Abstract

Tingkat turnover intention merupakan salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh sebuah organisasi, hal ini dapat merugikan organsiasi. Dimana dengan banyaknya karyawan, memungkinkan kurangnya karyawan yang akan berdampak kepada efektifitas organisasi, organsiasi pun akan rugi karena ada kemungkinan berkurangnya sumberdaya yang memilik talenta. Hal ini menjadi masalah untuk instansi XYZ yang ada di Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menganalisis adanya pengaruh person-organization fit dan workplace ostracism terhadap turnover di mediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 170 karyawan di instansi XYZ Provinsi Bengkulu. Analisis dan uji data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS yaitu software SmartPLS. Dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa adanya pegaruh signifikan person-organization fit dan workplace ostracism terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention, dan adanya peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang memediasi mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritual leadership dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Riset ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Adapun pengelolahan data menggunakan bantuan alpikasi SmartPLS3, yang melakukan pengujian mulai dari uji validitas, reliabilitas, inner model, hingga pengujian hipotesis. Adapun  Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu, berjumlah 117 orang. Wawancara juga dilakukan terhadap karyawan guna menunjang hasil penelitian. Adapun temuan yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa spiritual leadership secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Adapun spiritual leadership secara tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Sedangakan untuk  Fasilitas kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja juga  secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu. Sesuai hasil penelitian ini, Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu hendaknya lebih fokus untuk lebih memperhatikan atau bahkan mengadakan pelatihan spiritual leadership atau pemimpin yang memotivasi  guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Adapun untuk fasilitas hendaknya lebih memperhatikan, meningkatkan, dan merawat fasiltas kerja yang ada di kantor guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja.Kata kunci: Spiritual Leadership, Fasilitas Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, perngaruh Kelelahan Bekerja terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing dan pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner, dari objek penelitian yaitupegawai Kantor Bupati Mimika. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja secara statistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Kelelahan Bekerja secara statistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Stres Kerja secara statistik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing sehingga hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak dilakukan pendampingan terhadap responden dalam pengisian kuesioner sehingga ada kemungkinan hasil pengisian kuesioner kurang menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat membantu untuk memperoleh kondisi kerja yang lebih baik, demi kepentingan individu dan organisasi.Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah cross-sections, yang dimana ada dan tidaknya Pengaruh Job-Satisfaction dan Person-Organization fit terhadap Meaningful Work melalui Work Engagement Pada PT Berkah Karunia Kreasi. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dan Goggle From kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT Berkah Karunia Kreasi yang berjumlah 150 responden. Metode Analisis yang digunakan yaitu statistik inferensial dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu menggunakan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS (Partial least square ) versi 4. menyatakan bahwa Job Satisfaction berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Meaningful Work dinyatakan diterima. Alasannya adalah nilai t- hitung sebesar 13,686 > ttabel = 1,98 dan nilai signifikansi p-value sebesar 0.000 < α 0,05. Kemudian Dari hasil hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa Person Organization-fit berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Meaningful Work ditolak, dikarenakan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,545 < ttabel = 1,98 dan nilai signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,122 > α 0,05. Sama halnya dengan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa work engagement berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Meaningful Work dengan nilai t- hitung sebesar 1,624 < ttabel = 1,98 dan nilai signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,105 > α 0,05 juga ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecocokan antara nilai-nilai yang dimiliki karyawan dan nilai organisasi dapat memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to adapt to technological developments so that their organizations can survive in the future. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of e-leadership and e-culture on work productivity through work engagement. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. The samples in this research were employees in two technical implementation units under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the Bengkulu area, namely the Class IIB Bengkulu Women's Correctional Institution and the Class II Bengkulu Special Development Institution for Children. The total sample in this study was 120 employees. This research uses a questionnaire as the main method of data collection. The analysis method uses SEM-PLS. Based on research results, e-leadership has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 3.977 and a P-value of 0. E-leadership also has a positive and significant effect on work engagement with a t-value of 2.97 and P- value of 0.003. Furthermore, e-culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 2.326 and a P-value of 0.02. For the influence of e-culture on work engagement, the influence of work engagement on work productivity, the indirect influence of e-Leadership on work productivity through work engagement and the indirect influence of e-culture on work productivity through work engagement in this study were stated to not have a positive influence and significant.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor for measuring the success of a company or organization. This research aims to measure the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance with cyberloafing as mediation. The research sample consisted of 117 employees who worked at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of Bengkulu City. The instrument used in this research is a structured questionnaire that measures workload levels, work stress, employee performance and cyberloafing. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the SmartPLS3 application. The research results show that workload, work stress and cyberloafing influence employee performance both directly and indirectly. The conclusions of this research provide a greater understanding of employee performance which is influenced by factors such as workload, work stress and cyberloafing and how all of this should have a positive impact on improving performance.

Abstract

Abstract: : This research aims to determine the relationship between spiritual leadership, workplace spirituality and employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to 255 respondents who were employees of the public works and spatial planning (PUPR) department. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The research results also found that job satisfaction has a very significant influence on employee performance. However, spiritual leadership was not proven to have a significant influence on performance, either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings differ from previous research and suggest that other factors may influence employee satisfaction and performance. This shows that good leadership is not always accompanied by increased employee performance, although job satisfaction can increase. Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of motivation, authentic leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Health Service. The population in this study were all employees at the South Bengkulu Health Service. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, and data collection uses a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method for 120 respondents. Data was processed through validity and reliability tests with SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that motivation, authentic leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of management strategies in the context of healthcare organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of workplace spirituality and leader-member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction in Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Prov. Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Provincial Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR). Bengkulu consisting of 235 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to the research population. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that workplace spirituality influences organizational citizenship behavior. Leader-member exchange influences organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior. workplace spirituality influences job satisfaction, leader-member exchange influences job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality influences organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of person-organization fit, servant leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This research method is quantitative, and primary data is collected by means of a hand delivery survey to employees of the Bengkulu Province Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The number of samples in this study were 258 respondents. However, the number of questionnaires that can be processed is 154. The data is processed using PLS SEM (Partial Least Square). The results obtained in this study: (1) person-organization fit has a significant negative effect on innovative work behavior (2) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior (3) psychological empowerment has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior (4) person- organization fit has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment (5) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment (6) psychological empowerment mediates the effect of person-organization fit on innovative work behavior (7) psychological empowerment mediates the influence of servant leadership on innovative work behavior
