Abstract

This research investigates the effect of the availability of Islamic financing on the economic growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi. A sample of 197 MSMEs participated in the study, providing data on Islamic financing utilization, financial performance indicators, and other relevant variables. The analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between these variables. The results reveal a significant and positive relationship between the availability of Islamic financing and the economic growth of MSMEs. Additionally, the study uncovers the mediating role of financial performance indicators, indicating that improved financial performance acts as a mechanism through which Islamic financing positively influences economic growth. Furthermore, the moderation analysis highlights the varying impact across different enterprise sizes, with medium-sized enterprises experiencing a more pronounced positive effect. The practical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of policy, financial institutions, and MSME owners. Policymakers can use the results to design targeted policies, financial institutions can refine their strategies, and MSME owners gain insights into the benefits of utilizing Islamic financing.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of AI-powered service quality management in next-generation Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) environments in Indonesia using a qualitative research approach. Drawing insights from five informants across diverse industries, the study investigates perceptions, challenges, organizational readiness, and the impact of AI technologies. Findings reveal that AI significantly enhances service quality through real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation, leading to improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, skill gaps, and data privacy concerns hinder widespread adoption, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The study emphasizes the importance of digital infrastructure development, workforce upskilling, and robust data security frameworks to fully realize the benefits of AI in IIoT environments. These findings contribute valuable insights for policymakers, industry practitioners, and researchers, providing a foundation for addressing contextual challenges and optimizing AI-driven service quality management in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the interaction between ecosystem complexity and technological evolution in shaping the performance of digital supply chains at technology companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 115 respondents through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between ecosystem complexity, technological evolution, and supply chain performance. Regression analysis highlights the critical role of ecosystem complexity in driving technological adoption, which in turn enhances supply chain efficiency and resilience. The interaction of these variables explains 62% of the variance in supply chain performance. The results underscore the importance of addressing ecosystem complexity through tailored technological solutions to maintain competitive advantage. This study provides practical implications for industry practitioners and policymakers, emphasizing the need for targeted investments in technology and infrastructure development to optimize supply chain operations in dynamic environments.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of regulatory quality, interagency coordination, and institutional capacity on the effectiveness of public services in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 respondents working in Jakarta’s public service sector. A Likert scale (1-5) questionnaire was employed to measure perceptions of the governance factors and service effectiveness, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that all three governance factors—regulatory quality, interagency coordination, and institutional capacity—significantly and positively affect public service effectiveness, with institutional capacity having the strongest influence. The findings highlight the importance of governance reforms aimed at improving regulatory frameworks, enhancing interagency collaboration, and strengthening institutional capacity to ensure efficient public service delivery in Jakarta. This research provides key insights for policymakers to optimize governance systems for better public sector performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development on the economic independence of Muslims in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. A sample of 120 respondents representing diverse demographic backgrounds was surveyed, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model estimation revealed significant positive relationships between innovation, entrepreneurship, business development, and economic independence. Hypothesis testing further validated these relationships, indicating that all three factors—innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development—have a significant positive effect on economic independence among Muslims in Indonesia. The findings underscore the importance of fostering innovation ecosystems, nurturing entrepreneurial talent, and creating conducive business environments to promote economic autonomy within the Muslim community. These insights have implications for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders seeking to design targeted interventions for inclusive economic development and sustainable growth in Indonesia.
