Abstract

This research as a purpose to analyze the effect of trading volume activity and external factors such as exchange rates, BI Rate to composite stock price index listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The object of this research is on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia. In this study, the data used were time-series data and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression models. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is known that the trading volume activity and BI Rate has no effect on the composite stock price index, while the exchange rate has a negative effect on the composite stock price index.

Abstract

Profit organizations or companies engaging in the business world are always triggered to create changes in a wide range of aspects, including managerial policies. It is geared to maintain the organizational sustainability and progress. It is also expected that every change can be favorable in producing organizational effectivity and efficiency at once. The present study examines the moderating effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction and turnover intention at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, particularly at the Pontianak branch office in West Kalimantan. A survey is conducted on 30 respondents - the employees of the bank, who are requested voluntarily to fill out the Likert – scale questionnaire. The data is analyzed using a moderate regression and descriptive analysis. The finding reveals that organizational commitment has been identified as a moderator on job satisfaction and turnover intention for the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the Pontianak branch office.

Abstract

Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pandemic Covid-19 yang berdampak pada turunnya permintaan dalam skala nasional sehingga terjad peningkatan pengangguran dan perusahaan yang mengalami kebangkrutan. UMKM di Indonesia juga tidak diikuti dengan sistem manajemen yang baik sehingga sektor tersebut seringkali tidak bertahan lama. Untuk itu, diperlukan pengetahuan dan pengalaman untuk dapat membangun minat usaha pada masyarakat. Namun minimnya lahan diperkotaan menjadi tantangan untuk mendorong upaya kreatif dan inovatif masyarakat dalam membangun ketahanan pangan dari tekanan pandemi Covid-19. Metode pengabdia yang digunakan adalah metode PRA (Participatory Rapid Appraissal) merupakan metode yang mengutamakan kecepatan keberhasilan tujuan melalui keterlibatan user atau pengguna dalam penggunaan suatu rangkaian sistem, dimana rangkaian tersebut berfungsi untuk suatu model (prototype) sistem yang lebih efektif. Salah satu kelompok UMKM yakni UMKM di kelurahan yang telah memulai usahanya namun sampai saat ini kegiatan ini belum mampu mendorong peningkatan ekonomi. Ditinjau dari potensi sumber bahan baku dan kebutuhan pasar sangat menunjang UMKM akan mencapai hasil yang diharapkan namun karena kurangnya SDM, inovasi dan strategi marketing yang baik maka kegiatan UMKM pertanian di kelurahan Sonoadi belum berkembang dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan suatu program edukasi masyarakat kepada pelaku UMKM yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alat pengembangan UMKM, dari program tersebut diharapkan masyarakat Sonoadi Lamongan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Kedua sistem pengelolaan dan pemasaran hrus didukung oleh inovasi dan kretivitas dari para pelaku usaha dan ketiga setelah melaksanakan pelatihan cara berfikir para petani tentang produktivitas tanpa inovasi yang selama ini telah dilaksanakan tidak mampu meningkatkan penghasilan dari pengelolaan pertanian. Tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini adalah pendampingan lebih lanjut pada pemilik UMKM untuk terus konsisten menggunakan penjualan secara online.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the era of advanced globalization has led to higher business competition. The company conducts human resource empowerment to improve the performance of each employee and the company as a whole. PT Mycotech Agro Asia Ponorogo realizes that to improve the performance of its employees, the company must implement applicable rewards and punishments. The purpose of this study is to explain reward, punishment, and performance at PT Mycotech Agro Asia, analyze the effect of reward and punishment on PT Mycotech Agro Asia, and find the most important variables. This study involved 50 production employees, so all samples were taken from the overall population through the total sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that reward and punishmet had a positive effect on performance at PT Mycotech Agro Asia Ponorogo partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that PT Mycotech Agro Asia company benefits from the compensation and punishment variables with 88.8% of the acquisition value. Other variables that affect employee performance other than the variables in the study obtained 22.2% of the remaining value.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) practices and Sustainability Orientation in fostering pro-environmental behavior among employees in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 140 respondents through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5) and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that Green HRM and Sustainability Orientation significantly influence pro-environmental behaviors, with Sustainability Orientation demonstrating a stronger impact. The R-square value of 0.578 indicates that these variables collectively explain 57.8% of the variance in pro-environmental behavior. These findings underscore the importance of embedding sustainability into organizational culture and implementing structured Green HRM strategies to promote environmental responsibility in the workplace. Recommendations for practice and suggestions for future research are discussed.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic demands that businesses go digital. Not only products must be marketed through technology, but the way of communication with consumers must also be arranged systematically to stabilize income. Among a number of tools designed to answer customer retention demands, CRM software was chosen because this tool can accommodate consumer data, business data, track consumer interactions, and track company prospects. The purpose of this activity is to conduct training and assistance in implementing Customer Relationship Management in increasing sales during the pandemic. This method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with training design in using Customer Relationship Management software. Instruments in the form of learning experience and literature study. This community partnership program involves business start-ups within the Muhammadiyah University of Lamongan, especially students majoring in Accounting and Management. The results of this study indicate that the application of CRM has an effect as an effort to increase business sales during the pandemic with a series of strategic CRM processes, operational CRM, analytical CRM. Essentially, both upper, middle, and even lower customers need good and quality service, it's just that the levels are different. When start-up actors apply the right and good CRM, it will automatically increase customer satisfaction which has an impact on increasing business sales.

Abstract

Companies are very concerned about human resource management, management systems, and work productivity. Employees with good work productivity are employees who can improve the quality and quantity of work formed in a company. This study aims to partially determine the effect of social security, work discipline and organizational commitment on work productivity and to determine the simultaneous effect of social security, work discipline and organizational commitment on work productivity at the company PT Nongguan Biotek Indonesia. This research uses quantitative and descriptive methods.  In this study, 40 respondents from the population were taken. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially social security, work discipline and organisational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organisational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline and organisational commitment have a positive and significant effect together on work productivity.

Abstract

 Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan merupakan komponen krusial dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, khususnya bagi perempuan di wilayah pedesaan dan pinggiran kota. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian ekonomi perempuan di Desa Babat melalui program usaha mikro dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Program ini dirancang tidak hanya untuk memperkuat keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga untuk membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha, pemasaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama tiga hari menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan evaluasi kuantitatif dan observasi kualitatif, rata-rata skor peserta meningkat dari 48 pada pre-test menjadi 83 pada post-test, menandakan peningkatan pemahaman yang substansial dalam pengelolaan usaha mikro. Selain itu, 90% peserta berhasil menyusun rencana usaha yang mencakup analisis pasar, estimasi biaya dan pendapatan, serta strategi promosi berbasis potensi lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan secara berkelanjutan.
