Abstract

AbstractSupervision generally refers to efforts to improve the situation in the teaching and learningprocess. Because the main aspect is the teacher, the service and professional activities must bedirected towards efforts to improve the ability of teachers to manage teaching and learningactivities. Supervision is the effort of school stakeholders to lead teachers and other educationpersonnel, to improve teaching including stimulating, selecting growth and development ofteacher positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials, and teachingmethods and teaching evaluation. Supervision in schools is carried out by the principal who actsas a supervisor, so he must be able to carry out various supervision and controls to improveteacher performance. In supervising, a supervisor should pay attention to important things,namely: (1) The process of supervision/supervision covers two things, namely setting standardsfor the implementation of work and measuring the results/implementation of work, (2)information and supervision, including: ( a) supervision as an information system, (b) types ofmonitoring information, (c) system approach in supervision. (3) effective supervision is basedon effective management information systems, (4) program evaluation, namely makingjudgements according to an agreed and accountable set of criteria, (5) the principles ofsupervision with a partnership atmosphere, practical, systematic, objective, realistic, helpful,creative, anticipatory, constructive, and cooperative, (6) supervision targets can be concerningactivities or aspects supervised and those who do them.Keywords: Learning Supervision, Performance, Teacher

Abstract

This development research has the main objective of producing valid, reliable and practical assessment tools or procedures. Performance appraisal instrument. In accordance with its understanding, it can be said that assessment is an activity of measuring, quantifying and determining the quality of student knowledge as a whole. In this sense it is implied that assessment must be integrated in the learning process and use various forms. Tests and assessment techniques are only needed to show how students do actual tasks. The performance assessment instrument developed consists of: (1) task items; (2) audio musical accompaniment; (3) scoring rubric; (4) observation sheets; and (5) guidelines for interpreting the results of the assessment.

Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah peran kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah adalah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan Islam pada jalur pendidikan non formal yang diselenggarakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang sebagai pelengkap pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian in adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran secara mendalam dan menyeluruh terhadap hasil penelitian mengenai suatu keadaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Insan Singkawang adalah dengan menerapkan peranan kepala sekolah sebagai Educator (pendidik), Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader (Pemimpin), dan Innovator. Kepala Sekolah menjadi contoh suri tauladan dalam memimpin dan pengambilan keputusan sebagai upaya memperbaiki pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Madrasah Takmiliyah Al-Insan Sekolah dasar Negeri 57 Singkawang.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of Galing Village community is seen as a society with Middle-down economic conditions. This fact is inversely proportional to the consumption style of Galing villagers who tend to be consumptive and luxurious. This study uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. Data validity test is done by: extend participation, triangulation observation persistence, and member checking. Transferability test (certainty of data with detail), dependability test by auditing the research process and conformality Test Test the results of research (certainty of data) to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate: first, the consumption of Galing villagers based on factors that affect consumption: income, number of family members, tastes, age, education level, environmental trends and religiosity have a positive effect on the consumption of Galing villagers. The income of each profession is influenced by the income of other professions. All professions have income tends to fluctuate except civil servants, therefore some professions get around it by looking for other income, saving, saving gold metal assets or debt to meet daily needs. the causes of the consumption style of the affluent and luxurious people; the former being a migrant worker or having a family being a migrant worker, looking for other income besides the main income characteristics of the upper class economy: priority needs are oriented towards future economic welfare, the lower economy: the main expenditure is to meet food needs and to increase non-investment assets Secondly, the phenomenon of consumption is contrary and in accordance with Abdul Mannan's 5 Principles of consumption ethics; not using formalin in accordance with the principle of Justice. Drug consumption, contrary to the principles of hygiene. Consumption of branded food and clothing is contrary to the principle of simplicity. Social alms at certain events according to the principle of generosity. Pray before work and work as a provision of worship in accordance with the principles of morality.

Abstract

This research discusses the Ustadz’s strategy in develoving the morals of santri at the Assa’adah Qur’an education park, Sepinggan village, Semparuk District. The objectives of this research include the following; Firstly, knowing the application of the ustadz’s strategy in develoving the morals of santri in the Qur’an Assa’adah educational park, Sepinggan Village, Semparuk District in 2023. Second, knowing the methods used in cultivating the morals of santri in the Qur’an Assa’adah educational park, Sepinggan Village, Semparuk District in 2023.This research uses qualititative methods with descriptive methods with descriptive research type. There are three types of data collection techniques in this rearch, namely observation, interviews and dosumention. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reducation, data display, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity checking technique used is triangulation and member check. The result of this research show that: First, how to implement the ustadz’s strategying developing the morals of santri at the Assa’adah Qur’an education park, Sepinggan Village, Semparuk District, namely in the following way: 1) Building morals through discipline. Ustadz and Ustadzah apply rules of regulation so santri, so that they are disciplined to achieve the desired goals. 2) Moral development through supervision. Ustadz and Ustadzah implement supervision over santri by parenting and guarding santri from doing anything undesirable. Second, what methods are used in developing the morals of santri at the Assa’adah Qur’an Education Park, Sepinggan Village, Semparuk District, namely in the following ways: 1) The exemplary method, carried out by providing a good example or example to the students. Such as speaking, acting and worshiping. 2) The adcive method is carried out by conveying words that contain goodness of positive things. 3) The habituation method is carried out by providing habituation to santri to carry out good habits to be implemented. And avoid bad habits. 4) Memorization method, carried out by giving memorization to santri. Such as memorizing daily prayers, reading prayers and memorizing short surahs.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya asesmen dalam pendidikan anak usia dini serta ragam bentuk asesmen yang relevan digunakan dalam mendukung perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research dalam menganalisis data baik dari jurnal dan buku yang membahas asesmen anak usia dini. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa asesmen memiliki peran penting dalam mengukur sejauhmana perkembangan anak usia dini dan menjadi dasar dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta tahapan perkembangan anak usia dini. Asesmen juga berfungsi sebagai media kolaborasi antara guru dengan orang tua untuk menstimulus aspek perkembangan anak usia dini serta mendukung program pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dengan praktik parenting yang dilakukan orang tua di rumah. Artikel ini membahas dua bentuk asesmen utama, yaitu asesmen formatif yang digunakan untuk memantau dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan, dan asesmen sumatif yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dalam periode tertentu. Akan tetapi, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena bersifat konseptual dan belum dilengkapi data empiris lapangan, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan studi lapangan untuk memperkuat hasil temuan berkaitan dengan asesmen pada anak usia dini. This article aims to examine the importance of assessment in early childhood education and the various forms of relevant assessment used to support child development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach in analyzing data from both journals and books that discuss early childhood assessment. The results of this study indicate that assessment has an important role in measuring the extent of early childhood development and is the basis for designing learning that is in accordance with the needs and stages of early childhood development. Assessment also functions as a medium for collaboration between teachers and parents to stimulate aspects of early childhood development and support learning programs in early childhood education institutions with parenting practices carried out by parents at home. This article discusses two main forms of assessment, namely formative assessment which is used to monitor and improve the learning process continuously, and summative assessment which is used to determine the achievement of learning objectives in a certain period. However, this study has limitations because it is conceptual and has not been equipped with empirical field data, so further research is needed with field studies to strengthen the findings related to assessment in early childhood.

Abstract

This research began with the discovery of a case about the teacher's method in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to reveal: (1) Students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an in the Qur'an Hadith learning of class II at MIS Tarbiyah Tebas in the 2024-2025 academic year. (2) Teachers' methods in teaching students to read the Qur'an in the Qur'an Hadith learning of class II at MIS Tarbiyah Tebas in the 2024-2025 academic year. (3) Teachers' solutions in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an in the Qur'an Hadith learning of class II at MIS Tarbiyah Tebas in the 2024-2025 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use source triangulation, and member checks. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The difficulties experienced by second-grade students of MIS Tarbiyah Tebas in reading the Qur'an include difficulties in identifying letters, pronouncing letters according to the makharijul huruf, reading according to the rules of tajwid, and distinguishing long and short harakat. (2) The method used by the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teacher to overcome students who experience difficulties in reading the Qur'an is the Iqra' method. (3) The teacher's solution to overcome students' difficulties in reading the Qur'an in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith in second-grade students of MIS Tarbiyah Tebas is providing individual guidance, creating innovative learning, and choosing the right time to study the Qur'an with students. The solutions implemented have been deemed effective in overcoming students who experience difficulties in reading the Qur'an.
