Abstract

Introduction: The communitity's role in varioss health development efforts is seen from the Communty-Based Health Efforts, which are growing rapidly in the from of Integrated Service Post. The activeness of the mother is very important in supoporting this activity. Objective: To determine the Relationship Between Perception And AttitudeWith Visits Of Mother And Toddler To Integrated Service Post at working Are of Public Health Center Long Jaringan Mahakam Ulu Distirict In 2023. Method: Quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in March- April 2023, the sample of this research amounted to 80 mothers who visits Integrated Service Post. Result and Discussion: There is significant relationship between mother's perception and the role of cadres p-value 0.000 (p<0.05), and between mother's attidutes on Integrated Service Post 0.000 (p<0.05), and activity of mothers taking their toddlers to Integrated Service Post. Conclusions: There is relationship Between Perception And Attitude Of Mother with activity of mother to taking the toddlers to Integrated Service Post who supported by charateristics off eduction, profession, distance to the Integrated Service Post, transpotation to the Integrated Service Post and the completeness of facilities at Integrated Service Post.

Abstract

Contraceptive use is important in birth control and family planning, with various methods tailored to individual needs and health conditions. This study aims to explore more deeply the characteristics of service providers and the side effects of contraception used in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from the Indonesian Family Survey (IFLS) to analyze contraceptive side effects in 8,167 women selected through stratified random sampling. The main focus was the type of health service provider, with analysis using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate techniques through binary logistic regression. Nearly 40% of women experience contraceptive side effects, influenced by age, provider type, and contraceptive method. Women who receive services from community health centers or private clinics tend to experience fewer side effects than those who receive services from hospitals. Use of the pill or permanent methods is also associated with fewer side effects. Therefore, education and training for health care providers need to be improved to ensure appropriate counseling.

Abstract

Introduction: In supporting the fulfilment of breast milk for babies it should be as expected, then the quality of breastfeeding is one of the things that must be considered by mothers so that milk production is better. Methods: This study uses a descriptive analytic research design. With a total sample of 44 repondents with data collection instruments using questionnaires with statistical tests using respondent frequency tables. Results and Discussion: The results of the study were obtained from 44 respondents with a chi-square test for postpartum women with P-value = 0.006 < ? (? = 0.05), namely there is a significant relationship between knowledge of breast care and the smoothness of breastfeeding. Conclusion: In this study stated that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of breast care and breastfeeding in the area Technical Implementation Unit Linggang Bigung Public Health Center in 2022. To health workers, especially midwives at Technical Implementation Unit Linggang Bigung Health Center is expected to further improve its health promotion regarding breast care to postpartum mothers in increasing the smoothness of breastfeeding to health services and the quality of health services and the quality at the research site.

Abstract

Perilaku ibu bersalin dalam memilih tempat persalinan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Data Puskesmas Long Ikis tahun 2019 yakni persalinan pada fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 473 orang dan non fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 13 orang dan tahun 2020 difasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 528 orang dan non fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 6 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan masih adanya masyarakat yang memilih persalinan di non tenaga kesehatan dan non fasilitas kesehatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan desain kasus kontrol. Populasi adalah ibu yang bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan dan non fasilitas kesehatan wilayah kerja Puskesmas Long Ikis tahun 2019 dan tahun 2020 berjumlah 1020 orang. Sampel terdapat 2 kelompok yaitu kasus dan kontrol masing-masing 19 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Karakteristik responden sebagian besar usia 21-25 (57,9%), paritas 1 anak (39,5%), pendidikan tamat SMA (55,3%) dan IRT (73,7%). Pengetahuan tentang persalinan kurang baik (55,3%), sosial budaya dalam keluarga kurang baik (52,6%), pemilihan tempat persalinan seimbang antara fasilitas kesehatan dan non fasilitas kesehatan (50%). Ada pengaruh pengetahuan (p value : 0,009) dan sosial budaya dalam keluarga (p value : 0,023) terhadap pemilihan tempat persalinan di Puskesmas Long Ikis. Pengetahuan ibu kurang baik tentang persalinan, hal ini disebabkan karena kurang mendapatkan penyuluhan atau informasi mengenai pemilihan tempat persalinan yang baik oleh tenaga kesehatan. Sosial budaya kurang baik dikarenakan keluarga yang kurang mendukung seperti tidak menganjurkan untuk melahirkan di fasilitas kesehatan. Pengetahuan dan sosial budaya merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan tempat persalinan.

Abstract

Background: Technique Effleurage Massage is a massage technique in the form of a light massage using the fingers, done on the back. The purpose of this research is to know the technical comparison effleurage massage on reducing pain in postpartum mothers at A.W. Sjahranie Samarinda. Method: Quasi experimental design research using two group pretest posttest design. The number of normal postpartum mothers at Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital is 168 in 2021. The sampling technique in this study purposive sampling with a total sample of 20 people consisting of 10 people in the control group and 10 people in the intervention group. Results: There are technical comparisons effleurage massage on reducing the pain scale in postpartum mothers with a value of ρvalue 0.003 in the intervention group and ρvalue 0.005 in the control group. Conclusion: Engineering comparison effleurage massage effect on reducing the pain scale in postpartum mothers. The post partum mother's pain scale decreased after being given the intervention.

Abstract

Background : Cervical cancer is a malignant disease. The majority of cervical cancer patients have a low quality of life because of the disease they suffer. Family support and spiritual level are very important to improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. Purpose : This study was to determine the relationship between family support and spiritual level on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. Method:This study uses an approach Cross Sectional. The number of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at A.W. Sjahranie July-December 2021 as many as 162 patients. The sampling technique in this studypurposive sampling with a total sample of 115 people. Results:Test Somer’s D is obtained by the value of r (correlation coefficient) of 0.996 meaning that it has a very strong or perfect relationship. Meanwhile, the significance value of ρ is 0.036 <0.05 or ρ <α.Conclusion:There is a relationship between family support and spiritual level on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients at A.W. Hospital. Sjahranie.
