Abstract

Keindahan alam dan ragam budayanya telah menjadi daya tarik dalam penciptaan dan pengembangannya. Pariwisata kini telah menjadi salah satu sektor yang mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi cukup besar. Kota Cirebon mempunyai daya tarik luar biasa yang dapat dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji potensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki Pantai Kejawanan agar dapat dikembangkan menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata bahari yang dapat di andalkan di Kota Cirebon dengan menganalisa, menyusun strategi pengembangan wisata yang tepat. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi terhadap faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan obyek wisata. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Pantai Kejawanan, Kelurahan Pegambiran, Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk, Kota Cirebon, Provinsi Jawa Barat karena pantai tersebut merupakan pintu masuk utama menuju kawasan obyek wisata. Metode pengambilan data dengan pengisian kuesioner dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada 25 responden yang terkait dengan penelitian yang ada. Pertanyaan yang diajukan akan disebarkan sebelum dan sesudah penelitian yang dilakukan melalui online (Google Forms). Setelah penulis menganalisa Strength (kekuatan), Weakness (kelemahan), Opportunity (kesempatan), dan Threat (ancaman)  dari wisata pantai kejawanan ini, selanjutnya penulis akan membuat perumusan strateginya dengan menggabungkan empat komponen SWOT dalam menjalankan strategi yang dirumuskan diperlukan kerja sama yang baik antara pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Analysis of the Quality of Briquette Charcoal Products on the Needs of Export Markets in the Middle East and Europe of PT. Nudira Sumber Daya Indonesia). Coconut briquette charcoal is one of Indonesia's leading products that is widely popular in various world markets, limiting research to only the Middle East and European markets. This study was made for prospective exporters with the aim of analyzing the quality of coconut briquette charcoal products in the European and Middle Eastern markets. This study also aims to provide solutions, information to prospective exporters of coconut briquette charcoal to better know what kind of market needs are suitable to penetrate the market in each existing segment. This study uses primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The author found several differences in product attributes based on the taste of coconut briquette charcoal in the two markets. The author also suggests that further research into broader markets other than the Middle East and European markets.

Abstract

A sustainable economic concept is needed in order to save Indonesia's marine ecosystem, but still, be able to prosper its people. The economic concept is summarized in the term Blue Economy. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The research method is a literature study with a bibliometric analysis approach. This research was conducted to find out the number of blue economy publications, to understand the terms that often appear in research related to the blue economy. The object of the research is the bibliographical manuscript data obtained from Google Scholar which has been systematically researched in a decade using the Publish or Perish application, then mapped and analyzed using Vos Viewer software. The search results for the journal number of publications with the keyword "Blue Economy" for 10 years, amounted to 75 journals and 2019 was the peak of publication. The results of the bibliometric analysis show that there are 165 terms related to the blue economy and are divided into 8 clusters. The keyword blue economy is closely related to marine, ocean, inclusion, coastal economics, ocean economy, and sustainability. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe journal contains employees' work motivation and awards at PT. Tiban Inten. This study intends to determine the impact of motivation and rewards on the performance of employees of PT. Tiban Inten, and system improvements related to motivation and reward at PT. Arrive Inten. This research used qualitative research. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale for nine (9) employees and an interview with the HRD chief company. Several things can increase employees' performance and motivation, such as training organized by PT. Tiban Inten, work assessment using KPI and held a family gathering. In addition, PT. Tiban Inten also provides employee health insurance, holiday allowances, FNB (food and beverage), and communication to meet the needs of its employees. This study proves that giving rewards to employees will increase employee motivation and performance.Keywords: Motivation, Rewards, Employee PerformanceABSTRAKJurnal ini berisikan motivasi kerja dan penghargaan untuk karyawan di PT.Tiban Inten. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta perbaikan sistem terkait motivasi kerja dan penghargaan untuk PT. Tiban Inten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert terhadap sembilan (9) orang karyawan dan wawancara bersama HRD perusahaan. Beberapa hal yang bisa meningkatkan motivasi kinerja terhadap karyawan, seperti pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh PT. Tiban Inten, penilaian kerja menggunakan KPI dan diadakan family gathering. Selain itu, perusahaan memberikan asuransi kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan, tunjangan hari raya, konsumsi dan komunikasi diberikan perusahaan guna memenuhi kebutuhan para karyawannya. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pemberian penghargaan terhadap karyawan akan meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Penghargaan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Primaplast Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi plastik, injection blow moulding, plastik PVC/PET, shrink film, flexible packaging. Perusahaan ini pun telah bermitra dengan banyak supplier serta distributor dalam memasarkan produk plastik untuk beragam kebutuhan. PT Primaplast Indonesia memiliki sebuah gudang yang menyimpan produk finished goods. Gudang tersebut mengalami penumpukan yang tidak tertata dengan rapih. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh sistem penyimpanan di gudang yang menggunakan sistem randomize storage yang tidak tetap. Oleh karena itu membuat optimalisasi kapasitas penyimpanan gudang sangat rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi kapasitas gudang finished goods PT Primaplast Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan pendekatan melalui wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan dengan mengajukan pertanyaan terstruktur kepada narasumber yang bekerja sebagai Kepala bagian gudang finished goods di PT Primaplast Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis optimalisasi ruang penyimpanan gudang finished goods PT Primaplast Indonesia dengan metode class based storage, serta tata letak usulan gudang yang diajukan oleh peneliti untuk meningkatkan kapasitas gudang dan mempermudah pendistribusian barang jadi sampai kepada konsumen.

Abstract

Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik Suhariyanto mengatakan, pengangguran itu terjadi karena bertambahnya angkatan kerja yang tidak terserap sepenuhnya oleh dalam maupun luar lapangan pekerjaan . Oleh karena itu para mahasiswa perlu dibekali ilmu dan kompetensi kewirausahaan melalui sebuah kegiatan pelatihan. Pelatihan Youngpreneour for the future berbasisi industri kreatif dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ,ditujukan kepada Mahasiswa prodi Logistik Kelautan UPI untuk membekali para mahasiswa dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berwirausaha, mampu menciptakan ide-ide kreatif dan mempunyai usaha secara mandiri. Pencapaian tujuan tersebut dilakukan melalui pembekalan materi  dengan metode  yang diajarkan berupa BMC, analisis bisnis dan prototype, metode trial and error, The javelin Experiment Board ,praktek berwirausaha menggunakan pemasaran digital. Setelah kegitan pembekalan materi dilaksanakan ,para Youngpreneour melakukan praktek berwirausaha menggunakan pemasaran digital dan berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Adapaun akun usaha yang dirintis oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia prodi Logistik Kelautan. Abstract

The ISM Code or International Safety Management Code is an international regulation developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to improve safety and reduce the risk of accidents on ships traveling around the world. This regulation regulates operational and administrative standards to prevent accidents at sea and protect the health and safety of crew, passengers, and the marine environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the International Safety Management Code (ISM) on PT AKR's sea transportation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting direct interviews with PT AKR Sea Transport personnel regarding the application of the ISM Code on the company's vessels. The results of the study indicate that PT AKR Sea Transport implements the ISM Code effectively and efficiently and has successfully met the requirements set out in the ISM Code. However, there are still some things that need to be addressed, especially related to the lack of awareness of company employees of the importance of implementing the ISM Code. This study concludes that the implementation of the ISM Code is important for the safety of PT AKR Sea Transport vessels and the welfare of employees and must be consistent and sustainable to maintain an optimal level of safety on company vessels

Abstract

Valuable assets for companies are not only things related to objects or securities. However, company assets that are no less important than these things are qualified human resources. Employees with good performance contribute positively to the company. Therefore, optimal management is required. This research was conducted at Tanjung Sekon LPG Terminal, which is one of the terminals located in Cilegon City, Banten. The population size is 106 employees, and a sample of 52 employees was taken using the Slovin method. Mental workload was measured using the NASA-TLX method. Based on the results obtained, it can be determined that 5 employees have a moderate mental workload, 34 employees have a high mental workload score, and 13 employees have a very high mental workload. Based on the comparison of NASA TLX elements, the most dominant result among the 52 employees is that 31.5% of employees have high mental demand (MD), followed by 23.6% of employees with high temporal demand (TD), and 22.8% of employees with high physical demand (PD).

Abstract

Face film company PT. ABC requires an efficient and organized storage system to secure raw materials and finished products. However, warehouses currently experience problems with random storage, which causes human error, overstocking, and potential product damage. This research aims to design layout improvements and adjustments to the FIFO (First in First Out) method in PT A B C's warehouse plan. The research method used is qualitative with observation, interviews and literature study. Observation results show discrepancies in warehouse layout that disrupt operational flow, as well as the need for restructuring and improving the management system. Through design improvements, such as rearranging the layout, more strategic placement of goods, and implementing the FIFO method, it is hoped that it can increase warehouse operational efficiency, reduce the risk of goods damage, and speed up the delivery flow to customers. More comprehensive improvements, including inventory management and staff training, are also needed to ensure the successful implementation of an effective FIFO system. Thus, this research contributes to improving warehouse management and operational efficiency of PT. ABC.
