Abstract

The purpose of research on amanda brownies is to calculate the maximum profit from the sale of amanda brownies.as well as for the use of Simplex methods on the constraints experienced by amanda brownies sales business. this study uses one method in linear programming is the Simplex Method.the simplex method was developed by George Dantzing in 1947 (Budianto,Mujiharjo and Umrah 2017). The results of this study obtained the maximum profit (optimal) by using the Simplex Method obtained from the sale of amanda brownies got a maximum profit of Rp.839,717, - production every day.and linear programs, especially simplex methods, can be used and utilized to maximize profits.

Abstract

Dalam  artikel  ini,  penulis  melihat  fenomena remaja perempuan yang mengalami fatherless dalam kasus ini setiap ayah yang terlalu memprioritaskan berbagai kesibukkan pekerjaan sehingga pada akhirnya anak menjadi korban. Selain itu, seorang remaja perempuan dapat mengalami fatherless dikarenakan memiliki ayah yang tidak berperan aktif secara emosional. Fatherless yang terjadi dalam kehidupan seorang remaja perempuan sangat berdampak terhadap psikologis, emosional dan kognitif. untuk  itu  penulis  memakai  metode  kualitatif  deskriptif library research, menggunakan artikel-artikel jurnal, literature-literature, dan majalah online dari  internet,  untuk  mendapatkan  hasil  dan  pembahasan  untuk  menjawab  topik  yang dibahas. Hasil yang didapat yaitu, peran guru PAK dalam menyadarkan, memahami dan memiliki kemampuan mengontrol emosi dalam diri remaja yang mengalami fatherless dengan menggunakan konsep resiliensi. Akhirnya, dari penemuan ini semoga bisa memberi dampak yang signifikan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam penerapannya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content of the critical reasoning dimension in the teaching module of grade IV teachers of SD Negeri 62 Sungai Raya. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study obtained data from the content of the critical reasoning dimension sourced from the teaching module of grade IV elementary school teachers. The logical dimension used is obtaining and processing information and ideas, analyzing and evaluating reasoning, reflecting, and evaluating. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study concluded that for the elements of obtaining, processing information and ideas, the modules that still need to be improved are the Indonesian, Mathematics and PPKn modules. Then for the elements of analyzing and evaluating reasoning, the modules that need to be improved are the Indonesian, Mathematics, and PPKn modules. The reflecting element, the modules that still need to be improved are the Indonesian, Mathematics and PPKn modules. As for the next element, namely evaluating elements, only 1 module still needs to be improved, namely the PPKn module

Abstract

Waste management is an important issue that affects environmental quality and public health. In an effort to increase community awareness and participation in waste management, this research uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Through the PAR method, the community is directly involved in every stage of planning, implementation, and evaluation of waste management programs. This approach aims to strengthen community participation in finding solutions that are sustainable and in accordance with local needs. Activities carried out include counseling, training, and the formation of waste management groups at the neighborhood level, with an approach based on existing local potential and wisdom. The results showed that the use of the PAR method succeeded in increasing community awareness about the importance of independent and sustainable waste management. Active participation of residents in waste management can reduce the volume of waste disposed to landfills and improve environmental quality. In addition, this program also creates a sense of belonging and shared responsibility in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Overall, community-based waste management has proven to be effective in creating behavioral changes that are more environmentally friendly and sustainable, as well as building social solidarity among residents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic education during the Umayyad Dynasty and the factors contributing to its progress. A qualitative method with a literature review approach and documentation techniques was used to collect data from various written sources. The results indicate that Islamic education advanced significantly through a decentralized system, allowing its spread across different territories. Additionally, education encompassed not only religious teachings but also general knowledge. Various institutions, such as kuttab, mosques, literary assemblies, and palaces, played a role in education, employing lecture and demonstration methods.

Abstract

Background: Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the disruption of heart function due to lack of blood due to blockage of the coronary arteries which results in damage to the lining of the blood vessel walls (atherosclerosis). Objective: The purpose of this study is to know the analysis of intake of macronutrients, vitamin C, fiber, and total cholesterol levels in patients with coronary heart disease. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted from April to May 2023 at the Siti Fatimah Provincial Hospital. South Sumatra. The research sample was chosen by accidental sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. Results: The results show that there is a significant relationship between excess intake of macronutrients and lack of consumption of fiber and vitamin C on increased total cholesterol levels. Conclusion: The conclusion from the results of statistical tests shows that there is a relationship between excess intake of macronutrients and lack of consumption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Politeknik Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 60 karyawan aktif Politeknik Aceh. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini meliputi motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sementara variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja kayawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara pasrial, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh ositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong kinerja karyawan yang optimal di Politeknik Aceh.

Abstract

This study examines the role of locus of control as a moderating variable in the relationship between audit complexity, time budget pressure, and job stress on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Dysfunctional behavior in the context of auditing refers to actions that can damage the integrity and quality of audit results, such as delays in work, non-objective decision making, or neglect of proper audit procedures. Auditors often face challenges in the form of high task complexity, tight deadlines, and high job stress. The sample used was auditors working at a Public Accounting Firm in the Jakarta area. The sample of this study consisted of 125 respondents. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that the time budget pressure variable has the greatest direct influence on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Then locus of control has the greatest direct influence on the relationship between audit complexity and auditor dysfunctional behavior. This study contributes to public accounting firm employees in maintaining and improving their audit quality, somewhat avoiding auditor dysfunctional behavior, which can be seen from several factors, namely prioritizing larger teams with stricter levels of supervision, so that auditors have an incentive to comply with proper audit procedures rather than taking dysfunctional actions. Then face the pressure to develop better individual skills. For further research, researchers plan to expand the research area and look for objects in other fields.

Abstract

  Abstact : The purpose of this study is to describe the values of character education in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. This type of research is library research or Library Research. The approach used is a qualitative approach. 16 values of national character education contained in the novel "Guru Aini", which are then categorized into 3 criteria, namely the first value of character education between humans and God which includes the value of national character education 1. Religious (praying) 2. Religious (believing) secondly the value of education character between man and himself which includes the value of national character education 1. discipline, 2. creative, 3. hard work, 4. responsibility, 5. like to read. The three values of character education between humans and society include the values of national character education: 1. honesty, 2. curiosity. 3. social care, 4. Tolerance, 5. democratic, 6. friendly, 7. national spirit. In addition, the story contained in the novel "Guru Aini" raises new interesting situations for students. It is a reading that has a romance story wrapped in the struggles of a teacher and a student so that it can be used as compulsory reading for students and teachers. Keywords: Character Education Values, Andrea Hirata's "Guru Aini" Novel.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka atau Library Research. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. 16 nilai pendidikan karakter bangsa yang terkandung dalam novel “Guru Aini”, yang kemudian dikategorikan kedalam 3 kriteria yaitu pertama nilai pendidikan karakter antara manusis dengan tuhan yang mencakup nilai pendidikan karakter bangsa 1. Religius (berdoa) 2. Religius ( beriman ) kedua nilai pendidikan karakter antara manusia dengan dirinya sendiri yang mencakup nilai pendidikan karakter bangsa 1. disiplin, 2. kreatif, 3. kerja keras, 4. tanggung jawab,5.  gemar membaca. Ketiga nilai pendidikan karakter antar manusia dengan masyarakat, yang mencakup nilai pendidikan karakter bangsa 1.  jujur, 2. rasa ingin tahu. 3.  peduli sosial, 4. Toleransi, 5. demokratis, 6. bersahabat, 7.  semangat kebangsaan. Selain itu kisah yang terdapat dalam novel “Guru Aini” memunculkan situasi baru yang menarik bagi peserta didik merupakan bacaan yang memiliki kisah romansa berbalut perjuangan seorang guru dan seorang murid sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bacaan wajib bagi peserta didik dan guru.
