Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of spare parts management and operational smoothness, as well as to analyze the influence of spare parts management on operational smoothness at PT Pelayaran Samudera Rizqi. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are active employees of the company. The descriptive analysis results show that the average score for spare parts management is 4.08 and for operational smoothness is 4.03, both of which fall into the "good" category. Simple regression analysis yielded a t-value of 8.369, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.671, with a significance level of 0.001. This indicates a significant influence of spare parts management on operational smoothness. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.547, suggesting that 54.7% of the variation in operational smoothness is explained by spare parts management, while the remaining 45.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The resulting regression equation model is Y = 11.695 + 0.805X. These findings emphasize that effective spare parts management plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of shipping company activities. Abstract

Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa adalah pelabuhan bersejarah yang akan dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan aktivitas bongkar muat konvensional dan pariwisata heritage. Jika dinilai dari perspektif pariwisata, Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam aspek atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas (3A) sebagai penilaian dasar dari industri wisata yang dikatakan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai kondisi eksisting serta merumuskan strategi untuk mendukung rencana pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan mix method. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup kuesioner, wawancara, observasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan kategorisasi skala interval dan metode SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas 3A masih dinilai cukup oleh wisatawan, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan, terutama pada fasilitas dan manajemen kawasan. Adapun strategi yang didapatkan meliputi Pengembangan Fasilitas Wisata yang Nyaman dan Aman serta Penguatan Promosi Digital (WT), Optimalisasi Auto Gate Pass dan Jalur Alternatif Wisatawan (ST), Penerapan SOP Wisatawan dan Pengaturan Jalur Terintegrasi (WO), Pengembangan Paket Wisata dan Kuliner Terintegrasi (SO).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the optimization of library utilization through digital literacy and its influence on students’ learning outcomes in Al-Qur’an and Hadith among seventh-grade MTs students in Barru Regency. Specifically, the study seeks to analyze the use of the library by seventh-grade students at MTs DDI Takkalasi, Barru Regency, and to investigate the optimization of the library through digital literacy in relation to students’ learning outcomes in Al-Qur’an and Hadith. The research employed an associative quantitative method, allowing data collection in numerical form and statistical analysis to examine the relationship between variables. A causal research approach was used, involving a sample of 133 students. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results show that the use of the library by seventh-grade students at MTs DDI Takkalasi, Barru Regency, serves as a learning facility that includes reading textbooks, expanding religious knowledge, and engaging in group study activities. The availability of a comfortable and conducive library environment enables students to manage their study time effectively. Students’ digital literacy skills support effective library utilization, allowing them to access, select, and comprehend information from digital sources independently. As a result, the library becomes an integral part of the learning process and the development of competencies in Al-Qur’an and Hadith. The optimization of the library through digital literacy has been proven to enhance the quality of learning and learning outcomes, as students can access various references, select relevant information, and understand the material more deeply. Moreover, digital literacy encourages independent learning and critical thinking skills, enabling students to connect new information with prior knowledge and thereby strengthen their understanding and mastery of Al-Qur’an and Hadith materials.
