Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana persepsi WPOP tentang perpajakan dan zakat pada STO Batam dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan kuesioner yang menunjukkan pajak dan zakat erat bersama di kedua kategori, tetapi bila dibandingkan dengan zakat, nilai perolehan pajak lebih positif. Karena sebagian besar (50%) dari responden setuju untuk menerima sanksi atau penalti dalam kasus terlambat atau tidak membayar pajak itu tidak sebanding dengan persepsi amal yang telah setuju hanya sebesar (37%) hanya berarti bahwa responden lebih mudah menerima sanksi terlambat atau tidak membayar zakat.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one alternative that can overcome this problem. This study aims to describe the management of online implementation at SD Negeri 117505 Panjang Tongah. This study identifies online learning management during the covid-19 pandemic and analyzes the policies of principals and teachers in their implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. The data collection procedure used: (1) semi-structured interview (Indept Interview), (2) participatory observation, (3) document study. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. Checking the validity of the data includes four techniques, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that 1) the implementation of online learning at SD Negeri 117505 Panjang Tongah takes place online through the class whatsapp group platform; 2) the obstacles that arise from online learning are the limitations of teachers controlling interests and students' learning motivation, limitations of parents in spending time and providing learning facilities and infrastructure, students prefer face-to-face learning, and obstacles in adapting technology

Abstract

The issue of nutrition and physical fitness in primary school students in Indonesia is still a concern. Lack of nutritional knowledge and healthy eating habits, as well as low physical activity are the main factors. This study aims to examine the PJOK education program in improving nutritional knowledge, healthy eating habits, and physical fitness of elementary school students. The research method used is the literature study method, to collect data from various trusted sources, such as scientific journals, scientific articles, and research reports. Data were analyzed qualitatively to identify effective PJOK education programs and their impact on nutrition knowledge, healthy eating habits, and physical fitness of elementary school students. The results showed that a physical education program integrated with nutrition and physical activity learning materials can significantly improve nutrition knowledge, healthy eating habits, and physical fitness of primary school students. This program needs to be implemented in a sustainable manner and involve various related parties, such as teachers, parents, and the school community.

Abstract

Public Relations is a management function that builds on maintaining good and beneficial relationships for the organization with its publics in influencing the success or failure of the organization. The function of Public Relations is to provide information to the public, carry out persuasion which aims to change the attitudes and actions of the community directly and to integrate the attitudes and actions of the community or vice versa. Along with the development of technology, Public Relations is required to be able to operate the company's social media in order to get a positive image and an appropriate target market and establish good relations with the company's public as well as increase social media engagement and increase public awareness of the company. MiMuMe is a business engaged in the culinary field during the COVID-19 pandemic, to increase brand awareness and get the right target market, MiMuMe uses the services of Digmo Agency to increase MiMuMe's Instagram engagement. Digmo Agency implements cyber public relations activities with the aim of making it easier to develop content creation strategies and find out what the MiMuMe target market likes. This study aims to find out what cyber public relations activities are carried out by Digmo Agency to increase brand awareness of its clients, namely MiMuMe, and the results of these activities.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana perkembangan Usaha Pabrik Roti Bunga Bakery di Kelurahan Dadok Tunggul Hitam Kota Padang tahun 2008-2021. Kegiatan Industri Mikro Kecil (IMK) terus mendominasi dalam perkembangan perekonomian Kota Padang. Dalam hal ini industri roti banyak dikembangkan karena populernya makanan ini sebagai alternatif pangan yang praktis dan sangat mudah ditemukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang berdirinya usaha pabrik roti Bunga Bakery serta melihat bagaimana perkembangan dan strategi kebertahanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah, yang terdiri dari: heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa awal mula kemunculan usaha pabrik roti Bunga Bakery berawal dari Ibu Lina yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja di pabrik roti milik pamannya. Dengan motivasi untuk menjadi mata pencaharian keluarga hal tersebut mendorong beliau dan suaminya untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Kedua perkembangan usaha pabrik roti Bunga Bakery dari tahun 2008 sampai 2021. Serta mendiskripsikan dampak yang dirasakan oleh pemilik usaha, pekerja atau karyawan dan masyarakat setempat. Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) involves various hospitality industries that are closely related such as accommodation/lodging, restaurants, tour guides to maintain the environment and sustainability of a company. This study aims to see the implementation of GHRM that supports the work environment of the hospitality industry and to see the dimensions of GHRM in supporting environmental performance. The method used is quantitative research, using questionnaires distributed to 50 hotel employees. The study's findings indicate that the factors of green recruitment/selection and green training have a good and significant impact on the workplace, partially and concurrently. The implementation of GHRM needs to be done when recruiting prospective employees by providing information about having environmental management competencies. Employees must also receive training from the organization on how to create a green workplace that makes them feel safe and comfortable.

Abstract

Correctional institutions function to provide correctional services to inmates who are carrying out criminal sentences. For female prisoners, Indonesia places them in special correctional institutions for women. The Jakarta Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution is one institution formed to guide female WBPs. While in prison, prisoners have rights that must be respected, protected, and fulfilled. This article attempts to establish a national legal policy to guarantee the rights of women inmates in Indonesia and the availability of inmates' rights in Indonesia. This research is yuridis normative. The research results show that at a practical level, there are rights of female prisoners that cannot be accessed, their fulfillment is late, and their fulfillment is a formality to fulfill the provisions of the rules. The various factors that cause non-optimal fulfillment of rights include overcapacity, lack of exceptional standards for female prisoners, inadequate budget, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, weak third-party support, and problems with the quality of human resources for prison officers. The author suggests that the Government fulfill the human rights of inmates by making many changes, such as increasing the budget, collaborating with third parties, and others. Suggestions for the Government to continue to improve the fulfillment of the rights of women prisoners, which is not just a formality but is also optimized, for example, prison capacity, adequate budget, infrastructure, and the quality of prison officer resources.

Abstract

Indonesia sedang mencapai kemajuan di semua bidang, dan tujuan utamanya adalah menjadi negara maju dengan persatuan dan kebersamaan pada tahun 2045. Pembangunan ketenagakerjaan adalah bagian penting dari pembangunan negara. Semua hak asasi manusia, terutama hak asasi perempuan, harus dilindungi. Meskipun secara konvensional, pekerja perempuan dan laki-laki memiliki hak yang sama di tempat kerja, faktanya kondisi perempuan di bidang ketenagakerjaan masih kurang baik. Ini terbukti oleh fakta bahwa persentase perbedaan gender yang cukup besar antara perempuan dan laki-laki di tempat kerja. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam artikel ini dilakukan dari sudut pandang Yuridis Normatif. Metode ini didasarkan pada definisi lengkap dari ahli sosiologi hukum Indonesia Soerjono Soekanto, yang menyatakan bahwa penelitian yuridis normatif memerlukan pemeriksaan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder sebagai dasar penelitian. Di Indonesia, perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial. Meskipun berbagai regulasi telah dibuat untuk melindungi hak-hak perempuan, masih ada masalah dalam menerapkannya. Perlindungan pekerja perempuan di Indonesia mencakup beberapa elemen penting. Pertama, kesadaran hukum pekerja perempuan rendah, yang menyebabkan banyak dari mereka tidak memahami hak-haknya secara menyeluruh. Dalam hal hak dan perlindungan perempuan, pemerintah harus lebih aktif menyuarakan dan mempromosikan peraturan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan bidang ketenagakerjaan. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah harus memastikan bahwa hak, kewajiban, dan ketentuan yang berlaku setara untuk semua karyawan khususnya karyawan wanita.
