hand shot terhadap hasil  free throw dalam olahraga bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Patimuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode true-eksperiment design, salah satu  desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah two group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA Negeri 1 Patimuan mengikuti ekskul olahraga basket sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perbedaan peningkatan antara kedua kelompok latihan one hand shot dan bank shoot, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara peningkatan kedua kelompok. Nilai rata-rata peningkatan (x) untuk latihan one hand shot adalah 2,4, sedangkan untuk latihan bank shoot adalah 3,8. Standar deviasi gabungan (s gabungan) adalah 1,25. Nilai t hitung (THitung) adalah 7,03, dengan t tabel (TTabel) sebesar 2,05, karena t hitung > t tabel, maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara peningkatan kedua kelompok. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan latihan bank shoot lebih tinggi dan signifikan dibandingkan dengan latihan one hand shot.

Abstract

Gross motor skills in early childhood play an important role in supporting physical development and basic motor skills. This study aims to determine the extent of development of gross motor skills in early childhood female students. The research method used is descriptive. The population in this study were female students of PAUD Puspita, with a sample of 16 people selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used was the test of gross motor development (TGMD) consisting of 12 skill items. Data analysis used a percentage criterion test with the help of the SPSS series 26 program application. The results of the study showed that the majority of female students were included in the very high category (13 students; 81.3%), and the high category (3; 18.7%). This indicates that overall, the gross motor skills of female students at PAUD Puspita have developed very well. The main conclusion of this study is that teaching methods and a supportive environment play a very important role in helping children's gross motor development. Therefore, it is very important for teachers and parents to consistently provide encouragement through interesting physical activities that are appropriate to the child's developmental stage. Keterampilan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik dan kemampuan gerak dasar anak. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa putri pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putri PAUD Puspita, dengam sampel sebanyak 16 orang yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah test of gross motor development (TGMD) yang terdiri dari 12 item keterampilan. Analisis data menggunakan uji kriteria presentase melalui bantuan aplikasi program SPSS serie 26. Hasil penelitian diketahui besar siswa putri termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi (13 siswa; 81,3%), dan kategori tinggi (3; 18,7%). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara keseluruhan, keterampilan motorik kasar siswa putri di PAUD Puspita telah berkembang dengan sangat baik. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pengajaran dan lingkungan yang medukung sangat berperan dalam membantu perkembangan motorik kasar anak. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi guru dan orang tua untuk secara konsisten memberikan dorongan melalui aktivitas fisik yang menarik dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Icky Shuffle Ladder training on agility in badminton. Agility is an important component in badminton that supports athletes' performance in moving quickly and accurately. The research method used was an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were 22 participants from the badminton extracurricular club at SMAN 1 Parigi, selected using total sampling technique. The instrument used to measure agility was the Illinois Agility Run Test, which is standardized and widely used in measuring athletic performance. The research results showed a significant increase between pretest and posttest scores after the Icky Shuffle Ladder training intervention. This was proven by statistical analysis showing a significant difference (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the Icky Shuffle Ladder exercise is effective in improving the agility of badminton athletes. Therefore, this exercise is recommended as part of a physical training program to enhance performance in badminton.

Abstract

Increasing the explosive power movement performance of both leg muscles is the aim of training with two independent variables, namely box shuffle step and double box shuffle step. This study implemented a pre-experimental design and used a two-group design given before and after giving training or treatment. The research location is the Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. The athletes who took part in this research were 10 male athletes and 10 female athletes divided evenly and equally, each group had 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes. The measuring tool used is jumping straight up. The statistical process used SPSS 26. This research resulted in: 1. Box shuffle step training for changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 2. There is a positive influence for the double box shuffle step on changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 3. There is no difference between the box shuffle step group and the double box shuffle step group for changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Conclusion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle step for changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Suggestion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle steps can be used as an alternative leg power exercise.Penambahan performa pergerakan daya ledak ke-dua otot tungkai sebagai tujuan dari latihan dua variabel bebas yaitu box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step. Studi ini diterapkan yaitu pre-eksperimental design dan menggunakan rancangan desain dua kelompok yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian latihan atau perlakuan. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Atlet yang mengikuti penelitian ini 10 atlet putra dan 10 atlet putri dibagi rata dan seimbang setiap kelompok memiliki 5 atlet putra dan 5 atlet putri. Alat ukur yang dipakai yaitu loncat tegak ke atas. Proses statistik memakai SPSS 26. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1. Latihan box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 2. Adanya pengaruh yang positif untuk double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 3. Tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompok box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Kesimpulan: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Saran: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan power tungkai.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of facilities and infrastructure management on students' interest in learning in SD Negeri 2 Selacai. Facilities and infrastructure are important factors in creating a conducive learning environment, which can ultimately increase students' interest in learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 18 sixth grade students. Data was analyzed using a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 25 software.The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between the management of facilities and infrastructure on students' interest in learning, with a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.369. That is, the management of infrastructure facilities contributed as much as 36.9% to the variation of students' interest in learning. This finding confirms the importance of the availability and management of infrastructure facilities in the education process in order to foster students' interest in learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap minat belajar siswa di SD Negeri 2 Selacai. Sarana dan prasarana merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 18 siswa kelas enam. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap minat belajar siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007 (< 0,05) dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,369. Artinya, manajemen sarana prasarana berkontribusi sebesar 36,9% terhadap variasi minat belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya ketersediaan dan pengelolaan sarana prasarana dalam proses pendidikan guna menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntensive physical activity often leads to muscle soreness, which, if left untreated, can decrease movement quality and functional performance. Sport massage is a popular non-pharmacological recovery method; however, research focusing on its effectiveness based on specific body areas in non-athlete individuals within the context of Physical Education remains limited.This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of sport massage in reducing muscle pain complaints based on specific body areas in adults.This study employed a descriptive quantitative design. The subjects consisted of 376 adults with muscle pain complaints. The intervention was performed by 109 senior Physical Education students as field practitioners. The research instrument used a numerical scale (1–4) to measure the level of comfort/pain reduction before and after the intervention across eight major body areas. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.The results showed that sport massage is highly effective in reducing muscle pain, with a total average score of 3.57 out of 4.0 (89.3%). The calf area was the most responsive to the intervention (92.1%), followed by the back (90.9%), while the gluteal area showed the lowest response score (82.4%).Sport massage is a highly effective recovery method for addressing muscle pain in adults. Variations in effectiveness across body areas suggest the need for adjustments in technique and pressure based on anatomical muscle characteristics to achieve optimal results.Keywords: Sport Massage, Muscle Pain, Physical Recovery, Physical Education.ABSTRAKAktivitas fisik yang intens sering kali menyebabkan nyeri otot yang jika tidak ditangani dapat menurunkan kualitas gerak dan performa fungsional. Sport massage merupakan metode pemulihan non-farmakologis yang populer, namun penelitian yang berfokus pada efektivitasnya berdasarkan area tubuh tertentu pada individu non-atlet dalam konteks Pendidikan Jasmani masih terbatas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sport massage terhadap penurunan tingkat keluhan nyeri otot berdasarkan area tubuh tertentu pada individu dewasa.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 376 individu dewasa yang memiliki keluhan nyeri otot. Intervensi dilakukan oleh 109 mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai praktisi lapangan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala numerik (1–4) untuk mengukur tingkat kenyamanan/penurunan nyeri sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada delapan area tubuh utama. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sport massage sangat efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri otot dengan skor rata-rata total 3,57 dari 4,0 (89,3%). Area betis merupakan area yang paling responsif terhadap intervensi (92,1%), diikuti oleh punggung (90,9%), sedangkan area pantat menunjukkan skor respons terendah (82,4%).Sport massage merupakan metode pemulihan yang sangat efektif untuk mengatasi nyeri otot pada individu dewasa. Variasi efektivitas antar area tubuh menunjukkan perlunya penyesuaian teknik dan tekanan (pressure) berdasarkan karakteristik anatomis otot untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.Kata Kunci: Sport Massage, Nyeri Otot, Pemulihan Fisik, Pendidikan Jasmani

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ball modification on underhand serving ability in volleyball among fifth and sixth grade extracurricular students at SDN I Cigembor. This study uses an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, in which one group of subjects is given treatment after initial measurement (pretest) and then measured again after treatment (posttest). The sample consisted of 24 students selected using total sampling technique. The research instrument used was an underhand serve test to measure students' underhand serve ability before and after the treatment. The treatment involved underhand serve training using modified balls adjusted in terms of size and weight to suit the physical condition and skill level of elementary school students. The data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test to determine the significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. The analysis results showed that the t-value was -15.663 with a degree of freedom (df) of 23 and significance (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000. This significance value is less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. Therefore, it can be concluded that ball modification has a significant effect on improving students' underhand serve skills. This study recommends the use of modified balls as an adaptive learning alternative to enhance basic volleyball skills at the elementary school level.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi bola terhadap kemampuan servis bawah dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa ekstrakurikuler kelas V dan VI SDN I Cigembor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, yaitu satu kelompok subjek diberi perlakuan setelah dilakukan pengukuran awal (pretest) dan kemudian diukur kembali setelah perlakuan (posttest). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes servis bawah untuk mengukur kemampuan servis bawah siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa latihan servis bawah dengan menggunakan bola modifikasi yang disesuaikan dari segi ukuran dan berat, agar sesuai dengan kondisi fisik dan tingkat keterampilan siswa sekolah dasar. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar -15,663 dengan derajat kebebasan (df) sebesar 23 dan signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi bola memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis bawah siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan bola modifikasi sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang adaptif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar bola voli di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The aim of the research proposed by the author is to determine whether there is a significant influence of regional passing training on improving short passing results in futsal games at Karangpucung State Vocational School. The research method used in this study is pre-experimental designs (nondesigns), one of the designs used in this study is one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 26 male students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri Karangpucung. The sample used was 26 people. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, the t-count value was obtained at 4.24. The t-count value is greater than the t-table value. The conclusion is that the null hypothesis is rejected and the working hypothesis is accepted, this indicates that there is a significant influence of the form of passing variation training on improving short passing results in futsal games at SMK Negeri Karangpucung.
