Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and trust on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang, Bengkulu Province. This study used a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to the research sample that consisted of 40 respondents who were the staff and managers at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. Results showed that knowledge sharing and trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kepahiang. Thus, the company could improve the knowledge sharing activities related to the work procedures and clear tasks division among its employees based on mutual trust to achieve the best performance.

Abstract

The reasearch objective was “to investigate the influence of psycological working environment, job promotion, wages, social support from corporation, and the demands of work on the editorial staff burnout at PT Harian rakyat Bengkulu either simultaneously or partially.Data used in this study are primary data obtained by qustionire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling methode by taking all the employees that Bengkulu People’s Daily editorial PT Bengkulu Press as many as 35 people.The result showed that the psycological work environment factors, promotion, wages, social support from superiors, and the demands of work had significant and negative effect on employee burnout in PT Bengkulu Press People’s Daily. Variable contribution amounted to 76,5% while the rest of 23,5% influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan aktivitas-aktivitas di organisasi atau perusahaan kesehatan mental seorang karyawan perlu untuk diperhatikan guna mendukung mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini mengajukan model penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif dan tuntutan perkerjaan terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan PT. Sinar Bengkulu Selatan, Bengkulu. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan memberikan kuisioner kepada pihak perusahaan melewati google form dengan 126 orang karyawan sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa kepemimpinan inklusif berpengaruh positif dan tuntutan perkerjaan yang tidak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan dengan original sample negatif. Terdapat juga pengaruh positif kepemimpinan inklusif terhadap keterikatan kerja dan tuntutan perkerjaan yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja dengan original sample negatif. Variabel keterikatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan dengan hubungan positif. Sedangkan untuk variabel mediasi menunjukan bahwa keterikatan kerja mampu memediasi kepemimpinan inklusif dan tuntutan perkerjaan terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan. Dengan variabel kepemimpinan inklusif diterima dengan hubungan postif dan tuntutan perkerjaan diterima dengan original sample negatif.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important elements in an organization. The more worried an employee is about job insecurity, the more it can reduce his performance. A good work environment can improve employee performance, and vice versa. The research was conducted to answer the gap in previous research that job insecurity and the work environment have nothing to do with employee performance. In this research model, the variable job satisfaction is added to be the most likely thing to use to find out and bridge the research gap. This research was conducted at Bengkulu City Printing. In the steps to analyze the incoming data, the researcher used Smart Pls 3.0 software, this was done because the number of respondents was 53 employees at Bengkulu City Printing.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of workload on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Ratu Samban, North Bengkulu by considering cyberloafing behavior as a mediating variable. In this research, the author will use a quantitative approach to collect and analyze data. The research method used is a quantitative method. Total population 100 employees and the number of samples used in this research was 65 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via a Google Form link. Abstract

Human resource management refers to the strategies and practises implemented by an organisation to effectively oversee and nurture its personnel, enabling them to effectively accomplish the organization's objectives and mission. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and Green Behavior, which is then explored with the role of Green Work Engagement as a mediator. This research uses an explanatory method. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires involving all 300 Rejang Lebong Regional Hospital employees. In addition, this research uses a non-probability sampling method, namely the number of samples is adjusted to the population size. The testing steps start from testing validity, reliability, direct influence hypothesis, mediation effect hypothesis, and finally cross-loading. The study's findings indicate that (1) Rejang Lebong Hospital's employee green behavior has improved significantly since implementing green human resource management (2) Green work engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee green behavior at Rejang Lebong Hospital (3) Rejang Lebong Hospital's green work engagement is significantly influenced for the better by the hospital's green human resource management (4) Green human resource management has a big and positive impact on employee green behavior at Rejang Lebong Hospital. This influence is mediated by the green work engagement have towards environmentally conscious work practises.

Abstract

PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu city as a regional company responsible for providing clean water services in urban areas has an important role. In accordance with this, of course the PDAM must maintain the performance of its employees in order to provide maximum service. Performance is the level of good or bad work given by someone and the amount of work given by someone in carrying out their responsibilities as a worker. This study aims to examine the effect of personal values, knowledge sharing on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research, with a research design that is a survey design. The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees who worked at PDAM Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City. This study has 48 statements given to respondents. The number of respondents in this study who were processed was 245 respondents. The analysis tool in this study used SPSS. The results of this study explain that personal value has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, personal value has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of personal value on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the significant positive effect of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance mediated by informal learning. The population of this study was employees of the Ministry of Health who worked in the Bengkulu Province based on the Ministry of Health Polytechnic and the Class III Port Office of Bengkulu Province. The number of respondents amounted to 100 people. The study was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with PLS 3 analysis tool. Based on the research conducted, we found that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on informal learning and employee performance directly. On the other hand, motivation positively affects performance, although it cannot affect performance. In addition, informal learning can also positively impact improving performance directly. However, informal learning cannot mediate job satisfaction and motivation in improving employee performance in the mediating relationship. This study provides implications for informal learning through informal discussions in the form of constructive feedback between leaders as mentors and employees, which are expected to motivate to improve employee performance on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Bengkulu City iscoastal areas that have a lot of tourism potential, one of which is Kampung Jenggalu Kito. This tourist area has not been promoted optimally, this can be seennot maximal efforts to develop mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito Village, becauseThere is no effective promotional media. This causes the development of tourist areas has not been carried out optimally. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to provide training on the implementation of tourism promotion strategies and media for the community and related officials as executors.The purpose of this activity isprovide an understanding to the public of the importance of strategy and promotional media as a means to increase tourism potential, and introduce various promotional strategies and promotional media both print and electronic for the development of mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito village, Bengkulu city. Abstract

The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide basic HRM training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Central Bengkulu. The method of community service activities begins with the preparation stage and problem identification through field surveys. The survey was conducted by looking at the condition of SMES and discussing directly with the Owner of Central Bengkulu SMES. The survey intends to identify the needs and opportunities for the need for social media for SMES business actors. Then, the socialization and training stages were carried out by the team. The result of this community service activity is the knowledge of participants, in this case SMES business actors, regarding the need for social media to increase marketing and product branding. After the PKM activities were carried out and the material presentation was delivered, it was found that the participants' knowledge about social media had increased.
