Abstract

Karya sastra merupakan dokumen dari peristiwa yang terjadi di masyarakat yangdisajikan bersama imaji dari pengarang. Sebagai sebuah bacaan karya sastraberperan menjadi sarana komunikasi pengarang dengan pembaca (masyarakat)untuk menyampaikan pesan atau sebuah gagasan. Gagasan pengarang tersebutmerupakan sebuah kekuatan hegemoni yang akan mendominasi pemikiranpembaca. Kekuatan hegemoni satra terbentuk karena tersarikan dari fakata sosialkmudian diproses dengan imajinasi lalu disajikan alam bentuk fiksi yangkontekstual. Kekuatan hegemoni sastra berlangsung pada setiap dekade dansemakin menyebar pada masyarakat pendukungnya. Kata kunci: sastra, budaya

Abstract

Pemerolehan bahasa pada anak usia dini merupakan masa emas yang sangat menentukan perkembangan psikologi anak. Orang tua banyak yang tidak mengetahui hambatan pemerolehan bahasa yang mungkin terjadi pada anaknya sehingga hambatan pemerolehan bahasa tidak ditangani sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian tentang pemerolehan bahasa pada anak usia 36 bulan sangat menarik untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemerolehan bahasa anak pada tataran fonologi dan rata-rata panjang ujaran pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah seorang anak perempuan berusia 36 bulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerolehan bahasa tataran fonologi pada subjek penelitian masih terjadi ketidakfasihan atau kesalahan pelafalan berupa penggantian fonem dan pelesapan fonem pada awal dan akhir suku kata. Hambatan pemerolehan bahasa ini lebih disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan keluarga. Rata-rata panjang ujaran 2,75, berada pada level 6, satu level lebih rendah dari anak seusianya.

Abstract

Letters are one of the written communication media used in interaction. In writing letters, especially formal letters, it is not just the contents of the letter that must be considered, but other supporting aspects must also be considered, such as the form of letters and letter editors regarding the use of diction, spelling, and effective kalimsat. During this time, there are still many government and private employees at the lower levels who do not yet know the procedures for writing official letters that meet standard standards. They only make letters by copy and paste from the previous letter examples. They do not have special knowledge and guidelines in making official letters. This is evident from the results of an error analysis in an official letter made by the village apparatus in the Pameungpeuk sub-district of Garut district. The analysis showed that there were inconsistencies in the use of letter forms and letter editor errors including the use of diction, spelling, and effective sentences. In connection with this problem, a formal letter writing training was conducted with the concept of andragogy in the village apparatus in the Pameungpeuk sub-district of Garut district. The training results showed an increase in knowledge and practice in making official letters in accordance with the standard rules for writing formal letters.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning in schools must be carried out with various methods so that students are not bored in learning. The cooperative learning model is one of the learning models that can activate students so that it is very suitable for use in learning Indonesian. The results of the author's observations show that teachers in the field often only use conventional learning models because they rarely master various learning models that activate students. This community service activity aims to provide training in the application of various cooperative learning models for teachers in Wanaraja District, Garut Regency. Through this service activity, it is hoped that teachers will be able and skilled in using various cooperative learning models in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The benefits obtained from this activity are that with the skills possessed by the teacher, students can learn Indonesian subjects in a fun method so that all the basic competencies proclaimed in the learning curriculum can be achieved.

Abstract

The essence of learning literature in schools is as a vehicle for inculcating values ​​and refining the attitudes and minds of students as members of society. The formation of individual character and attitudes can be instilled in the community through the teaching of literature in the education sector. Thus the teaching of literature in schools must be delivered with contextual content and fun methods. This service is carried out with the aim of providing an understanding for SMP and MTS teachers in order to understand contextual and fun literary lessons so that they can be used to overcome problems that occur in the community. The problem that is currently being faced by the world community is preventing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. This service is expected to help the government in instilling healthy living behaviors for the community through literature learning in schools. The results of this dedication show that teachers can easily develop literary teaching materials in the form of poetry texts, anecdotal texts and short stories, which are charged with inculcating healthy living behaviors for students. The benefit of this research is the composition of teaching materials that are contextual and in accordance with the demands of the curriculum and are useful for social life in society.

Abstract

Social media is a very important part of the life of modern society. Even though it is not a basic need, in this era, activities in social media have become an almost routine part of people from various backgrounds. The younger generation as part of society that is most responsive to technological advances has a high intensity in using social media. However, the level of thinking maturity of the younger generation who is still in the process of development often makes them less wise in using social media. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide counseling to the younger generation to be wiser in responding to various issues that develop on social media, and can respond to them with smart steps. This community service activity is expected to provide benefits in the form of reducing social cases caused by the behavior of using social media that is not wise.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of media utilization is experienced by teachers in Pasirkiamis Kec. Pasirwangi Samarang Village, Garut Regency. The village is projected to be a training village because of the potential of human resources it has. These efforts are realized through the implementation of Community Service activities in related villages. The form of activity offered to the community is Training to Utilize Playstore Application for Improving Reading Teaching Skills. In general, this training aims to develop teacher media literacy competencies for the purposes of BDR activities by utilizing the Playstore application on their respective devices, building the independence of the target audience in utilizing media. Pasirwangi Samarang Garut Regency was able to utilize the Playstore application on their respective devices, building the independence of the target audience in utilizing the media, not only the Playstore application but also Google Classroom and Augmented Reality in PJJ or BDR activities during the pandemic, as well as the public perception of media literacy of teachers in Pasirkiamis Village, Pasirwangi Samarang District, Garut Regency by using a Media Literacy questionnaire based on individual competence framework is very high. Abstrak Permasalahan pemanfaatan media dialami oleh para guru di Desa Pasirkiamis Kec. Pasirwangi Samarang Kabupaten Garut. Desa tersebut diproyeksikan untuk dijadikan desa pelatihan karena potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Upaya tersebut direalisasikan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di desa terkait. Bentuk kegiatan yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat ialah Pelatihan Memanfaatkan Aplikasi Playstore untuk Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengajar Membaca. Hasil evaluasi mengarah pada beberapa simpulan di antaranya para guru di Desa Pasirkiamis Kec. Pasirwangi Samarang Kabupaten Garut mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Playstore di gawainya masing-masing, membangun kemandirian khalayak sasaran dalam memanfaatkan media, tidak hanya aplikasi Playstore tetapi juga Google Classroom serta Augmented Reality dalam kegiatan PJJ atau BDR selama masa pandemi, serta persepsi khalayak mengenai literasi media para guru di Desa Pasirkiamis Kecamatan Pasirwangi Samarang Kabupaten Garut dengan menggunakan angket Literasi Media berbasis Individual Competence Framework sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai budaya dan filosofis yang terkandung dalam jurus “Tendang Besot Paksi Muih”, Di Perguruan Pencak Silat Gajah Putih Mega Paksi Pusaka Kecamatan Samarang, Kabupaten Garut. Melalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam terhadap praktisi dan pelatih perguruan, ditemukan bahwa jurus ini sarat dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan filosofis seperti kontrol diri, adaptasi terhadap lingkungan, serta penghormatan terhadap alam yang tercermin dari inspirasi gerakannya yang meniru burung elang. Jurus ini diajarkan kepada murid tingkat menengah ke atas dan merupakan bagian dari warisan budaya tak benda yang perlu dilestarikan. Dalam konteks kekinian, jurus ini menjadi simbol penting dalam menjaga identitas budaya lokal, sekaligus sebagai media pendidikan karakter bagi generasi muda khususnya untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar di tengah arus globalisasi. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya proses transmisi nilai-nilai budaya pencak silat secara berkelanjutan, agar warisan luhur ini tetap hidup dan relevan dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern.
