Abstract

This research aims to describe how the implementation of archive management improves the quality of administrative services at MAN 1 Kepahiang. This qualitative study involves key informants such as the head of administration, head of the madrasah, deputy head of the madrasah, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that archive management at MAN 1 Kepahiang encompasses procedures for archive creation, storage, maintenance, transfer, and depreciation. Challenges include a lack of human resources for archive management, insufficient storage facilities, and a lack of training in archive management. However, the presence of adequate storage warehouses and efficient administrative staff supports archive management. Looking ahead, it is hoped that the school will facilitate training for archivists and allocate a dedicated space for inactive archive storage to optimize and enhance administrative services at MAN 1 Kepahiang.

Abstract

Belajar daring pada sekolah dasar banyak menggunakan media WhatsApp. Penting untuk menelisik bagaimana efektifitas belajar daring melalui WhatsApp. Peneliti melakukan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif pada berbagai Sekolah Dasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring melalui WhatsApp pada sekolah dasar cendrung tidak efektif. Sangat diperlukan evaluasi peran guru juga orang tua dalam hal ini kedepan.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum requires optimal cooperation among teachers, involving teamwork and compact collaboration. In this study, the author explains the concept of curriculum implementation, the requirements of teachers in Islam, the duties and roles of PAI teachers, and the teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. This research also discusses the stages of planning and implementation of teaching in the 2013 curriculum, including introductory activities, core activities, and closing activities. This study is a descriptive research that aims to provide descriptions of situations or events. The author uses a qualitative descriptive approach in this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PAI teaching requires collaboration among all stakeholders, including teachers, schools/madrasas, and the educational environment. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the importance of the teacher's role in shaping the character and competence of students while considering the diversity of individuals in learning.
