Abstract

The Indonesian Sign Language Translator (BISINDO) application is intended for individuals who are deaf and mute assist them in communicating with normal people. Due to the limitations of technology to assist individuals who are deaf and mute, the Indonesian Sign Language Translator application was developed. Additionally, it is hoped that this application will enable individuals who are deaf and mute to learn Indonesian Sign Language in real-time. LSTM generally consists of a cell, input, gate, and forget gate. LSTM is highly suitable for classifying, processing, and making predictions based on time series data. In this research, hand landmark recognition is used as a medium to store finger gestures from user inputs, which will then be saved in the form of coordinate points and stored in a file in csv format. Subsequently, this file will be trained and called back to determine the output.

Abstract

Internet services are widely provided by many internet network provider companies, one of which is Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) which is an internet network provider with fiber optic infrastructure that has a service called Iconnet. Iconnet is a high speed prepaid internet service using the latest fiber optic technology that is reliable and stable for retail and residential areas. One of the problems that exist in the Iconnet internet network service is about the problems that exist in its network devices, one of which is the lack of supervision of the Oprical Line Terminal (OLT) so that it remains in good condition or there is no loss for internet network distribution where the device directly leads to the customer. In order to avoid these problems, this final report will design an OLT monitoring system in the Iconnet service, especially on the Zabbix-based link so that it can be monitored through notifications via Telegram or directly with Zabbix. It is hoped that the monitoring system that will be created will run smoothly according to the features that have been planned so that it can make it easier for workers at PT ICON+ to efficiently handle problematic OLT.

Abstract

A symmetrical decorative design is always attractive to be used in many decoration needs. Fractal model gives a simple way in designing a decorative design that can be recycled later to have other design products easily and efficiently. The iterated function system fractal model used the code that can be modified by affine transformation operation. Sierpinsky gasket is one of a simple but attractive fractal object.

Abstract

Teknologi semakin berkembang pesat, dengan teknologi dapat memudahkan siapapun untuk mengakses berbagai hal yang diinginkan, kemudahan tersebut berdampak sangat luar biasa sekali terhadap seluruh sektor kehidupan, salah satunya bidang ekonomi yang telah masuk kedalam fenomena digital economy.Setidaknya terdapat empat hal penting yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi digital, yang mana letak geografis sudah tidak lagi relevan, adanya platform tertentu yang menjadi kunci utama dan berkembangnya jejaring kerja serta penggunaan big data. Dengan kata lain, ekonomi digital adalah seluruh kegiatan ekonomi yang menggunakan bantuan internet dan kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI). Desa Cijambu – Sumedang terletak di ujung jalan besar kecamatan tanjungsari sumedang, bisa diakses menggunakan berbagai jenis kendaraan baik roda empat maupun roda dua namun tidak dilewati angkutan umum, hanya bisa menggunakan angkutan ojeg.Desa Cijambu – Sumedang mempunyai beberapa produk hasil usaha mikro kecil dan menengah diantaranya opak singkong, opak chips, dodol tomat, combring dan kerajinan berupa baju rajutan. LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan) sebagai center dari Produk UMKM membutuhkan Platform untuk produk UMKM Desa Cijambu, urgensinya yaitu terkait Manajemen pengelolaan produk UMKM dan pengembangan pemasaran Digital Produk UMKM dengan tujuan sebagai wadah para penghasil produk UMKM untuk memajukan produk UMKM supaya lebih terorganisir dengan baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia setiap tahun semakin bertambah. dilansir dari (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2018) menyimpulkan bahwa jumlah sepeda motor yang terhitung hingga tahun 2018 di Indonesia mencapai 120 juta unit. plat nomor merupakan identitas utama dari sebuah kendaraan bermotor yang beroperasi di jalan raya , sehingga plat nomor umumnya diletakan pada tempat atau posisi yang mudah dilihat. (Mellolo, 2012). Proses pencatatan plat nomor menjadi sebuah urgensi tersendiri pada beberapa kondisi, seperti ketika proses penindakan pelanggar lalu lintas yang dilakukan oleh polisi , ketika proses parkir untuk menjalankan manajemen proses parkir , juga proses pemantauan masuk dan keluarnya kendaraan ke dalam wilayah khusus yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pihak keamanan sebagai bagian dari standar keamanan wilayah. Pencatatan plat nomor tersebut umumnya dilakukan secara manual oleh manusia, hal tersebut sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang cukup banyak dan biaya yang cukup banyak untuk biaya jasa keamanann. Pendeteksial Plat nomor secara manual memerlukan resource yang besar dan tidak efisien sehingga kami mengusulkan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence atau kecerdasan buatan di bidang computer vision. Metode Pendeteksian Visual menggunakan YOLOv4 dan menggunakan algoritma You Only Look Once (YOLO) sebagai penerapan kecerdasan buatan.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Nusantara melaksanakan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bersama dosen dengan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan profil Desa Wisata Hijau bagi Desa Tanjungwangi, Kecamatan Cicalengka, Kabupaten Bandung. Potensi besar desa dengan potensi sumber daya alam wisata hijau yang sangat besar berupa Curug Cinulang, DreamLand dan Villa Bunda serta tempat kemah Kareumbi, belum optimal sosialisasinya. Ketiadaan profil desa secara fisik dan online yang detail tentang Desa Wisata Hijau belum ada.Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan profil desa yang baik dan menarik sehingga maksud dan tujuan dari pembuatan profil desa wisata hijau ini untuk sarana sosialisasi dan promosi potensi desa akan tercapai. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Diskusi Grup Fokus (FGD) yang menghadirkan Pengurus RW, RT , Kepala desa dan Kaur Pemerintahan yang menghasilkan kesepakatan mengenai penyusunan booklet dengan bentuk Offline dan Online. Profil ini berbasis Desa Wisata Hikau yang merupakan program pemerintah dalam merancang desa yang berkonstruksi menjaga lingkungan alam hijau secara berkelanjutan dengan memberikan dampak ekonomi, sosial dan budaya positif bagi masyarakat sekitar dan edukasi pengunjung wisata untuk tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup flora dan fauna. Secara umum profil desa yang berhasil disusun terdiri dari bagian-bagian : Cover Profil, kata Pengantar Kepala Desa, Data Pokok Desa, Data Perkembangan Desa, Data Potensi Desa, Foto Profil bagian Desa dan Penutup. Booklet Profil Desa Wisata Hijau ini tentu masih sederhana sebagai bentuk revisi satu yang akan terus disempurnakan ke revisi berikutnya dan telah disebarluaskan secara online.

Abstract

PT Telkom Witel Bandung is committed to providing reliable and quality Internet services in the digital era. With a focus on MBB (Mobile Broadband) & BGES (Business Government Enterprise Services) Units. Optical access network analysis is a focus for improving service quality and maintaining service quality. Quality management, as a systematic approach, is used to understand customer needs and ensure products or services meet expectations. Factors such as quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement become an integral part of the quality management strategy. Preventive maintenance provides benefits in extending asset life and increasing customer satisfaction. BTS as a telecommunications service, analysis is carried out on Packet Loss (Sending and receiving data packets), Latency (Delay), and Jitter on BTS services. The results show Packet Loss analysis of 0% (Specifications), Latency 470 ms (Under specifications), and Jitter 3 ms (Specifications). Analysis of the causes of high latency using QOS and fishbone diagrams identifies factors such as environment, machines, people and methods. Improvement proposals include device updates, natural disaster risk management and geographic distance, field technician convenience, checking or controlling. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of network analysis and quality management are key steps to improve the quality of Telkomsel BTS services at PT Telkom Witel Bandung. Improvement efforts are expected to optimize service performance and meet customer expectations in this digital era.

Abstract

Students with physical disabilities often face various complex and diverse challenges in living their campus life. These challenges are not only limited to academic aspects, but also cover various aspects of daily life, including social interaction, access to campus facilities, and participation in various extracurricular activities. One of the most crucial aspects and often a major obstacle is the issue of mobility. Mobility is a very important basic need, but for students with physical disabilities, moving from one place to another on campus is often a very big challenge. Many buildings and facilities on campus are not designed with accessibility needs for people with disabilities in mind, so they have to struggle harder to be able to move around, attend classes, or simply participate in campus activities. This is where the important role of the Wheelchair with Portable Ramp (WAFEL) comes in, an innovation specifically designed to help overcome this mobility problem. WAFEL offers a very practical and effective solution, allowing students with physical disabilities to move more freely and independently in carrying out daily activities on campus. With WAFEL, students with physical disabilities are not only helped in terms of mobility but also have greater opportunities to participate fully in campus life, which can ultimately improve their quality of life and academic achievement

Abstract

The development of community-based creative enterprises has become an effective strategy to enhance rural economic independence. However, the skills of the women’s community group (PKK) in Ciwaruga Village, West Bandung Regency—such as sewing, make-up artistry, cooking, and decoration—have not been fully utilized in an organized business. This issue highlights the need for an innovative creative business in the form of a Wedding Organizer (WO) that integrates local skills with Sundanese cultural wisdom. The method applied in this program was a participatory empowerment approach. The stages included identifying human resource potentials and local wisdom, mapping infrastructure and collaboration opportunities with local MSMEs, conducting training on WO management and digital marketing, and designing a collaborative business model. The results indicate that PKK members are able to contribute significantly to WO services such as bridal make-up, decoration, catering, and the production of local souvenirs. Furthermore, social networking and the use of digital media proved effective in enhancing promotion, while synergy with local MSMEs strengthened business sustainability and created more comprehensive wedding service packages with cultural value. In conclusion, the development of a women-empowered WO in Ciwaruga Village not only generates new economic opportunities but also reinforces local cultural identity and supports family independence. This model has the potential to be replicated in other villages as a strategy for community-based creative economic development.

Abstract

St Cetak is a company engaged in the printing sector with production services for various print media, such as invitations, books, magazines, brochures, and other promotional materials. However, the company's recruitment system is still manual. All job application files, including curriculum vitae (CV), must be submitted in person, and communication regarding interview schedules still relies on WhatsApp. This manual approach presents several obstacles, such as the risk of document loss or damage, which ultimately slows down the employee selection process. Therefore, this study aims to design a and develop a web-based employee recruitment information system to replace the manual process currently used at St Cetak. The system development was carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which consists of several gradual stages starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to the maintenance stage. This system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database manager. The final result of this research is a web-based recruitment information system designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee selection process at St Cetak. Based on the results of Blackbox testing, all system features have functioned well as planned. Temporary That, testing through method System The Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 72, which is in the “Acceptable” category, so the system is declared feasible and can be used by the company.
