Abstract

Kampung Adat Urug merupakan desa adat yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor sebagai destinasi wisata budaya yang memiliki potensi sumber daya yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber ekonomi warga Urug. Namun, masyarakat desa Urug sebagian besar masih dalam taraf ekonomi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Desa yang dihuni oleh 1.821 Kepala Keluarga dengan jumlah 5.125 jiwa ini sebanyak 84 persen bergantung pada sektor pertanian. Sementara berdasar peraturan adat masa panen dalam satu tahun hanya diizinkan sekali saja. Untuk memberi pemasukan pendapatan bagi keluarga desa Urug perlu diciptakan peluang ekonomi baru yang berbasis sumber daya lokal. Guna mendukung sektor pariwisata desa Urug yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah perlu adanya produk usaha yang unik yang memiliki khas Kampung Adat Urug. Sesuai dengan sumber daya yang ada, berdasarkan jumlah ternak ayam yang banyak dan buah cempedak yang melimpah, sangat memungkinkan untuk membuat cipta produk baru sesuai perkembangan pasar. Dengan memberdayakan potensi dan jumlah perempuan desa Urug yang cukup besar dapat diciptakan produk berbasis industri rumahan yang hasil produknya merupakan basis konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya Bogor dan sekitarnya. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini akan dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan nugget dan browniss berbahan dasar ayam dan cempedak.

Abstract

Penitentiary as part of a government institution, one of its duties is to provide guidance for its residents. As part of a government institution, the purpose of this community service activity is that public service by correctional officers is one of the important elements that must be provided by government officials. Officers must always be oriented to the public interest by paying attention to the quality of services provided, so that the people served can provide positive responses. In addition to public service training for its apparatus, the target residents are given training in marketing and product packaging of works that have been produced by the assisted residents. The purpose of this service activity is so that the apparatus can provide maximum service to the inmates. Likewise for inmates after being released from prison, they can be productive, and apply the skills they have acquired while in prison. Thus, they can help the family economy which is carried out independently. The method is carried out by conducting excellent service socialization for prison officers. As for the assisted residents, it is carried out by means of interactive communication with the assisted residents so that it is more socialized and intensive. As a result, the apparatus can carry out more intensive and humane coaching. Likewise, the assisted residents can increase their knowledge of marketing and packaging to be more marketable.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mural Pulo Geulis, Desa Babakan Pasar, Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan mencatat sederhana dan pelatihan pemasaran melalui media sosial dengan aplikasi TikTok. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak pelaku usaha yang tidak melakukan pencatatan keuangan seperti pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Sehingga tidak jarang banyak pelaku usaha yang bangkrut, karena ketidaksesuaian antara pengeluaran dengan pemasukan. Selain itu, sejak merebaknya wabah virus corona, tak jarang banyak bisnis yang gulung tikar. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku usaha khususnya UMKM harus berpikir keras dengan menyesuaikan kondisi yang ada terutama dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran. Adanya kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha UMKM mengenai pentingnya pembukuan sederhana dan pengetahuan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan meski di tengah pandemi. Covid 19 yang sampai saat ini belum berakhir. The implementation of community service was held in the Pulo Geulis Mural Village, Babakan Pasar Village, Central Bogor District, Bogor City. The forms of activities carried out are simple note-taking training and marketing training through social media with the TikTok application. This is because there are still many business actors who do not keep financial records such as income and expenses. So it is not uncommon for many business actors to go bankrupt, because of the incompatibility of expenditure with the income. In addition, since the spread of the corona virus outbreak, it is not uncommon for many businesses to go out of business. Therefore, business actors, especially MSMEs, must think hard by adjusting existing conditions, especially in determining marketing strategies. The existence of these activities can increase sales and public knowledge, especially MSME business actors regarding the importance of simple bookkeeping and knowledge of online marketing through social media. This is intended to increase sales even in the midst of a pandemic. Covid 19 which until now has not ended.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance comparison of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the pre-pandemic period (2018–2019) and post-pandemic period (2022–2023). As a vital part of the financial system, banks faced significant pressure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with six financial ratios: NPL, LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, and CAR. The sample consisted of 32 commercial banks selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Paired Sample T-Test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed significant differences in NPL, LDR, BOPO, and CAR ratios, while ROA and ROE showed no significant differences. Overall, the post-pandemic financial performance of banks improved in terms of credit quality, operational efficiency, profitability, and capital strength. These findings indicate that Indonesian commercial banks have managed to recover from the pandemic's impact and are moving toward financial stability.

Abstract

The classic learning method using presentation media apparently does not maximize student learning outcomes. Therefore, combining it with more interactive and creative learning media, such as Genially media is necessary. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in bank accounting learning through Genially interactive learning media. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research. It uses classroom experimental research methods with the Kemmis-McTaggart model approach, and the analysis technique uses the N-Gain and Mann-Whitney tests. The results of the research state that the use of genetically interactive learning media is quite effective in improving student learning outcomes in foreign currency current account accounting material. There are differences in student learning outcomes in classes that use Genially interactive learning media (experimental class) and classes that do not use Genially learning media (class control). The experimental class had higher learning outcomes compared to the control class. From this research, Genially media is suitable for use in the learning process because it can help improve student learning outcomes.
