Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                Mengajar adalah salah satu tugas guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran dan mengajar juga menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam menyerap materi oleh peserta didik. Ada 8 keterampilan mengajar yang harus dikuasi oleh calon guru sebagai bekal untuk dapat mengajar dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah keterampilan menjelaskan, dalam keteampilan menjelaskan ini calon guru dan guru dituntut untuk mampu menjadi penterjemah Bahasa buku yang baik sehingga mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik. Kemempuan para mahasiswa dalam menjelaskan masih dinilai kurang memuaskan untuk itu peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan 1) untuk menggali lebih dalam kendala-kendala mahasiswa ketika memparaktekkan keterampilan menjelaskan, dan memberikan solusi untuk meminimalisir kelemahan tersebut. 2) Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode penelitian kualitatif. 3) Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. 4) pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam keterampilan menjelaskan mahasiswa belum bisa memahami materi yang akan disampaikan, tidak bisa mengembangkan materi, malas untuk membaca dan malas mengikuti perkembangan-perkembangan terbaru yang berkaitan dengan materi.5) dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa pada semester 6 ini belum dapat dikatakan terampil dalam melaksanakan keterampilan mengajar pada keterampilan menjelaskan

Abstract

One of the interesting focuses and issues to be studied from education are teach how tomaterial and how to teach a teacher. The use of teaching materials can be used as abenchmark in the learning process. The subjects of this study were students andlecturers of economic education FKIP Pamulang University. This research wasconducted using the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The results ofthe study showed that students needed teaching materials that were in accordance withtextbook eligibility standards which included (1) the feasibility of the contents of thematerial, (2) the feasibility of the presentation, (3) the linguistic feasibility, and (4) thefeasibility of the graphics. From the results of the t-test data processing it is known thatthe t value of (10.379)> t table value (0.679) with a significance level (sig) of 0.000 sothat it can be concluded that there are a significant differences between the averagevalue of students before and after teaching practice with use teaching materials BasicTeaching Skills. Therefore, these teaching materials are effective and accepted.

Abstract

The religious culture of educational institutions is an effort to realize the values ​​of religious teachings as a tradition in behavior and organizational culture which is followed by all citizens in the educational institution. The research approach is qualitative field with case studies. Types of data are qualitative and quantitative. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documents, while data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's theory. The results of the study obtained 4 conclusions, namely: The first stage, planning a religious culture development program is the formulation of a vision, mission, and goals in State Junior High School 10 Palembang connected with religious culture clearly. The second stage is the implementation of programs that are obligatory for all school members. The final stage, evaluating the program of religious cultural values ​​in instilling character education is in the five character values ​​and 4S (smile, greeting, greeting, and courtesy). The five religious cultural values ​​are honest in words, clean in deeds, economical in use, sincere in giving to fellow brothers and sisters, in congregation (mutual cooperation or cooperation). The evaluation of the results of the development of religious culture is included in the chasing achievement book which contains the activity form or student attendance that will be assessed by each supervisor. Supporting factors for the development of religious culture, namely students, teachers, infrastructure, literacy activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is fanaticism, the lack of awareness of some teachers who consider it the only task of Islamic Education teachers.

Abstract

This PkM aims to socialize digital literacy as an effort to provide an understanding of the digital world that is directly related to learning used in online learning. Since the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all lines of life have changed. Slowly but surely, people must begin to get used to this situation, including the education. In online learning, teachers face various challenges that come from both teachers and students. The most perceived challenge by teachers is to motivate students in learning. This PkM was conducted by 5 lecturers and involved 5 students who were running a field practice program at SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir. This activity lasts for 3 days on November 9-11, 2021. This activity begins with observing the needs of teachers in terms of teaching and learning activities in the classroom. After making observations, it was found that teachers and students need a variety of activities that can reduce boredom when learning online. The activity was continued by socializing material about the importance of digital literacy to access information, then the next day the teacher was given the opportunity to develop various activities that involve student activities in digital learning.

Abstract

This PkM is an implementation of research previously conducted by the PkM team entitled Factors that influence Professional Commitment. There are three dimensions that can explain self-efficacy, namely (a) the Magnitude dimension (level of interest in the task), (b) the Strength dimension (steadiness of beliefs), and (c) the Generality dimension (breadth of Behavioral Field). A person who has high self-efficacy will make teachers have more self-confidence that they are able to carry out the tasks they carry out, where in the end, high teacher self-efficacy will of course be able to increase professional commitment and have an impact on improving the performance of Sasmita Jaya Vocational School teachers. 2. This PKM is present at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 in order to provide reinforcement to teachers at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 about self-efficacy and how self-efficacy can improve the performance of SMK teachers themselves. This PKM is planned to be implemented in the form of a workshop over three days, namely 18 to 20 March 2024 with the main resource person being Mrs. Siti Zubaidah. The output of this Community Service is in the form of a journal article which will be disseminated at the NC3E national seminar for the Economic Education Study Program in October 2024. Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membangun moral dan spiritual generasi muda Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat menghasilkan generasi yang memiliki kecerdasan intelektual dan kedalaman spiritual, serta mampu berperan aktif dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Kementerian Agama sebagai lembaga negara yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan pendidikan Islam, memiliki mandat untuk menjamin bahwa pendidikan Islam dapat berjalan efektif, relevan, dan berkontribusi positif bagi pembangunan bangsa. Namun demikian, berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh sistem pendidikan Islam di Indonesia menuntut adanya upaya optimalisasi yang serius. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif.

Abstract

Menarche merupakan pertanda adanya perubahan status sosial dari anak-anak ke dewasa, remaja putri yang mempunyai kecenderungan neurosis dalam usia pubertas banyak mengalami konflik batin dengan datangnya menstruasi pertama. Faktor yang mempengaruhi cepat atau lambatnya usia menarche terdiri dari dua kelompok besar yaitu faktor ibu dan faktor anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Status gizi Dan Pendapatan Orang Tua Dengan Early Menarche pada siswi MTsS Darul Ihsan Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Maret 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswi kelas VII dan kelas VIII yang berjumlah 168 responden yang sudah mengalami menstruasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling dan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 63 responden. Pengumpulan data mengggunakan data primer. Analisis menggunakan chi square test, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan status gizi (p=0,003) dan pendapatan orang tua (p=0,026) dengan usia menarche. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan status gizi dan pendapatan orang tua dengan early menarche.Kata Kunci    : Menarche, Status Gizi, Pendapatan orang tua Menarche is a sign of a change in social status from children to adults. Young girls who tend to neurosis at the age of puberty often experience inner conflicts with the arrival of their first menstruation. Factors that affect the age of menarche sooner or later consist of two major groups: maternal factors and child factors. This study aims to investigate The Correlation of Nutritional Status and Parents' Income with early menarche in students of MTsS Darul Ihsan, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar. This study was quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. Data collection was carried out on March 15, 2022. The population was all students of class VII and class VIII, with a total of 168 respondents who had experienced menstruation using probability sampling. Therefore, The sample of this study was 63 respondents. The data collected was used as the primary data. The data were analyzed by using the chi-square test, univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status (p=0.003) and parents' income (p=0.026) with the age of menarche. This study can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status, maternal age at menarche, economic status, and students’ lifestyle during the early menarche.Keywords: Menarche, Nutritional Status, Parents' Income

Abstract

The quality of education greatly depends on the availability of relevant, contextual, and high-quality learning materials. As the frontline actors in the learning process, teachers are expected to possess the ability to develop instructional materials that align with both the characteristics of their students and the prevailing curriculum. However, field observations indicate that many teachers still lack optimal skills in this area, both in terms of conceptual understanding and practical application in the classroom. In response to this issue, this community service program was designed to enhance teachers’ understanding, skills, creativity, and innovation in developing instructional materials. The program was implemented through a series of activities, including orientation, training, and on-site mentoring for teachers at SMAN 21, Tangerang Regency. The methods employed were participatory, incorporating hands-on practice and reflective discussion. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to develop more varied and pedagogically appropriate instructional materials. This activity makes a positive contribution to enhancing teacher professionalism and the quality of the learning process in schools.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in the partners precisely the Benda Baru Pamulang community is the lack of waste utilization that cannot be managed creatively. Therefore through the recycling of waste (recycle) can provide economic value and use value as well as to reduce the volume of waste. This community service was held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on 1, 2 and 3 September 2019, which took place at the Al Hidayah Ta'lim Assembly, Pamulang Regency RT. 005 Ex. New Object Kec. Pamulang Tangsel. This activity received a good response from the congregation of Al Hidayah Assembly Council Pamulang Regency Benda Baru Pamulang, South Tangerang. With this activity, the pilgrims from Al Hidayah Pamulang Regency Benda Baru were enthusiastic to use used goods to become more useful goods and have economic value.
