Abstract

Companies are very concerned about human resource management, management systems, and work productivity. Employees with good work productivity are employees who can improve the quality and quantity of work formed in a company. This study aims to partially determine the effect of social security, work discipline and organizational commitment on work productivity and to determine the simultaneous effect of social security, work discipline and organizational commitment on work productivity at the company PT Nongguan Biotek Indonesia. This research uses quantitative and descriptive methods.  In this study, 40 respondents from the population were taken. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially social security, work discipline and organisational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organisational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline and organisational commitment have a positive and significant effect together on work productivity.

Abstract

 Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan merupakan komponen krusial dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, khususnya bagi perempuan di wilayah pedesaan dan pinggiran kota. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian ekonomi perempuan di Desa Babat melalui program usaha mikro dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Program ini dirancang tidak hanya untuk memperkuat keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga untuk membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha, pemasaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama tiga hari menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan evaluasi kuantitatif dan observasi kualitatif, rata-rata skor peserta meningkat dari 48 pada pre-test menjadi 83 pada post-test, menandakan peningkatan pemahaman yang substansial dalam pengelolaan usaha mikro. Selain itu, 90% peserta berhasil menyusun rencana usaha yang mencakup analisis pasar, estimasi biaya dan pendapatan, serta strategi promosi berbasis potensi lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemampuan mengelola keuangan sejak dini penting untuk menyiapkan kehidupan masa depan. kebanyakan individu belum menyadari pentingnya mengelola keuangan pribadi, bahkan kebanyakan dari mereka beranggapan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan itu dapat dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang berpendapatan besar saja. Manajemen keuangan pribadi yaitu suatu sikap seseorang yang mampu mengelola keuangannya untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhannya, baik saat ini maupun masa depan. Mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan keuangan dapat mengalami kesulitan dengan keuangan pribadinya. pendapatan yang tidak dikelola menyebabkan pengeluaran yang lebih tidak terkendali yang dapat merugikan seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana faktor sosiodemografi pengetahuan, dukungan sosial, dan dukungan keluarga berdampak pada pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan asosiatif. Objek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang telah mengambil mata kuliah pengantar akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan. Sampel sebanyak 105 mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen menerima. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pemahaman keuangan memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Literasi keuangan yang tinggi berarti pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik, sedangkan literasi keuangan yang rendah berarti pengelolaan yang lebih buruk. Dukungan keluarga tidak memengaruhi keuangan mahasiswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bantuan keuangan keluarga, ekonomi keluarga dan pendidikan keuangan dari keluarga tidak memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan. Dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi yaitu hubungan pertemanan dan lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word OF Mouth terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Hotel Kampi Surabaya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung di Hotel Kampi Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) variabel kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Hotel Kampi Surabaya secara signifikan. (2) variabel word of mouth mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Hotel Kampi Surabaya secara signifikan. (3) kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Kampi Surbaya.

Abstract

Introduction: Information technology has an impact on all sectors of life. Social media has now become a trend in marketing communication. Currently, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to adapt to modern marketing patterns so as not to be outdated. This research aims to describe how the use of social media in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Babat District. Methods: In this study, the researcher used a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires and interviews. This research was conducted in one of the communities in Babat District. To check the validity of the data taken, the data triangulation technique was used. Results: The result of this study is that the majority of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) actors who are members of the Preneur community (Preneur Megilan Lamongan) still use WhatsApp social media as the main social media for digital marketing activities.  All respondents use WhatsApp to communicate with customers and promote products/services. Abstract

Banyak pemerintah desa hanya mampu mendirikan BUMDes tetapi tidak mampu mengembangkannya. Banyak desa juga tidak dapat memanfaatkan dana Desa untuk mendirikan BUMDes. BUMDES harus didirikan dan dikelola oleh profesional yang berpengalaman dan mahir dalam bisnis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan tentang manajemen keuangan bagi pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka mendampingi pengelola BUMDes dalam menerapkan manajemen keuangan. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan pemberian materi secara ceramah, pemberian contoh studi kasus, diskusi, praktek langsung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pengelola BUMDes memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang penerapan manajemen keuangan. Penemuan ini membantu pengelola BUMDes memahami cara menyusun pelaporan keuangan dan menerapkan tata kelola keuangan yang tepat dan benar.

Abstract

Companies depend more on their workforce than just suitable facilities and advanced equipment to achieve their goals. To achieve organizational goals, human resources - particularly employees - play an important role. This study aims to explain how the relationship between work motivation, compensation, and employee performance; how these factors affect employee performance; and which component has the most influence on employee performance. A total of 35 employees were involved in this study. The method used was the total sampling method. To collect information, surveys and interviews were conducted. Scale range and multiple linear regression were used as analytical techniques to assess and validate the research hypotheses. Employee performance has a positive impact on the company. The same results also show that work motivation and compensation have an effect on the success of the company, employee performance increases when incentives and work motivation are improved. This implies that work motivation and compensation have a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Stress is a psychological symptom that we often encounter in everyday life, where every individual must have experienced it. Students as a milestone in the success of a nation are required to be able to adapt to the environment quickly. This study aims to determine whether there is academic stress on student learning outcomes at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program. This type of research is observational with a crosssectional design. The population in this study were all students of the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 Management Study Programs with a total population of 173 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling from the population. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Furthermore, statistical tests were carried out using the chi square test with 0.05. Based on the research results show that; 1) stressors from academic stress Management study program students in semester 5 and 3 have high gains. This means that students feel that MBKM's academic activities make them feel stressed. More specifically, the greatest stressor is caused by pressure from learning and self-expectations that are not met, 2) Student learning outcomes in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum are included in the sufficient category. That is, cognitive competence or knowledge, affective or feeling, and psychomotor or skills obtained from MBKM are not too high or not too low. 3) The relationship between academic stress and student learning outcomes is positive and significant. It means. the higher the degree of student academic stress, the lower the learning outcomes, and vice versa, and 4) the implementation of MBKM from the student's point of view has a good impact on their self-development. However, in order for the implementation to take place optimally, students, lecturers, and stakeholders can work together in preparing to participate in the next MBKM, such as formulating the implementation of the MBKM more clearly and carefully, as well as equipping students with the skills to learn independently.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi kesehatan merupakan langkah penting dalam menciptakan komunitas sehat yang berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam konteks global yang semakin berkembang dan terhubung.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi kesehatan guna memperkuat komunitas sehat global, dengan melibatkan kolaborasi antara Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, PCIM, dan PCIA Malaysia. Program ini dirancang untuk memberdayakan keluarga dalam hal pengelolaan kesehatan, penerapan pola hidup sehat, serta pencegahan penyakit, dengan fokus pada keluarga anggota PCIM dan PCIA Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah workshop interaktif yang melibatkan 35 peserta, di mana evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan 10 pertanyaan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor post-test mencapai 75, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor pre-test yang hanya 45, menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam mengelola kesehatan keluarga, dengan 75% peserta menilai materi sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan keluarga, tetapi juga membuka peluang keberlanjutan program melalui pendampingan berbasis teknologi digital, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat kapasitas keluarga dan komunitas dalam mengelola kesehatan mereka secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: Family empowerment through health education is an important step in creating sustainable healthy communities, especially in an increasingly growing and connected global context. This activity aims to increase family empowerment through health education to strengthen the global healthy community, by involving collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan, PCIM, and PCIA Malaysia. The program is designed to empower families in terms of health management, healthy lifestyle implementation, and disease prevention, with a focus on the families of PCIM and PCIA Malaysia members. The method used in the training was an interactive workshop involving 35 participants, where the evaluation was carried out using 10 pre-test and post-test questions to measure the improvement of participants' understanding of the material taught. The results of the training showed a significant improvement, with the average post-test score reaching 75, much higher than the pre-test score of only 45, demonstrating the effectiveness of the training. In addition, the training also succeeded in improving participants' practical skills in managing family health, with 75% of participants assessing the material to be very appropriate for their needs. In conclusion, this training not only succeeded in improving the quality of family health, but also opened up opportunities for the sustainability of the program through digital technology-based mentoring, which is expected to strengthen the capacity of families and communities in managing their health in a sustainable manner.
