Correlation analysis is a term in statistics commonly used to study the relationship between variables. The purpose of this analysis technique is to get a pattern of the closeness or strength of the relationship between two variables expressed by the correlation coefficient. The correlation coefficient is a value that indicates whether or not there is a strong linear relationship between two variables. This study aims to find the relationship between the characteristics of health workers at Undata Hospital Palu and antibody levels. The characteristics of health workers are nominal data with two categories while antibody levels are measured using ratio or interval data. This type of data is suitable to be analyzed using point biserial correlation technique. There are several variables of respondent characteristics that influence immune performance, namely gender, presence or absence of comorbidities, smoking habits, health conditions, exercise habits, close contact with patients and vaccine history. The results of the correlation analysis showed that all respondent characteristic variables had a very weak correlation with antibody levels. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of each variable of 0.034; 0.062; 0.063; 0.074; 0.020; 0.079 and 0.119. This means that the characteristics of respondents do not really affect the rise and fall of antibody levels. However, vaccine history has the highest correlation coefficient compared to other variables. This indicates that one of the prevention efforts against infectious diseases is the administration of vaccines.

Stunting or is a condition of growth failure in children under five years old (toddlers) who are malnourished. Children are called stunted if their height is below minus two standard deviations. The Special Index for Handling Stunting (IKPS) is one of the main indicators used as a measure of the achievement of handling the reduction in stunting rates. In implementing the 2024 development goals, namely setting a national stunting target that can decrease to 14%, it is necessary to identify based on the characteristics of a special index for handling stunting in each region. Method of Gaussian Mixture Model is a grouping with models that function to group a certain amount of data into a Gaussian distribution with mean and variance parameters. The main idea of model-based grouping is that object grouping is done using probabilities. This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining the results of grouping regencies/cities on Sulawesi Island based on the Special Index Indicator for Handling Stunting. The results of the study obtained different volume and shape models, coordinate axis orientation (VVI) with 4 optimum cluster. Cluster 1 with a low stunting handling index contains 24 districts/cities, cluster 2 with a medium stunting handling index contains 21 districts/cities, cluster 3 with a high stunting handling index contains 13 districts/cities, cluster 4 with a very high stunting handling index contains 23 districts/cities.Keywords: Four optimum cluster, low, medium, high and very highMSC2020: 62A09

In 2022, the high school dropout rate is the highest compared to other levels of education in Indonesia.Seeing the urgency of the 12-year Compulsory Education program, completing education up to the highschool level is an important thing that needs to be considered. Thus, it is necessary to know the factorsthat influence the dropout rate in the hope that this problem can be reduced. This study aims to modelthe high school dropout rate using geographically weighted generalized poisson regression (GWGPR)based on the factors that influence it. GWGPR is used if the response variable is overdispersed anddepends on the location observed. The results of this study indicate that each province has a different regression model. The GWGPR model with the adaptive tricube kernel weighting function is thebest model because it has the smallest AIC value compared to other weighting functions. In CentralSulawesi Province, the GWGPR model with the adaptive tricube kernel weighting function formed isµˆ26 = exp (8, 1267 − 0, 1267X4 + 0, 0344X5 + 0, 0957X6 + 0, 1173X7). With the significant variables are the average length of schooling, the percentage of the population aged 7-17 years who receivePIP, the open unemployment rate, and the percentage of children who do not live with parents.

Low birth weight (LBW) is a condition of a baby weighing less than 2,500 grams where gestational age is not taken into account and the baby's weight is measured within 24 hours after birth. The level of infant development also plays an important role in determining the mortality rate and incidence rate of disease in infants with LBW. This study aims to find models and factors that influence LBW using Conway Maxwell Poisson Regression (CMPR). CMPR is an extension method of Poisson regression that has the advantage of overcoming violations of the equidispersion assumption, where data can experience overdispersion or underdispersion

Binary Underdeveloped regions are regencies whose areas and communities are less developed compared to other regions on a national scale. In Indonesia, there are 62 underdeveloped regencies scattered across various provinces. This study aims to classify these 62 regencies based on the Indicators for Determining Underdeveloped Regions, which include Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita (X1), Percentage of Non-Food Household Expenditure (X2), Junior High School Participation Rate (X3), Senior High School Participation Rate (X4), Villages with Health Facilities (X5), Villages with Doctors (X6), Villages with Elementary Schools (X7), Villages with Junior High Schools (X8), and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) per capita (X9). The method used in this study is ModelBased Clustering using a multivariate t-distribution approach. This method focuses on a statistical model and is based on the Finite Mixture assumption. In the Finite Mixture framework, the data is assumed to originate from several distributions, and the resulting clusters represent these probability distributions. The study identifies the UUUC model as the best model, producing two optimal clusters with distinct characteristics: Cluster 1 with a low level of regional underdevelopment, and Cluster 2 with a high level of underdevelopment. It is hoped that regencies classified in the highly underdeveloped cluster can be prioritized to achieve equitable development more quickly and effectively

Fulfillment of rice stock in Indonesia to always be distributed based on demand in the community is certainly closely related to the results of rice production. The results of rice production in various regions of Indonesia are very different. This difference can of course be influenced by geographic location or spatial effects between regions. Central Sulawesi, which is one of the provinces with a large population compared to other provinces on the island of sulwesi, has a responsibility to meet the needs of its community, so it is necessary to take into account and increase the production of rice by relying on production in the province.Modeling of rice production that has spatial effects or heterogeneity between regions is needed as an analytical tool because if the modeling ignores spatial effects and generalizes the model, the modeling predictions will be biased. So we need an analytical model that can accommodate the problem of spatial effects using Geographically Weighted Panel Regression. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can affect rice production in central sulawesi. The data used comes from BPS Central Sulawesi province from 2014-2020. This study focus to the spatial effect factors that are considered to be able to affect the rice production production in Central Sulawesi. Tthe results of the study there area 8 districts/cities which are affected by land area, and 4 districts/cities are affected by land area and harvested are.

Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children, where a toddler has a length or height below the average. Stunting is a problem for children because it has the potential to slow down brain development with prolonged effects. Central Sulawesi Province is one of the provinces with the highest stunting prevalence rate and the area with the highest stunting rate is in Sigi Regency at 36.8%. Stunting cases are an important concern for the Sigi Regency government, especially the Health Office and Community Health Centers. To identify and determine areas that are prioritized for handling stunting cases, seven indicators are used, including the number of stunting cases, number of villages covered, number of health workers, number of integrated service posts, number of exclusive breastfeeding, percentage of clean drinking water, and percentage of proper sanitation. To support in reducing the percentage of stunting in Sigi Regency, research was conducted and a web dashboard system application was made to support priority area selection decisions using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, a best alternative method that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The results obtained in this study are the areas that are prioritized for handling stunting cases in Sigi Regency is the Sigi Biromaru area with a total of 495 stunting cases, the number of coverage villages is 18, the number of integrated service posts is 53, the number of health workers is 96, the number of exclusive breastfeeding is 35, the percentage of proper drinking water is 44%, and the percentage of proper sanitation is 84.00% with the highest preference value through the TOPSIS method analysis of 0.660.
