Abstract

This research investigates the impact of digital user experience (DUE) on brand perception and consumer loyalty within the burgeoning e-commerce industry in Indonesia. Through a quantitative analysis involving 150 e-commerce users, the study examines the relationships between DUE, brand perception (BP), and consumer loyalty (CL) using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0. The findings highlight the significant positive associations between DUE and both BP and CL, emphasizing the crucial role of user-centric digital platforms in shaping consumer behavior and fostering brand loyalty. Furthermore, the study elucidates the mediating role of BP in the relationship between DUE and CL, underscoring the importance of cultivating favorable brand perceptions to enhance consumer loyalty. These insights offer valuable implications for e-commerce businesses seeking to optimize their digital strategies and cultivate enduring customer relationships in the dynamic Indonesian market landscape.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a significant force in addressing societal challenges through entrepreneurial approaches aimed at creating sustainable solutions. Despite its growing interest, the conceptual framework of social entrepreneurship remains complex and multifaceted, with diverse interpretations and applications. This paper conducts a systematic bibliometric analysis to map the landscape of social entrepreneurship concepts, elucidating key themes, trends, and intellectual connections within the literature. Through advanced bibliometric techniques, including network analysis and thematic clustering, the study identifies seminal works, influential authors, and emerging research topics in the field. The analysis reveals shifts in research focus over time, from foundational concepts to the integration of technology and crowdsourcing methods. Furthermore, potential emerging research areas are identified, offering opportunities for future inquiry. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the conceptual landscape and intellectual structure of social entrepreneurship research, informing scholarly inquiry, policy formulation, and practical interventions in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi manajemen SDM yang digunakan oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Denpasar, Bali, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Melalui analisis kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara dengan manajer SDM dan pemilik bisnis, praktik-praktik SDM utama, tantangan, dan hasil dieksplorasi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa UMKM mengadopsi metode rekrutmen yang fleksibel, memprioritaskan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, menawarkan paket kompensasi yang kompetitif, dan membina hubungan karyawan yang positif untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Terlepas dari tantangan seperti sumber daya yang terbatas dan masalah kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, kemitraan kolaboratif, adopsi teknologi, dan pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel menawarkan peluang untuk inovasi dan peningkatan. Praktik-praktik manajemen SDM yang efektif terbukti secara positif mempengaruhi semangat kerja, produktivitas, kepuasan pelanggan, dan hasil bisnis secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya manajemen SDM secara strategis dalam mendorong kinerja dan keberlanjutan organisasi dalam UMKM di Denpasar, Bali.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online consumer interaction, on the sales growth of handicraft products in Bandung City. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were collected from 135 handicraft businesses through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results revealed significant positive relationships between social media marketing, SEO, online consumer interaction, and sales growth. Specifically, social media marketing, SEO, and online consumer interaction were found to have a significant positive impact on sales growth, highlighting the importance of leveraging digital marketing channels effectively in the handicraft industry. These findings provide valuable insights for handicraft businesses in Bandung City and contribute to the broader understanding of digital marketing's role in driving sales growth.
