Abstract

In the contemporary discourse of sustainable development, the emergence and significance of eco-entrepreneurs stand as pivotal drivers of green innovation. Marketing strategies no longer solely emphasize aspects like quality, price, and benefits but also emphasize environmental sustainability and social responsibility, thus enabling industries to pursue sustainable development. The primary aim of this research is to investigate the contribution of ecological entrepreneurship through green innovation in achieving sustainable development. Methodology in this research using literature review which serves as the backbone for understanding the dynamics of eco-entrepreneurship and green innovation for contribution in sustainable development. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research examines existing theories, case studies, and empirical evidence related to eco-entrepreneurship, green innovation, and sustainable development. The literature review method allows for an in-depth analysis of the various strategies and innovations employed by eco-entrepreneurs to reduce environmental impact while maintaining economic viability. The study emphasizes the vital role of green innovation importance in driving sustainability, exploring how society responds to green innovations, green innovation contributions to sustainable development, and also the green innovation business models that incorporate green practices. It highlights the interconnectedness of technological advancements, public acceptance, and strategic business approaches in fostering a sustainable and eco-friendly future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Cash Flow Components and Company Size on Stock Returns in Consumer Non-Cyclical sector companies in 2019-2023. The sampling method used in this study is Purposive sampling. The type of research in this study is quantitative, obtained 29 companies that were used as research samples with observations for 5 (five) years, so that the total observation was 145 companies that issued financial reports consistently and provided variable data information needed by researchers in 2019-2023. This study was conducted with the help of Eviews 13. The results of this study indicate that Operational Cash Flow has no effect on Stock Returns. Investment Cash Flow has no effect on Stock Returns. Funding Cash Flow has no effect on Stock Returns. Company Size has a significant effect on Stock Returns. Operational Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, and Company Size, simultaneously have a joint effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Bahan organik seperti jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia), belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi), dan tanah liat memiliki kandungan asam serta ion alami yang berpotensi digunakan sebagai elektrolit pada sistem sel galvanik. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa buah-buahan dapat menghasilkan tegangan listrik, namun stabilitas, durabilitas, dan komposisi optimal elektrolit organik belum banyak dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi campuran jeruk nipis–belimbing wuluh–tanah liat sebagai elektrolit ramah lingkungan untuk bio-battery berdaya rendah. Sebanyak 27 sampel jeruk nipis pada tiga tingkat kematangan diuji tingkat keasamannya menggunakan pH meter. Empat variasi komposisi elektrolit—1:1, 1:2 (jeruk nipis lebih sedikit), 2:1 (belimbing wuluh lebih sedikit), dan 1:2 dengan dominasi tanah liat—diuji selama 15 hari menggunakan elektroda tembaga (katoda) dan seng (anoda). Tegangan, arus, dan energi listrik diukur setiap 24 jam menggunakan multimeter digital. Komposisi terbaik diterapkan pada prototipe aki organik dan diuji pada lampu LED dengan pengukuran intensitas cahaya menggunakan lux meter. Jeruk nipis setengah matang memiliki keasaman terendah (pH 1,54) dan dipilih sebagai elektrolit utama. Komposisi 1:2 dengan jeruk nipis lebih sedikit menghasilkan kinerja terbaik selama sembilan hari pertama dengan tegangan maksimum 0,75 V, arus 24,14 mA, dan energi 1,089384 J pada hari pertama. Penurunan performa signifikan terjadi setelah hari ke-10 akibat degradasi bahan organik dan pengeringan media. Prototipe mampu menyalakan lampu LED dengan intensitas awal 212 lux, namun berhenti bekerja pada hari ke-12. Campuran jeruk nipis, belimbing wuluh, dan tanah liat memiliki potensi sebagai elektrolit organik ramah lingkungan untuk aplikasi berdaya rendah. Meskipun demikian, masa operasi efektif hanya sekitar 10 hari sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan stabilitas elektrolit dan pengendalian kelembapan untuk pemanfaatan jangka panjang.

Abstract

The development of digital technology opens up new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase their competitiveness through 3D animation-based promotional media. This study aims to design and animate 3D assets in the short film "Gugu si Gonggong Ajaib" as a promotional media for MSMEs in the Riau Islands using Blender 3D software. The research method used is a qualitative method with a product design approach, which consists of three main stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, story idea development, storyboard creation, character design, and environmental design are carried out. The production stage includes modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering of 3D assets. While the post-production stage includes compositing and video editing. The result of the study is a 1 minute 13 second animated video with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD), which displays local characters with an attractive visual approach to support MSME product promotion. The application of 3D animation has been proven to increase visual appeal, strengthen product image, and expand the reach of digital promotions. This research is expected to be a reference for MSMEs and digital content creators in utilizing 3D animation as an innovative promotional medium.

Abstract

This study investigates and analyzes the management of Tabling Jamaah Jaulah activities in Bilah Hilir sub-district, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra. This study employs a qualitative approach and case study method. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation, with informants including members of the Tabligh, local communities, and sub-district officials. The data was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings show that Tabligh activities are managed collectively and participative, involving planning, implementation, and evaluation. The management is consistent with the concept of dawah and motivation taught in Islam. The Jamaah Tabligh also preaches using humanist, inclusive, and dialogical strategies and methods, focusing on morals and manners, respecting and appreciating the local community, and inviting rather than forcing. The Jamaah Tabligh also adheres to its six principles, which are Kalimah Thoyyibah, Salat Khusyu wal Khudu, Ilmu and Zikir, Ikraamul Muslimin, Ikhlas and Niyyat, and Dakwah Tabligh. The Jamaah Tabligh has both positive and negative effects and internal and external challenges when preaching. This study suggests methods to improve resources, skills, coordination, discipline, understanding, and proper application of Islamic teachings, as well as overcome existing attitudes, differences, interventions, influences, and slander.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dari peserta didik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah di dua sekolah yang telah dipilih dan berada di dua kabupaten, yakni di SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo dan UPT SMP Negeri 1 Selorejo. Meski sasaran utama pelatihan adalah peserta didik, tetapi guru juga ikut dilibatkan sebagai koordinator selama kegiatan berlangsung. Peran aktif guru dalam keberhasilan pelatihan ini adalah sebagai pembimbing, pengawas, serta pendukung peserta didik selama berproses. Di saat peserta didik menjalankan proses kegiatan, di sisi lain, pembimbing dapat memberikan arahan dan saran ketika ada hambatan serta dapat  mendukung mereka mengembangkan ide-ide kreatifnya. Kegiatan ini terdiri atas: (1) Pelatihan Design Painting Tote Bag Reyog Ponorogo dan (2) Pelatihan Pembuatan Batik Selayu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni (1) perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan; dan (3) evaluasi. Terdapat tiga metode yang digunakan yakni: (1) ceramah; (2) demonstrasi; (3) praktik; dan (4) diskusi. Dalam dua pelatihan ini,  SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo dan  UPT SMP Negeri 1 Selorejo sangat antusias memberikan dukungan mereka secara penuh agar proses yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai harapan. Bentuk dukungan yang diberikan berupa dukungan fisik seperti sarana dan prasarana dan juga dukungan mental. Bentuk dukungan yang ada sangat bermanfaat karena dengan ini, dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan menjadi kokoh dan kuat. Dari pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan maka hasil yang didapatkan adalah berupa produk fisik yakni tote bag dengan desain paribasan beraksara Jawa dan berikon lokal Reyog Ponorogo serta batik Selayu. Keberlanjutan dari dua pelatihan yang diadakan ini adalah dengan menjadikan kegiatan sebagai bagian dari proyek P5 yang diselenggarakan di sekolah sebagai bentuk pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka. Di bidang kewirausahaan, kebermanfaatan pelatihan ini dapat diwujudkan dengan penyempurnaan pelaksanaan saat peserta didik berada di jenjang berikutnya maupun setelah terjun di masyarakat nanti. Tentu dengan pengembangan inovasi yang lebih baik dan terarah sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi peserta didik.
