Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin mengkaji peran penegakkan hukum terpadu yaitu kepolisian, kejaksaan dan Bawaslu dalam pemilihan umum di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Implementasi dari metode demokrasi suatu negara, salah satunya dengan terselenggaranya pemilihan umum atau pemilu, seperti yang sudah dilaksanakan bangsa Indonesia. Akan tetapi seringkali dalam proses penyelenggaraan pesta demokrasi ini, dijumpai banyak kekurangan bahkan ada beberapa kasus pelanggaran. Adapun pelanggaran pemilu ini seperti money politik yang telah terjadi dari tingkat paling bawah yaitu pemilihan kepala desa sampai pemilihan presiden. Berkenaan mengenai persoalan money politik ini aspek utama terjadinya karena tingkat kesadaran publik akan pentingnya pemilu bagi kelangsungan demokrasi di Indonesia masih terbilang rendah, sehingga masyarakat khususnya yang skala pendidikan dan ekonomi menengah kebawah akan mudah untuk dihasut. Maka dari itu negara berupaya agar didalam pelaksanaan pemilu ini bisa sesuai dengan asasnya yaitu langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia dan adil, dengan cara membentuk Gakkumdu sebagai badan pokok didalam menangani pelanggaran atau kecurangan penyelenggaraan pemilu. Gakkumdu sendiri merupakan gabungan dari Bawaslu, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dan Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tindak lanjut dari Gakkumdu didalam menangani kasus kecurangan atau pelanggaran pelaksanaan pemilu, serta mencari perbandingan tingkat efektivitas Gakkumdu pada Pemilu serempak 2024 dengan pemilu serempak 2019, sehingga kinerja tiga instrumen pemerintah ini dapat dilihat dan seumpama ada kekurangan dapat dievaluasi bersama yang harapannya setiap kegiatan Pemilu bisa berjalan dengan aman dan damai.

Abstract

Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono IV menuliskan petuah-petuah yang penuh dengan sarat makna nilai karakter di dalam serat Wulangreh. Penelitian konten yang didukung dengan analisis deskriptif ditempuh oleh peneliti untuk menganalisis bait-bait tembang yang menyiratkan beberapa nilai karakter dari 18 nilai karakter yang dicetuskan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional. Hasil penelitian menujukkan beberapa nilai yang terkandung di dalam serat Wulangreh yaitu, religius, cinta damai, kerja keras, cinta tanah air dan gemar membaca.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam proses Pendidikan Islam di era Society 5.0, yang menuntut inovasi dan adaptasi teknologi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. IoT memungkinkan perangkat untuk terhubung dan berkomunikasi melalui jaringan internet, menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran. Namun, penerapan IoT dalam pembelajaran Islam masih belum optimal, menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dari metode tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur, mengkaji definisi dan konsep kerja IoT, serta potensi pemanfaatannya dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IoT dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pendidikan, termasuk peningkatan pengalaman belajar peserta didik, optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Implementasi IoT diharapkan mampu menjadi terobosan dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan yang perlu diatasi, seperti biaya tinggi, kesulitan dalam menguasai teknologi, dan akses internet yang tidak merata.

Abstract

Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono IV wrote advice full of meaning and character values in the fiber of Wulangreh. The content research supported by descriptive analysis was taken by the researcher to analyze the verses of the tembang which implied several character values from the 18 character values initiated by the Ministry of National Education. The study results show several valuescontained in Wulangreh fiber: a religious, peace-loving, hard work, love for the homeland, and fondness for reading.Keywords : Tembang, Characters Building, Wulangreh

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyingkap: (1) Bentuk literasi digital yang digunakan di SMA Negeri 1 Tegalombo (2) Penyebab diterapkannya literasi digital di SMA Negeri 1 Tegalombo (3) Peran literasi digital dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Tegalombo. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam research lapangan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam rangka melakukan analisis data, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model Cresswell. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data sehingga memperoleh data yang valid dan reliable, peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi teknik dan ttrianggulasi sumber data. Hasil research menunjukkan bahwa di SMA Negeri 1 Tegalombo terdapat beberapa bentuk literasi digital, namun yang paling memiliki eksistensi dan sering digunakan adalah salah satu bantuan berupa Anjungan Belajar Mandiri (ABM) yang bernama kipin school. Penyebab diterapkannya literasi digital berupa kipin school adalah karena keterbatasan referensi cetak di sekolah dan juga kendala mengakses wifi karena seringnya mengalami pemadaman listrik. Kipin school memiliki peranan besar bagi siswa kelas XII SMA karena di sana terdapat banyak referensi lintas jenjang dan menyakup buku dengan berbagai bidang keilmuan. Sehingga mampu menunjang proses siswa memahami materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

In the dynamics of contemporary education, teacher competence becomes a critical point in developing learning quality, especially in religious subjects like Fiqh. A profound concern about the professionalism of educators at MTs Negeri 2 Wonogiri prompted a comprehensive evaluative research. The complexity of educational challenges demands that teachers not merely meet minimal standards, but are capable of optimally transforming students' potential. Through field research using a qualitative approach, it was found that Fiqh teachers' competence is in the good category. Factors such as work ethic, educational qualifications, teaching experience, and environmental support play a significant role in shaping teacher professionalism. Each aspect is interconnected, forming a sustainable development ecosystem where teachers are not just teaching, but also dedicating themselves to guiding students to achieve their highest potential. This research provides a critical perspective on the importance of a holistic approach in teacher development, offering recommendations for policymakers to continuously develop a responsive and high-quality educational system.

Abstract

This study aims to explore teaching methods and strategies in teaching translation among lecturers at IAIN Ponorogo. In their teaching, the lecturers determine the high goals, that is being able to translate Arabic into Indonesian, and the reverse; However, students' language competence is not good enough to achieve that goal because translation is a work that must be supported by various types of competencies such as understanding text, understanding Arabic grammar, understanding methods and translation strategies, and so on. Student competencies are not in accordance with the specific goals in this education, and this fact is what leads lecturers to carry out effective teaching and use good types of teaching methods and strategies so that education is successful and students can achieve the goals. Researchers used a qualitative approach and explored descriptive facts such as written voices or individual speeches, contemplative traits and data sources. The data analysis method is descriptive analysis with three methods, namely data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study are 1) The method used in teaching translation: translation is word by word, because translation is done between separation by placing the translation under the source language in order to maintain word order. The word is translated as a word in a general sense. Pro translation because it produces contextual meaning of the source language into the target language appropriately. Therefore, translators are careful in translating cultural vocabulary and adjusting grammar. This method seeks to achieve the author's goals. 2) The strategy used is an expansion against the target, and the word element is an expansion in the target language, semantic translation, ordinal translation, transcription or semantic translation intersection. 3) And the learning outcomes obtained by students are good, academic results are not good. The result of the equation 70 (seventy).

Abstract

Technology is very important in the 4.0 revolution era in this industrial sector. The impact of technology on human life cannot be overstated. The emergence of technology brings several changes. Technological developments can be seen to go hand in hand with the development of time. The field of science and technology is always advancing and innovating rapidly, as seen from the technical breakthroughs that have been made. Rapid technological advances impact human existence and enable rapid social transformations that often occur without our even realizing it. Artificial intelligence is one of the technical advances that has the greatest potential impact. For the purpose of finding a solution to a challenge, a technology known as artificial intelligence (often referred to as AI) is used to replicate the intelligence of living and inanimate organisms. The use of artificial intelligence has an impact on human existence in various contexts. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how the use of artificial intelligence in Indonesia contributes to the ongoing transformation of society in this country. Library research is the approach used in this study. Literature research is a methodology for collecting data that involves completing a review study of books, literature, notes, and reports that are related to the problem being addressed. Researchers will read as much relevant literature as possible to collect as much data as possible in their search for hypotheses. Books, journals, periodicals, research results (theses and dissertations), and other acceptable sources such as newspapers, the internet, and other sources can all be considered library resources. Abstract

This research aims to discuss Al-Syaibany's moral education thoughts and their relevance in the modern era. The discussion approach uses qualitative methods and literature studies. Based on the results of the discussion, Al-Syaibany's basic moral principles consist of 6 principles. First, believe in the importance of morals in life. Second, believe that morals are deep attitudes in the soul. Third, believe that morals are achieving happiness in this world and the hereafter for individuals and society. Fourth, believe that the goal of morals is to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter for individuals and society. Fifth, believe that morals are in accordance with human nature. Sixth, believe that moral theory is not perfect unless it determines some of the basic concepts such as moral conscience, moral compulsion, moral law, moral responsibility, and moral reward. Of relevance, moral education is very important to be used as the main instrument in determining policies at all levels of education in various educational institutions.
