Abstract

The focus of this research is the design and development of an information system to manage outpatient data at the UPTD Cikampek Health Center which operates via the internet. The purpose of this system is to overcome the problem of inefficient manual recording at the cashier and to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing patient data. A prototype model is used in software development. This model includes steps such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based information system that includes login features, patient data management, payments, reports, and transaction history. It is expected that this system can help exchange information online throughout the scope of the Health Center, accelerate the distribution of reports, and facilitate the management of patient data. Therefore, this study offers an innovative and practical solution to managing health data at first-level health care facilities.

Abstract

Increasingly rapid technological development has given rise to a very broad impact for the various aspects of life both among schools, government agencies and individuals. Most of the school library is in need of a good data processing system, in order to facilitate the preparation of report and presentation of data. For example, to know the data of each book and determine whether there is a change in any part of the placement of the book, so when there is no hard data requests in search and does not inhibit the processing. Making this program using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, XAMPP and Crystal Report. The program is expected that the author can resolve any problems that may occur when manually borrowing. From then making of this final report can be deduced with this programming, charging and data storage will become easier and peaceful. Preparation documents and transaction process will be efficient and effevtive because of the computer all the data can be processed accurately and exact. With a use computers will save data storage and data retrieval will be faster and simple. Application computer programming can help facilitate the work of man in dealing with a process that is sometimes difficult when done by humens

Abstract

Each company is required to implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the conditions of each company. One of the systems used by the company is a system of income accounting and cash receipts. Cash problem is something that requires special handling, especially for large, medium and small companies. In the cash income and expenditure system, it is necessary to have a good procedure that will be in accordance with established management policies. By using computerized information systems, computerized data storage systems cause all stored data to be more secure, and computerized systems can speed up the process of recording income and archiving available data. Desktop-based applications are applications that are widely used, because of easier use and in a more attractive form and appearance. The use of applications makes it easy to process data to be more automatic and the data that is processed will become structured information.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk membantu pelaksanaan tugas aparat desa adalah dengan google form. Google form sendiri adalah layanan dari google yang memungkinkan Anda untuk membuat survey, tanya jawab dengan fitur formulir online yang bisa dikustomisasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Disamping itu dengan google form memudahkan aparat desa untuk membuat sekaligus mengkoleksi atau mengumpulkan data pengguna. Aparat desa Pasir Sari dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya dapat memanfaatkan google form ini seperti membuat kuesioner, formulir pendaftaran, analisi respon, pembelian produk dan flittering data. Oleh karena itu diadakannya pelatihan pembuatan google form dengan harapan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam melakukan pelaksanaan tugas operasional pada aparat Desa Pasirsari.

Abstract

Salah satu sarana agar supaya data-data tidak hilang atau tercecer adalah dengan melakukan pengarsipan yang rapi yaitu dengan database, Di dalam database data-data penting dapat tersimpan rapi dan bila dibutuhkan dapat segera dicari. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi salah satunya menggunakan Microsoft Acess dapat membantu mempermudah dalam pengelolaan database di kantor kecamatan Karawang Barat. Dengan adanya Pelatihan pengelolaan database dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis komputer untuk staff kecamatan Karawang Barat diharapkan dapat membantu tugas-tugas staff di Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Pelatihan kepada staff bagaimana menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan database kecamatan. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah aplikasi administrasi system pengunanaan Microsoft Access dengan tahapan yang sederhana seperti tahap awal pengenalan. Melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis komputer ini membantu tugas-tugas dari staff di kecamatan Karawang Barat. Dalam teknis pelaksanaannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung (offline), dengan luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa publikasi artikel di media massa elektronik, video kegiatan, artikel ilmiah dan menambah pengetahuan peserta. Abstract

Santri memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama karena kedekatan mereka dengan komunitas akar rumput. Peningkatan kompetensi wirausaha di kalangan santri menjadi hal penting dalam rangka pemberdayaan ekonomi dan mendorong kemandirian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali santri dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan berbasis internet dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital guna memperkecil kesenjangan digital yang masih terjadi, terutama dalam aspek motivasi, akses teknologi, keterampilan digital, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui metode workshop di Rumah Harapan ABE, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri dari santri dan pengajar. Materi yang diberikan mencakup dasar-dasar kewirausahaan digital, pemanfaatan platform online, serta strategi pemasaran produk melalui internet. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan motivasi santri dalam memulai usaha berbasis digital, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi digital sebagai bekal dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan santri yang berjiwa entrepreneurship dan mampu berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi lokal maupun nasional

Abstract

Accurate early detection is important to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce mortality and a major burden on the public health system caused by heart failure. This study aims to improve the accuracy of heart failure prediction using Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM is used as a strong classifier for high-dimensional data, then optimizes its kernel using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), which has not been widely applied in similar studies. The method used includes computational experiments with a quantitative approach based on heart failure datasets from the UCI Repository which are analyzed using SVM with three types of kernels: Dot, Radial, and Polynomial. PSO is used to optimize the selection of kernel parameters in SVM to improve classification accuracy. The results show that SVM + PSO kernel Dot gives the best performance, with an AUC of 0.865 and an accuracy of 83.97%, and this difference is confirmed significant through a paired t-test (p <0.05) compared to SVM without optimization. PSO optimization consistently improves precision and recall in the tested kernels, indicating stability and effectiveness in classification. The impact of the research is to make a significant contribution to early detection efforts for heart failure which can lead to faster treatment and improved quality of life for patients, but also adds clinical value for medical practitioners seeking efficient and accurate classification methods.
