Abstract

Religious radicalism has entered various sectors of life, including the realm of education. For this reason, pesantren as a center for Islamic education must take a role in efforts to prevent religious radicalism by instilling the values of religious moderation. At Shofa Marwa Islamic Boarding School, Patemon Pakusari Jember strives to instill the values of religious moderation through the Study of the Book of Hujjah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah. The purpose of this study is to describe 1.Learning Objectives of the Book of Hujjah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah, 2.Stages of Learning the Book of Hujjah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah 3.The values of religious moderation are realized at the Shofa Marwa Patemon Pakusari Jember Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of field study research. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using models from Huberman and Saldana includes Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Display, and Conclutions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. The results of this research are 1) The purpose of learning the Book of Hujjah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah at Shofa Marwa Pakusari Islamic Boarding School Jember is to strengthen the foundation of student faith and protect and fortify students from radical ideas, both still in pesantren and those who have become alumni, and practice values that have been understood in individual and social life. 2) Internalization of the value of religious moderation through 3 prisoners, namely: a. Value Transformation Stage, by delivering material by the sequence of themes in the book through the band organ method, namely interpreting the book in Javanese pegon and providing a detailed explanation of the material taught directly to students. b. Value transaction stage, students read books and deposit readings from books that have been interpreted and explained by educators / ustadz or commonly referred to using the sorogan method combined with the Qowaid wa Tarjamah method and problem based learning. Transinternalization, educators / ustadz do conditioning and habituation to behave by values that have been understood and practiced together. The goal is to train students to understand values by perceived conditions and actualize values in their daily community life. 3.The values of religious moderation internalized through the study of the Book of Hujjah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah are a.Ishlah (Open Minded) b.Muwathanah love of homeland/Nationalism/National Commitment c.Tasamuh (tolerance) d.Al-La'Unf nonviolence e.I'tiraf al-'Urf (Pride in culture) or accommodating culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential of Arjasa Village as a social studies laboratory in developing students' spatial literacy and to identify the village's spatial potential as an aspect of spatial literacy. Spatial literacy is an individual's ability to understand space comprehensively, including interactions between spaces, scale, analysis, representation, and application. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, with the selection of informants using purposive techniques to explore participants' experiences and perceptions in depth, thereby enabling a richer understanding of how spatial literacy is reflected in the lives of the people of Arjasa Village. This research shows that Arjasa Village has fulfilled six characteristics of spatial literacy: comprehensiveness, spatial interaction, scale, analysis, representation, and application. Arjasa Village can be used as a location to develop spatial literacy. Apart from that, Arjasa Village also has many sites and phenomena that can be used as learning resources, especially in developing a social studies laboratory

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the overview of the quality of Social Studies (IPS) learning at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar, (2) the overview of student delinquency behavior at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar, and (3) the efforts made to improve the quality of IPS learning by addressing student delinquency at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it was revealed that: (1) The overview of the quality of IPS learning at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar includes: a) from the students' behavior, it was found that positive learning attitudes are not evenly distributed across all class groups, b) from the teaching behavior of IPS teachers, not all are able to build positive learning perceptions among students or provide the educational services needed by students, c) from the school's learning system, the school has a mission that is almost entirely achieved, and in handling student delinquency, the school has a strict violation point system implemented in collaboration with the Guidance and Counseling (BK) department and subject teachers, including IPS teachers. (2) The overview of student delinquency behavior at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar includes skipping school, damaging school aesthetics, misusing mobile phones, provoking teachers' anger, fighting, using inappropriate language, stealing, consuming drug-like substances, and inhaling glue. (3) Efforts to improve the quality of IPS learning in addressing student delinquency at SMP Negeri 33 Makassar have been carried out by the school, specifically by the BK teachers and vice-principals, through preventive, repressive, and curative measures. IPS teachers also approach students both generally and individually

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam deradikalisasi radikalisme dengan studi kasus keberadaan kelompok ISIS tahun 2019. Dalam artikel ini membahas tentang upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam memberantas radikalisme yang dilakukan oleh kelompok radikal melalui deradikalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan penyajian data secara deskriptif. Studi pustaka yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini adalah dengan megumpulkan data dari lapangan (Perpustakaan) seperti buku, jurnal, laporan hasil penelitian, website dan lain sebagainya yang memiliki informasi relevan dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat berbagai upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam deradikalisasi radikalisme yang dilakukan oleh kelompok ISIS. Dalam menangani radikalisme, pemerintah membentuk Badan Nasional Penanggulanngan Terorisme (BNPT). Salah satu program BNPT dalam menangani radikalisme yaitu dengan deradikalisasi. Program deradikalisasi, dibedakan kedalam dua jenis. Yang pertama adalah program deradikalisasi diluar lapas, dan yang kedua adalah program deradikalisasi yang dijalankan di dalam lapas. Pemerintah juga melakukan upaya lain dalam melindungi seluruh elemen masyarakat dan fasilitas public yaitu dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder, menyusun database dan membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sistem keamanan serta sosialisasi sistem keamanan. BNPT juga bekerjasama dengan lembaga, organisasi, tokoh dan juga pihak luar, diantaranya BIN, Densus AT 88, serta melakukan kerjasama bilateral dengan negara-negara dunia dalam menangani radikalisme yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada tema 4 subtema 3 pembelajaran ke 1 bermuatan IPS tentang kerja sama Indonesia dengan anggota ASEAN di bidang IPTEK melalui penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Instrumen peneltian menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa, dan soal tes materi IPS untuk menentukan hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI di MI Darul Huda Umbulsari tahun akademik 2021/2022 sebanyak 25 orang siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1)Penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar IPS pada materi kerja sama Indonesia dengan anggota ASEAN di bidang IPTEK bagi siswa dengan persentase 63% pada siklus I dan 84% pada siklus II. 2) Penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi kerja sama Indonesia dengan anggota ASEAN di bidang IPTEK bagi siswa dengan persentase 48% pada siklus I dan 76% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI di MI Darul Huda Umbulsari melalui penerapan model pembelajaran discovery laerning terhadap materi IPS tema 4 subtem 3 pembelajaran ke 1 tentang kerja sama Indonesia dnegan anggota ASEAN di bidang IPTEK.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan respon pemerintah Indonesia dalam menyikapi keberadaan Islam Irak dan Suriah atau ISIS yang memiliki ideologi yang bertentangan dengan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan dengan menyajikan data secara deskriptif dan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaan seperti jurnal, buku, artikel, dan berita di internet yang berkaitan dengan obyek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia sangat responsif dalam menyikapi keberadaan ISIS di Indonesia, bebragai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam memberantas keberadaan ISIS di Indonesia. Diantaranya dengan mengeluarkan surat edaran yang ditujukan kepada bupati, gubernur, wali kota diseluruh daerah, mencegah WNI untuk pergi ke Suriah dan Irak, dan tidak memulagkan WNI eks ISIS.
