Abstract

In Indonesia, the processed food industry is one of the strategic sectors of economic growth because rapid and massive innovation expected to accelerate the recovery of the Indonesian economy during Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to identify the innovation barriers as well as to understand how they interact with each other so that the decision makers can focus on to overcome these barriers. There is a presentation of hierarchy-based and the mutual relationships among these hindrances using interpretive structural modeling. Three main barriers including economic or political uncertainty, overlapping government regulations, and low organizational commitment was identified to show a high driving power with a low dependence because they have strategic importance and require great attention from stakeholders. The results become a reference for stakeholders in formulating the innovation development strategies and several formulating policies for the maintenance of political or economic stability as well as the harmonization of regulations. Abstract

This research aimed to identify the most significant changes that occur to employees and organizations when the company has obtained ISO 9001 certification and examine how these changes affect output quality. This study used a mixed method, combining The Most Significant Change (MSC) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques. This research was conducted in a printing company in Jakarta, Indonesia. This was carried out from January to March 2023. The MSC analysis technique involved 3 informants, and 100 data respondents involved in a survey related to filling out the questionnaire. After the company (BOS) received ISO 9001 certification, the MSC results were quality awareness and procedure documentation. Both showed a positive and significant effect on output quality. Documentation of procedures showed a greater influence than quality awareness. However, Quality Management Practices as a moderator variable were proven to be able to increase the effect of quality awareness on output quality. Further research can broaden this scope by surveying respondents of different organizations so that generalization is increased.

Abstract

Program revitalisasi lingkungan di kawasan Flyover Cileungsi bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan yang terkesan kumuh, gersang, dan tidak tertata dengan baik. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan observasi mendalam mengenai permasalahan yang ada, seperti tumpukan sampah, minimnya ruang hijau, dan kerusakan infrastruktur. Selama empat minggu, tim KKN STEBIS melakukan berbagai upaya, mulai dari pemilahan sampah, pengolahan tanah sisa pembakaran sampah, hingga penanaman tanaman untuk memperindah dan menyejukkan area tersebut. Pembersihan intensif dilakukan pada minggu kedua dan ketiga untuk mengatasi tumpukan sampah dan kondisi tanah yang rusak, serta perataan tanah untuk mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur yang lebih baik. Minggu terakhir, dilakukan pemasangan spanduk sebagai media edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Kolaborasi dengan organisasi lokal, seperti Karang Taruna Cileungsi Kidul, turut mendukung keberhasilan program ini. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya dan partisipasi masyarakat yang masih rendah, revitalisasi ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif, menjadikan flyover Cileungsi lebih bersih dan nyaman bagi masyarakat. Program ini juga memberikan wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang pentingnya keterlibatan aktif dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality and sharia marketing strategy on purchasing decisions for Abon Ayam Arofah. Product quality includes taste, halal certification, safety, and consistency, while sharia marketing emphasizes honesty and transparency. Using a quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis on 75 respondents, findings reveal that both variables significantly impact purchasing decisions. Product quality plays a more dominant role than sharia marketing, but both complement each other in building consumer trust. This study highlights that integrating high product quality with an effective sharia marketing strategy enhances competitiveness and consumer loyalty toward sharia-based products.

Abstract

Wasting pada balita masih menjadi masalah gizi utama di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Bojonegoro Jawa Timur. Kabupaten Bojonegoro menerapkan kebijakan pemberian PMT jenis pangan olahan diet khusus (PDK) dan PMT lokal dalam penanganan wasting. Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam pelaksanaan kombinasi dua jenis PMT di tingkat daerah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tenaga pelaksana, daya terima, kepatuhan konsumsi, mekanisme distribusi dan monitoring, peningkatan berat badan dan status gizi, dan kendala pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix methode, melibatkan 17 informan. Data kualitatif didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan 1 pengelola gizi dinas kesehatan menggunakan 6 butir pertanyaan terbuka, pengisian kuesioner melalui google form untuk 4 petugas gizi dan 12 kader menggunakan 5 pertanyaan terbuka, yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis tematik. Data kuantitatif daya terima, berat badan, status gizi didapatkan dengan studi dokumentasi pada laporan dinas kesehatan. Analisa data perbedaan berat badan setelah intervensi menggunakan paired t-test, perbedaan status gizi menggunakan McNemar. Secara umum pelaksanaan program PMT berjalan baik. Dilakukan pendampingan program oleh tenaga kesehatan dan kader. Kurangnya kesadaran ibu balita akan manfaat program PMT bagi balita menjadi kendala utama. Sebanyak 95% balita mempunyai daya terima baik terhadap konsumsi PMT jenis PDK. Sebanyak 69% balita mengalami kenaikan berat badan yang signifikan dengan rata-rata peningkatan berat badan 700 gram. Sebanyak 40% balita mengalami kenaikan status gizi walaupun tidak semua balita yang naik berat mengalami kenaikan status gizi namun secara statistik terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan setelah intervensi. Dukungan kebijakan daerah, pelibatan kader, serta strategi kombinatif dalam pelaksanaan PMT menjadi kunci keberhasilan program.
