Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran akuntansi. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 593 orang siswa, teknik penarikan sampel Proportional Random Sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 60 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Korelasi dan Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kedisiplinan siswa dan  motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Fo = 23,304 dan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Secara bersama-sama kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 45,0 % terhadap variable prestasi belajar akuntansi.

Abstract

 ABTRAKSkill dan kompetensi yang dimiliki sesuai bidang keahlian saja tidak cukup untuk persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Salah satu variabel penting yang harus disiapkan untuk menjadi karyawan yang berprestasi nantinya adalah kemampuan mengelola waktu atau manajemen waktu. Dari beberapa penelitian, manajemen waktu yang diterapkan dengan efektif dan efisien akan meningkatkan kinerja. Ditambah lagi dengan maraknya media sosial saat ini telah menghabiskan alokasi waktu yang cukup banyak dan menjadi kendala utama dalam menerapkan manajemen waktu. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya manajemen waktu untuk meningkatkan kinerja bagi siswa SMKP Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong khususnya bagi siswa kelas XII yang sebentar lagi akan lulus dan mencoba mengisi berbagai posisi atau lowongan kerja yang tersedia. Dengan menerapkan manajemen waktu yang baik sejak dini, maka ketika memasuki dunia kerja nantinya dapat terus diterapkan dan tidak kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas pekerjaan yang dibebankan. Kinerja yang maksimal akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dan juga nasional.Kata kunci: manajemen waktu; kinerja

Abstract

The use of electronic modules in the implementation of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) in higher education has proven to be effective in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. Research shows that electronic modules, such as those based on Project Based Learning (PjBL), hypercontent, and e-pub, provide flexible interactivity and support independent and collaborative learning. The study reveals the development of entrepreneurship modules in the ISI Yogyakarta Music Education Study Program, which has been highly successful. The module has been validated with a high score of 93, meeting the standards of practitioners, academics, and communication experts. It has also improved students' knowledge and motivation in the creative industry. The module's structure and content make learning more straightforward, and students have provided positive feedback. It is also relevant to the graduate profiles of the program, including art managers, consultants, and music educators. This study highlights the importance of entrepreneurship modules in meeting students' academic needs and empowering them in the business world. This module also helps students master difficult concepts, increase their interest and practical skills, and motivate them to face work challenges. In response to MBKM, the electronic module allows students to learn flexibly, be relevant to the real world, and develop 21st-century skills. Therefore, the development more interactive modules and technology-based applications needs to be improved, and lecturers and students must be trained to utilize this technology. Collaboration with industry and educational technology developers is also important to create modules that suit the needs of the world of work. Continuous evaluation and innovation are needed so that the module remains relevant to technological developments and future educational demands.

Abstract

The quality of education greatly depends on the availability of relevant, contextual, and high-quality learning materials. As the frontline actors in the learning process, teachers are expected to possess the ability to develop instructional materials that align with both the characteristics of their students and the prevailing curriculum. However, field observations indicate that many teachers still lack optimal skills in this area, both in terms of conceptual understanding and practical application in the classroom. In response to this issue, this community service program was designed to enhance teachers’ understanding, skills, creativity, and innovation in developing instructional materials. The program was implemented through a series of activities, including orientation, training, and on-site mentoring for teachers at SMAN 21, Tangerang Regency. The methods employed were participatory, incorporating hands-on practice and reflective discussion. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to develop more varied and pedagogically appropriate instructional materials. This activity makes a positive contribution to enhancing teacher professionalism and the quality of the learning process in schools.

Abstract

One learning tool with many advantages is interactive e-learning. These e-modules include text, graphics, animation, and videos, making it easier for students to understand lessons, especially when studying remotely. This study uses a literature review methodology to collect information from various sources, including books, articles from online journals, well-known websites, and statistical data from the internet. The information is then investigated and checked through three stages, including descriptive analysis, content analysis, and critical analysis. Based on research findings conducted through library research, interactive e-modules can increase student motivation, scientific literacy skills, learning outcomes, independence, and critical thinking skills. Based on the research results, this e-module can be used by teachers in distance learning as a learning media based on research findings. Interactive e-modules can increase learning motivation, scientific literacy, learning outcomes, independence, and students critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan yang mandiri dan kreatif di kalangan anggota pramuka Ambalan Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa – Cut Meutia Gugus Depan 17.085 – 17.086 Pangkalan SMA Negeri 21 Kabupaten Tangerang. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta diberikan materi tentang konsep dasar kewirausahaan, kreativitas, inovasi, serta manajemen usaha yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama dua hari ini melibatkan berbagai metode pembelajaran, termasuk teori, diskusi, simulasi bisnis, dan mentoring oleh pengusaha sukses. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan rasa percaya diri, kemampuan untuk merancang ide bisnis, serta kemampuan untuk mengelola usaha sederhana. Namun, beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan pengalaman dan sumber daya, masih perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan di masa depan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan generasi muda yang lebih mandiri, kreatif, dan siap untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan manfaat bagi sekolah, anggota pramuka, dan masyarakat umum dalam mendorong terciptanya peluang usaha yang berdampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal. Abstract

The goal of education is not just to increase one's head knowledge, but also one's skill set, outlook, and frame of mind. Learning results are affected by the quantity and quality of reading resources available in schools. "e-module" refers to an electronic media-based educational tool. Teachers and students alike can benefit from the enhanced imagination that comes from using Canva media. Descriptive qualitative research was used to investigate these issues; in both the literature review and the field research, the researchers provided precise and detailed descriptions of their observations and findings. The researchers here are concerned with the importance of manufacturing things, and their subjects are teachers in vocational high schools (SMK). Teachers have expressed a desire for electronic modules that serve as learning medium for teaching vocational subjects. Students who need learning media other than textbooks to transfer material to vocational high school students benefit from the usage of e-modules because they increase their understanding and learning efficiency both in school and at home. Students require learning materials that are accessible and engaging. One of these resources is an engaging electronic module with homework questions designed to aid in students' character development and moral upbringing

Abstract

The purpose of the school field introduction (PLP) is to train skilled educators. PLP activities are designed to increase interest in education and knowledge about the teaching profession, even though not all students want to become teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine how school field introduction affects the enthusiasm of seventh-semester Economics Education students at Pamulang University in teaching economics. This study uses quantitative and associative research methodologies. The research sample consisted of one hundred students who had participated in the PLP. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Simple linear regression was used to analyse the data. According to the research findings, the desire of Pamulang University Economics Education Bachelor’s degree students to become economics teachers is influenced by their field introduction. The inclusion of the school field had an impact on interest in becoming an economics teacher, as indicated by the estimated t value > t table (9.189 > 1.984) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), after which Ho was discarded.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab rendahnya literasi digital kritis siswa dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis informasi digital secara kritis, memanfaatkan AI sebagai alat belajar produktif, serta memperkuat kapasitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran vokasional. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan literasi digital dan penggunaan AI, pendampingan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan analisis karya siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital siswa sebesar 28–35%, meningkatnya keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan Canva AI dan ChatGPT, bertambahnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam menerapkan AI, serta terbentuknya Klub Literasi Digital dan AI sebagai wadah keberlanjutan program. Produk kreatif berupa poster digital, video edukatif, dan konten kampanye etika digital menjadi bukti peningkatan kompetensi siswa. Program ini terbukti efektif mendukung transformasi pembelajaran digital dan menghasilkan artikel ilmiah PKM yang siap dipublikasikan. Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze research trends related to the MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) E-Module in higher education by identifying publication growth, dominant themes, and research clusters during the 2020–2025 period. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using bibliometric analysis. Bibliographic data were collected from Google Scholar through the Publish or Perish (PoP) software using the keywords E-module, MBKM, and university. A total of 236 document metadata records published between 2020 and 2025 were obtained and stored in RIS format. The data were then analyzed using VOSviewer to generate network, overlay, and density visualizations to identify research patterns, keyword relationships, and publication trends. The findings indicate a fluctuating yet increasing trend in MBKM E-Module research, with a significant rise in publications between 2022 and 2024. The most frequently discussed topics include digital learning media, independent curriculum development, project-based learning, digital teaching materials, and student competency development. Network visualization reveals 13 distinct research clusters, demonstrating diverse research themes with strong interconnections among curriculum innovation, digital learning, and experiential learning approaches. Overlay and density visualizations show that recent studies focus increasingly on applied learning models and competency-based education. This study presents a comprehensive and longitudinal bibliometric mapping of MBKM E-Module research by systematically integrating e-module studies with the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in higher education. By analyzing publications from 2020 to 2025, this research reveals the intellectual structure, dominant themes, thematic evolution, and emerging research gaps within policy-driven digital learning. The findings offer novel insights into the development of MBKM-based digital learning scholarship and provide a robust reference for future empirical research, curriculum innovation, and evidence-based policy formulation in higher education.
