Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah stasiun televisi dan program perluasan jangkauan siaran menjadikan permintaan kebutuhan antenna akan semakin bertambah. Peningkatan permintaan akan antenna tidak diimbangi dengan kurangnya supply yang ada saat ini. Hal tersebut menjadi sebuah peluang untuk mendirikan usaha pembuatan antenna transmisi tv. Dalam mendirikan suatu usaha diperlukan analisis kelayakan usaha, hal yang perlu dianalisis yaitu mengenai aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek legal dan lingkungan, serta aspek finansial. Dengan kapasitas rata-rata 190 unit antenna per tahun menghasilkan Payback Period selama 4 tahun 3 bulan, Net Present Value sebesar Rp. 129.726.531,-, dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 22,24%. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan terhadap dua parameter, yaitu penurunan target penjualan dan kenaikan gaji operator mesin untuk menghasilkan nilai Net Present Value sebesar 0. Kata Kunci: Antenna Transmisi TV , Analisis Kelayakan, Investasi Abstract An increase in the number of television stations and broadcast coverage expansion program makes requests for antenna needs to be increased. Increased demand for antenna is not offset by the lack of current supply. It became an opportunity to establish the business of making antenna tv transmission. In setting up an undertaking necessary business, eligibility analysis thing to be analyzed market aspects, namely regarding the technical aspects, the aspect of human resources management environmental aspects, legal and and financial aspects.With capacity average 190 unit antenna per year generating payback period 4 years 3 months, net present value of RP.129.726.531-,and internal rate of return of 22,24%. Sensitive analyze conducted on two paramenter,,that are decrease in sales targets and salary increase machine operators to generate a value Net Present Value of 0. Abstract

Malfunction of the body's organs, heart failure, makes a person and those closest to them feel worried, which will result in the person's death. There are too many deaths caused by this deadly disease every year. The main problem throughout the world is heart disease, the death rate of which is getting higher and higher and is uncontrollable for various parties due to many factors, especially in terms of knowing it early or not being able to predict it accurately. Therefore, the aim of this research on heart failure problems is to improve heart failure predictions with optimal accuracy, namely the neural network method with the particle swarm optimization method. Previously, heart failure prediction research had been carried out using several methods, but here we will increase the accuracy of the methods that have been carried out. After the testing process on the neural network method and after being optimized and getting results from the particle swarm optimization method, the accuracy increased with an increase of 08.35%. As well as increasing AUC results with an increase of 0.067%. From the results of increasing the accuracy of the neural network method, testing the particle swarm optimization method on heart failure disease data can be used as a reference for stakeholders.

Abstract

Disruptions to banking services can negatively affect customer trust and happiness, thus affecting the bank's reputation in the eyes of the public. Analysis of sentiment expressed on social media is very important because it can provide a direct picture of individual perceptions and responses in real time. This research aims to analyze public sentiment towards disruptions in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) services through social media using the Naive Bayes algorithm. Through this analysis, the research seeks to understand the pattern of public responses and perceptions of BSI disruptions and evaluate the performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm in classifying sentiment on related tweet data. The data used came from specific social media platforms, where sentiment analysis was conducted by categorizing the data into positive, negative, and neutral categories. The research findings show that the sentiment analysis of the community towards BSI service disruptions through X social media platforms shows a diverse pattern of responses and perceptions. This finding recorded 525 data points with negative sentiment, 325 data points with neutral sentiment, and 141 data points with positive sentiment. The research also compared the performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm with the Google Cloud Natural Language API, which showed an accuracy rate of 81.03%. This research provides valuable insights for Bank Syariah Indonesia in understanding public perception of BSI services on social media.

Abstract

Measurement of magnetic fields near the railway tracks is crucial to ensure compatibility with the operation of axle counters. According to EN 50592 standard, the magnetic field is detected with a passive magnetic coil and an oscilloscope. From previous studies, in general, there has been no in-depth analysis of how the choice of coil winding parameters could affect the coil output voltage, which then affect the measurement sensitivity, in particular the coil design based on the standard and it is applicability for electromagnetic interference (EMI) evaluation of axle counters. Therefore, this paper will explore the design of a passive magnetic coil to obtain the optimum coil output voltage within the frequency range. Simulations showed that for 10-100 kHz and 100 kHz–1.3 MHz range, the optimum number of turns happened at 60-100 and 15-60 turns, respectively. Based on that, two example coils had been built. Simulations and measurements of their frequency response were in good agreement, with a deviation less than 1.0 dB.

Abstract

Electromagnetic noise emission is inevitable in a DC-DC converter due to the employed switching technique. In low frequency, the noise propagating through cabling and conductive media is called a conducted emission. A conducted emission consists of differential mode and common mode noise. It is advantageous to know an estimate of emission level for each mode during the design phase so that suitable mitigation can be included earlier.. This paper aims to focus on a method to estimate the differential mode noise emission of a DC-DC converter. The estimation is computed using the input capacitor complex impedance and the current that flows through it. As a study case, a boost and buck converters are used for evaluation. The estimation and measurement results are compared. Despite differences at some frequencies, the estimated and measured results generally  agree well. Because of its simplicity, the proposed method can be used as a practical tool in the EMC aspect of DC-DC converter design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan efektivitas pengembangan media berbasis android menggunakan aplikasi Appy Pie pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Dick and Carry (1996) yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TITL SMK N 13 Medan. Kelayakan media yang dikembangkan merujuk pada ahli media dengan perolehan nilai 93% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, kelayakan materi oleh ahli materi memperoleh nilai 85% dengan katogori “sangat layak”, dan 93% diperoleh melalui praktisi pembelajaran dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil uji coba produk memproleh respon positif penggunaan media > 65%. Efektivitas produk dari hasil posttest diperoleh nilai sig.2-tailed sebesar 0,009 < 0,05 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Dari hasil rata-rata posttest kelas ekperimen memperoleh 7,9 dengan peningkatan skor sebesar 2,1 dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol hanya memperoleh rata-rata posttest sebesar 7,2. Dengan demikian media yang dikembangkan efektif.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pengetahuan tentang tumbuhan obat merupakan budaya bangsa yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Obat tradisional dalam bahan kimia alam mengandung senyawa-senyawa yang dikenal dengan metabolit sekunder. Senyawa-senyawa metabolit sekunder tersebut memiliki khasiat yang berbeda-beda, sehingga mendorong pentingnya penggalian  sumber obat-obat tradisional dari bahan alam salah satunya dari tanaman Luwingan (Ficus hispida L.f). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah buah Luwingan (Ficus hispida L.f) memiliki aktivitas serta berapa konsentrasi yang efektif sebagai antidiabetes. Metode: Buah luwingan akan diekstraksi dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol. Menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain penelitian purposive sampling. Tikus di induksi aloksn dengan dosis 150mg kg/BB secara intraperitoneal. Sampel darah diukur dengan strip tes darah gluco Dr dan hasil kadar glukosa darah dianalisis dengan one way ANOVA. Hasil: Hasil uji pemberian ekstrak etanol buah luwingan (Ficus hispida L.f) memiliki aktivitas antidiabetes pada tikus putih jantan galur wistar yang di induksi aloksan dengan variasi konsentrasi 20% dapat menurunkan KGD 240,8 mg/dL, 40% menurunkan KGD 246 mg/dL dan 60% menurunkan KGD 248,4 mg/dL. Simpulan: Ekstrak etanol buah luwingan dapat menjadi alternatif terapi karena efektivitasnya dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah. Konsentrasi 60% memiliki aktivitas penurunan kadar glukosa darah yang paling baik jika dibandingkan dengan 3 konsentrasi yang di uji. Ekstrak etanol buah luwingan ini memiliki efektivitas yang mendekati glibenklamid sebagai kontrol positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using local shopping applications in the host country on the adaptation of Indonesian students studying abroad. The main focus is directed towards three dimensions of adaptation: social, cultural, and psychological. The use of local shopping applications such as Amazon, Taobao, Shopee, and similar ones has become part of the daily lives of students and has the potential to play an important role in supporting the adaptation process. The research method employed is associative quantitative, using a survey approach through online questionnaires. Respondents were Indonesian students in various higher education destination countries who had used local shopping applications for at least three months. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the use of shopping applications and the three adaptation dimensions. The findings indicate that the use of local shopping applications has a significant impact on all three aspects of adaptation. In the social aspect, these applications facilitate indirect interaction with elements of the local society, broaden the understanding of service norms, and enhance the sense of social connectedness. From a cultural standpoint, the applications serve as digital showcases that expose students to local symbols, products, and cultural practices, thus enriching the acculturation process.

Abstract

The On/Off system for lighting in general is still manual, namely the process of turning it off and on still using a switch, where the process takes a long time and requires energy to work on. From these problems, researchers take advantage of the development of the internet/Wi-Fi and the Android system to create an automation system that is fast, precise, and accessible from anywhere and anytime. In this case, the solution to this problem is to develop a prototype design for On/Off automation of LED-E14 lighting based on the Internet of Things (IoT) which makes it easier for humans to carry out all their activities. The research method carried out is starting from designing the physical form of the system or hardware system using the NodeMCU 8266 microcontroller which is connected to the internet network using the Arduino IDE software programming. The results of the research on the design of the On/Off automation system for E-14 LED lighting are designed starting from the On/Off program for lights and telegram bots that have been made (coding system) then transferred to the NodeMCU 8266 microcontroller, where the NodeMCU 8266 microcontroller is given electricity using a cellphone charger (micro electricity) which is connected to the Relay Module 4 Channel, the electricity is transferred to 4 E-14 LED lights, namely with several commands from telegram (Android System) using internet/wifi. The design of this IoT technology can be developed to be implemented in the manufacturing industry, offices, etc.

Abstract

The current digital era demands a more innovative approach in predicting student campuses considering that campuses are not only important for students but also for lecturers, student guardians and higher education institutions. Previous studies have used various machine learning methods such as Decision Trees, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, etc. in these predictions. The problem that occurs is that even though various machine learning methods have been used, there are still limitations in the accuracy and efficiency of predicting student admissions, The problem in question can be given a real example of a case that occurred. So with this problem the aim is to develop a more effective methodology in predicting student permits, with recommendations from an intelligent combination of two computational techniques Naive Bayes (NB) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This research methodology includes data collection, NB model development and model partnership with PSO. Student graduation data is used in model testing with evaluation based on metrics such as accuracy and Area Under the Curve (AUC). The results showed a significant increase in accuracy to 86.94% from 83.30% and AUC value from 0.860 to 0.884 when using the combination of NB and PSO compared to NB without either. The integration of NB and PSO has been proven to increase effectiveness in classifying student graduation prediction cases. This research opens up opportunities for the practical application of technology in the education sector and emphasizes the importance of using effective optimization and feature selection techniques in improving prediction results.
