Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of creativity of school principals, obstacles faced by school principals and what solutions are taken by school principals to improve teacher effectiveness in learning at SD Negeri 1 Lamcot Aceh Besar Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the managerial creativity process of school principals improves the quality of learning by increasing teacher abilities through coaching in the learning process. The second step is to increase teacher discipline or enforce teacher discipline, increase teacher behavior standards, and implement all regulations. The third step, increasing teacher motivation, is to create a harmonious situation, fulfill all the necessary equipment and provide rewards and punishments. The fourth step, I hold training, bring tutors to schools, and provide opportunities to continue their education, assign teachers according to their fields, and hold meetings at the beginning of each semester

Abstract

The study measures the extent to which the impact of social media, product quality factors and service The problem of consumer loyalty by analyzing the factors that influence product purchasing decisions is still interesting to study. In quantitative descriptive research, it is limited to promotion factors, product quality and price. The research unit of Ibnu Asyir honey products in Aceh, with a path analysis approach. By conducting a survey of 96 regular consumers of the products studied. The results of the study obtained information that: (1) product purchasing decisions are directly and indirectly influenced by promotion factors of 13.96%, product quality factors of 38.38% and price factors of 23.59%. (2) Simultaneously, promotion, product quality and price influence the decision to purchase Ibnu Asyir Honey products in Aceh by 69,3%. (3) Between the three influencing factors, there is a causal relationship with a fairly close category.

Abstract

Analisis dan perancangan mesin moving floor di PT. Perkasa Subur Sakti, khususnya pada unit Boiler yang sebelumnyamenggunakan sistem pengisian bahan bakar secara manual.Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah tingginya beban kerjamanual yang dapat berdampak pada efisiensi operasional sertakeselamatan kerja. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, digunakanpendekatan Macroergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD) sebagaimetode perancangan sistem yang mempertimbangkan interaksimanusia, teknologi, dan organisasi secara holistik. Metode ini diawalidengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan penyebarankuesioner Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) untukmengidentifikasi keluhan musculoskeletal dari para pekerja. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis varian dan evaluasi peran kerja sertaperancangan ulang sistem menggunakan pendekatan iteratif. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi mesin moving floordapat secara signifikan mengurangi beban fisik pekerja dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengisian bahan bakar boiler.Denganadanya rancangan mesin ini, perusahaan tidak hanya mampumeningkatkan produktivitas, namun juga menciptakan lingkungan kerjayang lebih ergonomis dan aman. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadireferensi bagi pengembangan teknologi serupa di sektor industri kelapasawit lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam pengelolaantenaga kerja manual.

Abstract

Mesin Ripple Mill merupakan komponen penting dalam proses pengolahan inti kelapa sawit (kernel) di industri kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan operasional mesin Ripple Mill di PT. Socfindo Kebun Sei Liput. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) menilai efektivitas mesin melalui tiga komponen utama, yaitu Rasio Ketersediaan (Availability Ratio), Efisiensi Kinerja (Performance Efficiency), dan Rasio Kualitas (Quality Ratio). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) mesin Ripple Mill masih berada di atas standar internasional sebesar 100%, dengan nilai Availability sebesar 99,7%, nilai Performance sebesar 100% , dan nilai Quality sebesar 100%. Kesimpulan, mesin Ripple Mill pada PT Socfindo Kebun Sei Liput layak untuk digunakan, Hasil nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) berada di atas standar internasional.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for mothers is one of the effective ways to improve their independence and welfare. This program aims to provide sufficient skills and knowledge for mothers to start and develop their own businesses. Thus, mothers can increase their income and quality of life, as well as increase awareness and participation in economic activities. This article will discuss the benefits, activities, and results of entrepreneurship training for mothers, as well as conclusions and recommendations for the development of similar programs in the future.
