Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar para pelaku UKM Provinsi Bali setelah mengikuti pelatihan memahami tentang Agile Mindset dan Objectives Key Results (OKRs). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pembuatan laporan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melihat hasil evaluasi para peserta pelatihan dan hasil diskusi tanya jawab yang dilaksanakan selama kegiatan berlangsung. Antusias para peserta pelatihan ini sangat baik dimana jumlah peserta mencapai 47 peserta terdiri dari pelaku UMKM dan Mahasiswa. Pelatihan Agile mampu mengubah pola pikir (mindset) dan mendapatkan perspektif tentang cara kerja baru yang lebih lincah dan adaptif. Sedangkan pelatihan OKRs menjadikan peserta mampu memahami konsep OKRs dan mampu membuat serta mengimplementasikan OKR secara sistematis, dan mengembangkan budaya OKRs yang efektif di area kerjanya demi mencapai tujuan organisasi yang diinginkan lebih cepat.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani berdiri pada tahun 1990, yang beralamat di jalan Yudhistira, Desa Bayung Gede, Kintamani Bangli. Dari tahun ke tahun SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani telah mengalami perbaikan dalam bidang akademik, sarana dan prasarana, ketatausahaan, kesiswaan, dan kehumasan, sehingga sedikit demi sedikit mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini merupakan hasil pengelolaan sekolah dengan memberdayakan berbagai pihak melalui kemitraan antar lembaga formal maupun non formal. Sistem pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Kintamani ini selama masa pandemic covid 19 dilaksanakan secara daring melalui group Whatshaap dan google classroom. Untuk pertemuan daring secara sinkron sangat jarang dilaksanakan karena masalah kuota internet bagi siswa-siswa di sekolah tersebut. Guru pengajar di sekolah tersebut tidak semuanya dapat memahami teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hanya guru-guru yang muda yang dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran , sisanya guru-guru belum mampu memanfaatkannya karena faktor tidak menguasai teknologi komputer. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembelajaran inovatif untuk guru2 di SMAN 1 Kintamani. Solusi yang diberikan dalam pengabdian masyarakat oleh STMIK Primakara adalah memberikan pelatihan metode pembelajaran inovatif untuk guru-guru dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Through strategic cooperation between university and industry, the community service initiative "Strengthening Partnership: ICT Academy APTIKOM–Huawei" seeks to establish a long-lasting digital talent ecosystem in Indonesia. The initiative, which is being implemented under the APTIKOM network with active participation from Institut Teknologi Sains Bandung (ITSB), incorporates curriculum alignment, structured talent development pathways, and worldwide ICT certification. By connecting academic learning with real-world technical standards and enabling instructors and students to gain globally recognized competencies, the program fosters innovation in higher education. The collaboration supports the development of human capital in a sustainable manner that is in line with Golden Indonesia 2045 and Indonesia's national digital transformation strategy. Regarding global development alignment, this initiative directly promotes SDGs 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through cross-sectoral engagement between universities, professional associations, and the ICT industry, and SDG 4 (Quality Education) through ICT-driven capacity building. The results show that collaboration-driven innovation can increase equal access to technology education across Indonesian higher education institutions, boost institutional capabilities, and speed up digital preparedness.

Abstract

STMIK Indo Daya Suvana, also known as IDS Digital College, is undergoing a digital transformation aimed at establishing its reputation as an “AI Campus.” This paper examines an institution that has begun using Instagram as a communication strategy during its transformation. In the context of higher education, where competition is intensified by digital presence, social media has become essential for influencing student recruitment. This study employs a qualitative research design that combines document analysis with in-depth interviews. The research examines Instagram content, analyzing themes including posts, captions, images, and audience engagement. To enhance the analysis, interviews were held with key participants from STMIK IDS. Analyzing Instagram as a social media platform, this study found that it is used not only to advertise events and programs but also to tell stories about campus identity, values, and future direction. Content related to artificial intelligence (AI), digital innovation, and campus activities is presented in a persuasive and engaging style, helping to build STMIK IDS’s image as an institution focused on AI. In conclusion, effective communication on Instagram is not merely visual. It requires internal strategies that enhance understanding of prospective students while ensuring alignment with audience expectations. This case study shows that a digital platform can function as a branding channel while connecting the institutional image and public perception.
