Abstract

This study aims to conduct an empirical test of the effect of leverage, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The valuation of the company's share price is based on the company's ability to generate profits. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018 to 2020. The sample companies were 126 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained that leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value. The use of borrowed funds to generate profits will increase the value of the company. Profitability as measured by Return on Assets has a significant effect in a positive direction on firm value. This shows that the greater the profit generated, the value of the company also increases. Another factor that has an influence on firm value is firm size. Firm size seen from the total asset value has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis laporan keuangan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Pati pada tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Data penelitian adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio kemandirian daerah dengan nilai rendah (14,3% pada tahun 2022 dan 15,9% pada tahun 2023), artinya pemerintah daerah masih bergantung pada dana perimbangan dari pemerintah pusat dan provinsi. Rasio efektifitas keuangan daerah dikatakan sangat efektif (106,9% pada tahun 2022 dan 117,1% pada tahun 2023), artinya pemerintah  daerah  mampu  menggali  sumber-sumber  PAD dengan  baik  dan  memanfaatkannya  secara  optimal  untuk  membiayai  penyelenggaraan pemerintahan  dan  pembangunan  di  daerah. Rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah dikatakan efisien (73,8% pada athun 2022 dan 72,3% pada tahun 2023), artinya pemerintah mampu membiayai pengeluaran belanja daerah dengan realisasi pendapatan daerah. Rasio keserasian keuangan daerah menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah memprioritaskan alokasi   dananya pada belanja rutin (belanja operasi) daripada belanja pembangunan (belanja modal).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training in designing business development action plans for the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KKMP) in Genteng District, Surabaya City. This community service activity was conducted in five KKMPs in Genteng District: Embong Kaliasin Village, Genteng Village, Kapasari Village, Ketabang Village, and Peneleh Village, by 2025. Genteng District is located in the center of Surabaya City. The community service activity began with problem identification, training and mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results indicated that cooperative management still faces obstacles in aspects of membership, business premises utilization, and determining appropriate business types. Through training and mentoring, each KKMP successfully identified local business potential and developed a cooperative work program action plan for the coming year. This activity increased cooperative managers' understanding of regional potential-based business development strategies and encouraged the strengthening of cooperatives' role in community economic empowerment. The business development action plan was implemented by identifying business potential in each KKMP and developing a work program plan for the coming year.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of a company's Price to Earnings Ratio. This research is a quantitative descriptive study utilizing secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of publicly listed non-financial companies in Indonesia, obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted on publicly listed companies in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Return on Equity and Debt to Equity influence the Price-to-Earnings Ratio. Good company financial performance will send a positive signal to the capital market, leading to an increase in the company's stock.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia. This company is engaged in the processing of coffee beans and the serving of ready-to-drink coffee and cafes. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research data is in the form of financial data consisting of assets, liquidity and equity. Financial can be obtained from the financial reports of PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia. PT Cak Wang Macro Indonesia is located on Jalan Mastrip, Jember Regency, East Java Province. The company's financial performance is seen from the calculation of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and activity ratios in one period. The results showed that through the calculation of profitability ratios it was known that the company's ability to generate profits, the calculation of the liquidity ratio was known to the company's ability to pay short-term debt, the calculation of leverage ratios was known to the company's ability to manage debt and the activity ratio was known to the effectiveness of inventory turnover and total assets of the company. Analysis of financial performance carried out can assist management in making business decisions.
