Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang dicanangkan oleh Kemendikbud yaitu berdasarkan sembilan agenda prioritas (nawacita) adalah gerakan literasi sekolah. Salah satu literasi yang sering digalakkan pada pendidikan formal seperti di SMA/SMK adalah literasi menulis seperti karya tulis ilmiah. Menulis adalah salah satu kegiatan menuangkan gagasan, ide dan perasaan penulis dalam bentuk tulisan. Kebanyakan siswa dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah biasanya hanya menuliskan hasil-hasil penelitian tanpa didukung dengan teori yang jelas. Selain itu, tulisan mereka bersifat repetitif, kurang logis, dan tidak sistematis. Hal-hal tersebut membuat mereka jarang memenangkan perlombaan karya tulis ilmiah yang ada, sehingga memberikan dampak yaitu mereka menjadi kurang percaya diri, tidak memiliki keberanian serta kurang berminat untuk menulis karya ilmiah. Metode pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi siswa dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah sebesar 68%. Selain itu tingkat percaya diri siswa dalam mengungkapkan dan menuangkan ide dalam karya tulis ilmiah serta mengikuti lomba karya tulis ilmiah juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 43%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the concepts and structure of the Aswaja An-Nahdliyah internalization model that are relevant to research for Islamic Family Law Study Program lecturers. using a qualitative approach with the Literature Study method, by conducting an in-depth study of the literature to examine the concepts of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah from various text sources and Nahdlatul Ulama documents for Islamic Family Law Study Program lecturers in order to deepen understanding and skills in integrating this concept. The internalization of the Aswaja concept in the research of Islamic Family Law (HKI) Study Program lecturers includes the application of the values ​​of tolerance, balance and moderation in every stage of the research. This not only has an impact on research methodology and processes, but also on the presentation and acceptance of research results in society. By implementing Aswaja principles, lecturers can produce research that is not only academically sound, but also relevant, inclusive and beneficial to the wider community.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya pesaing dalam menguasai pasar, sebuah institut atau lembaga usaha dipaksa untuk membentuk strategi terbaik mereka untuk menarik para konsumen. Begitu pula dengan lembaga keuangan syari’ah. Setelah mendapatkan beberapa nasabah, langkah selanjutnya adalah bagaimana nasabah tersebut tetap setia pada lembaga keuangan digunakan mempertahankan jumlah nasabah agar tidak berpaling pada pesaing. Hal inilah yang disebut dengan loyalitas konsumen. Loyalitas konsumen memberikan keuntungan yang sangat besar pada suatu perusahaan. Selain mempertahankan konsumen yang ada, dapat juga mempermudah dalam mendapatkan konsumen baru. Loyalitas bisa didapatkan jika pelanggan merasa puas dengan segala hal yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mendapatkan melalui obeservasi dan wawancara langsung pada nasabah mudharabah di KSPPS BTM SANG SURYA PAMEKASAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling banyak menjadi penyebab terbentuknya loyalitas konsumen pada produk tabunga nmudharabah di KSPPS BTM SANG SURYA PAMEKASAN adalah legalitas koperasi, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the combination of integrated marketing communication and brand equity has a technical role for BMT in maintaining and increasing the loyalty of BMT UGT Nusantara Arosbaya members. The research method used is qualitative research with a field research approach, namely explaining, describing and describing problems that are closely related to this research. The research results show that marketing communication and brand equity to maintain member loyalty is by using integrated marketing communication, which combines a marketing concept from many promotional elements to the public in a structured and integrative manner, which is called the marketing communication mix. "The combination of integrated marketing communications strategy and brand equity of BMT UGT Nusantara is able to maintain member loyalty and has been running effectively with a mix of word of mouth promotion, personal touch and personal selling so that it can be seen from the consistency of customers' transactions."

Abstract

This study aims to describe the opportunities and challenges of digitalization in the management of zakat and waqf at the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) of BAZNAS Yayasan Al Khidmah Indonesia (YAKIN). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with UPZ administrators and analyzed narratively. The results of the study indicate that digitalization has had a positive impact on the efficiency of collecting and distributing religious social funds, as well as enhancing institutional transparency and legitimacy. UPZ BAZNAS YAKIN has utilized various digital platforms such as websites, social media, QRIS, and bank accounts, although it still faces obstacles such as limited funding and a lack of digital training. This research shows that digitalization plays a strategic role in building public trust and expanding community participation, and serves as an adaptive step in response to the dynamics of modern Islamic social finance. The study emphasizes the importance of technological innovation in strengthening institutional capacity and optimizing the potential of zakat and waqf in the era of digital transformation.
